    Good hotel. Fairly clean. Service and behavior is also very good. Food quality is really good. Little costly. Room maintainance can be better.

    This is a bad and filthy hotel, and it is overpriced. There is no staff to serve guests. The condition of bathrooms is bad.

    This is one of the iconic hotel in Lakhimpur and the first of its class indeed. This hotel was a proud of north lakhimpur once upon a time. when there was no other hotels as grand as this one this hotel served the best in fooding and lodging. Its has a very good view from all direction. Spacious parking, adequate plantation and located at very prime area of the city. Communication is very easy from this place. All basic public places of importance are at the close proximity of this hotel. Cool and wholesome ambience. Good staff and management.
