I’m so torn. I had my hair colored by Alana who is the sweetest, but my hair did not turn out good at all. I went back in to get it fixed because it was spotty in some spots and the complete wrong color at my roots. I was suppose to be getting purple colors that fade into blues but it ended up only blues with a weird light color blue at my roots. Where the colors were suppose to fade into the other colors, it didn’t. It had this gross muddy color that was so noticeably bad. She curled my hair (I did tell her that I don’t ever curl my hair so it has to look good straight too) and it hid the fact that it was blended badly. She didn’t have time to fix my hair that day so i went in a few days later just for the same thing to happen. My hair still had no purple in it and it still wasn’t blending right, and then she had to fix my hair for a third time. She told me she used semi permanent and then denied that she used semi permanent when I asked her. My hair still looks pretty bad but not as bad as the first time. They also over charged me and didn’t catch it until I said something. Alana was so sweet through the whole thing but I’ve been getting my hair professionally colored vivid colors for over 7 years and I’ve never had my hair this bad. They never offered me anything other than for the same person to “fix” my hair. I let her “fix” it twice and do it the first time and none of the times I was satisfied with. When I talked to the manager, she said all that could be done was for the same person to fix it because if someone else fixed it, they would charge me again. I was so unhappy but left acting like it was okay because I didn’t want to keep getting my hair redone by her. They are over priced. I was quoted one price, charged another and it still came out horrible. I was also told that if they did bright vivids, that they would have to charge me over $120 just for the bleaching process when all that needed to be bleached was my roots. I’ve never been told at any salon I went to that they charge double if bleaching. I was also told it’s part of the color service. I also don’t like that I was told by the stylist herself that she put semi permanent dye because it’s brighter (when I didn’t ask for that), just for the manager to tell me days later that it doesn’t say that in my chart and then to have the stylist change her story after. I was reassured over and over that it wasn’t semi permanent dye and that is direct dye Ave will last longer than the semi permanent…. I washed my hair one time in COLD WATER with salon approved shampoo and conditioner and it faded after that one wash. Only reason I’m giving this place two stars is because Alana was sweet.

I had a hair appointment with Angelo, and he is the best. Not only is he humorous and fun to talk to, but he also did a fabulous job with my hair. I am pretty picky. This time we cut about 3 inches off. I was kind of nervous but it looks great. If you are looking for a good hairdresser I suggest going with Angelo. He is really honest about what will look best with your hair and I really like that. I feel like most of the time I don't know what to do, so his opinion really matters to me.

If I can give more stars, I would. I am from out of state and wanted my hair colored before I left. I told Niko that I wanted a red IF he felt it wouldn't look too much with my red-ish skin. I didn't want to look like a tomato by going TOO red so asked that he make the judgement call. It looks so beautiful with the pinwheel multiple colors that blend. I also was venting about how someone back home ruined my layers. Well, the vent turned into a solution when Niko blended my layers. I am feeling really great and will travel from Iowa to Vegas to come here. It's hard finding someone with such talent!

I love this place! I’ve been going here for manis, pedis, hair, and facials and have always been very happy with the services, the staff, and the prices. I signed up for the VIP offer which is worth it. Sophia just did highlights and hair cut and she was fabulous especially with her concern over the health of my hair. Highly recommend Elements. It’s truly a great find.

Just did my doo with my hair stylist Niko. What can I say...He's Damn Amazing and always makes me look & feel beautiful.

I scheduled an appointment for a pumpkin experience which was 110 dlls. After leaving they charged me 166 and some change. The lady who did my hair overcharged me . I thought they said 116 thinking it was the tax. I was wrong and also they charged me 3% extra for using my card. Never coming again. Highlights and haircut should not cost 166!! Outrageous!!

Candy was delightful and very skilled. She listened to my concerns, and educated me as well as giving me a fantastic conditioning treatment and cut. Highly recommend.

Had a women’s haircut and Niko did an amazing job with my hair. I got the curtain bangs with face frame and long layers. He did exactly what I asked and even better! I got the full shampoo and conditioner then blow dry and he styled my hair and brought it to life. I’m genuinely happy with the results. I highly recommend him! And the salon has a very good ambiance. I would definitely go back! Thank you so much!

First time going to Elements and definitely will not be the last! My fiance and I took advantage of one of their many specials. We went in to have 2 services done each. We started off with the most relaxing and enjoyable and pedicures with Megan and Isela. They took thier time, they were gentle and they both gave us wonderful leg and foot massages. My fiance then went with Elena to get his very first facial. Elena went above and beyond really taking care of his skin and focusing on some of problem areas. He very happy with his service. Zonya did some highlights for me and they look awesome! I couldn't be happier. She was super friendly and professional. This was my first time with her but it felt like I've known her for years! I Love this place, it truly was a spa experience and we can't wait to go back!

A friend booked me a massage here for my birthday. The place is really cute and has a great vibe staff was super friendly. Eugenia took such good care of me, my back feels so amazing, she’s so good with workout out knots with the softest hands everrrr and is so attentive! Can’t wait to go back
