Customer service was TERRIBLE. We waited several minutes before being greeted, there was only one booked table, 2 waitpersons. After being seated is was another several minutes before our waitperson showed to our table. We placed our order. The food was okay. The waitperson never asked me if everything was okay. They have a lot of room for improvement. They’re not attentive at all.

THE BEST VEGAN TACOS! This place was so impressive. The menu is really extensive. I got the Taco Tuesday deal, which was 3 street tacos and a drink for $9.95, and a “small” order of nachos. The nachos were still HUGE- no complaints though. You have to try the cactus as your “protein” on something, so unique and tasty. Very close to the airport, so it’s really convenient when you get off of the plane ready to EAT.

A classic vegan taco spot. It was everything I thought it would be. Favorite taco was the al pastor super good. Nachos looked better than they tasted but still good. Their beans and rice were fantastic. Service was lacking a bit. Looks like they're expanding soon so that's exciting.

Best Vegan Mexican restaurant in town. Can't go wrong here with the choices. Every dish is vegan and is served hot 🔥 and delicious. Customer service is friendly and knowledgeable. Decor and Music are nice. Restrooms are clean and functional. You must call ahead to have dine in and wear masks during the Pandemic. Come here for deep flavors!

Wanted to taste vegan tacos for the longest and this place did not disappoint. There food was great, food priced well and they even had vegan deserts which was a plus so we took some to go.

This was my first time visiting but this restaurant is very cute. I believe the theme is centered around the 50 or 60s. I think this would be a cute date night to give you an excuse to dress up if you’d like. They have lights in the ceiling and a calming fountain in the room with soft music playing in the background. The tacos were great and big for the price. I had the Grand & Full Size Taco. With tip and food I spent about $30. I the staff was nice as well. I would come here again.

Panchos deserves way more attention than they get. The Vegas area has some good options for plant-based Mexican food, and Panchos earns a solid recommendation among them. Also, while I may have sneered in derision at someone ordering a burger at a Mexican restaurant in the past, I am now that guy. But, I mean, just look at that burger! Good plant-based food and reasonable prices. We should go more often and so should you.

The food is always excellent. I love the service staff as well. But let just focus a little on what an experience this is. They moved into what I believe is the old Liberace museum and kept the Liberace. This is just so cool to be able to sit and eat amazing vegan Mexican food in a very unsuspected setting. The different rooms with the beautiful brick room up from back to the mirrored glam piano room. What a treat. Prices of the food are very fair too. Sometimes vegan food can be pricey! But they keep it affordable so everyone can come in and enjoy.

Food was delicious! Would come back! Great portions, taste, and lots of options. Really cool looking place too. I got 1 street taco (little plate), 1 grand taco (big white plate) and another taco dish. Everything tasted great, fillings were cooked perfectly, and the did not skimp!!! Each taco came with a second tortilla so I basically had 2 very full tacos for the price of one. For around 10 dollars I felt like I got 5 very full, delicious vegan tacos! My partner got a chicken sandwich and said it was the closest imitation to a real one he's ever had. He was quite apprehensive at first but left satisfied. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

Great selection of “meats”! This place has ever type of vegan meat you could ask for. Big sizes and wonderful taste. I really enjoyed the Mexican atmosphere and our server was so nice and friendly. Great vegan sauces and spicy is spicy lol. Every taco had its own unique taste and the food was done in authentic Mexican style. You will not be disappointed if you decide to go here. We’ll definitely come back!

Vegan or not, this place has the best tasting Mexican food I've had in a while. The food was super flavourful (don't sleep on the refried beans) and the service was very friendly and attentive. I ordered the chili rellano and the roasted peppers were delicious!! My husband got the 4 street tacos (for only $11.50) which were fresh and tasty. Bring your non-vegan friends here!

Vegan Mexican food? Don't mind if we do! Visited on a Friday afternoon with my sister and my dad. The decor is very much day of the dead and there isn't much else to the place. A few booths along the wall, a few tables on the floor, and a bar that isn't open, yet. We were seated in a booth, given menus, and we ordered waters. There were quite a few options to choose from and they have daily specials as well. Friday was classic burrito for $5.99 and a dollar extra for a wet burrito. My sister chose the wet burrito with "asada" and both red and green sauce. My dad went with 2 crunchy tacos, one "asada" and one "carnitas" made with jackfruit. I ended up choosing a small classic nachos with "asada". It didn't take long for the food to come out and it looked delicious. The burrito was pretty large and the small nachos were a little more than I expected, both very good things. Although the food didn't really emit a Mexican vibe, it was still really good and made you think you were eating meat. Nachos: That cheese and the combination bite with all aspects of the nachos at one time was heavenly. I finished all my nachos and was satisfied. Burrito: My sister enjoyed her burrito. After a while it became too much tortilla so she just ate the filling. Tacos: My dad enjoyed but he was expecting more Mexican flavors and was getting that. Overall we had a good experience and a good time and I def recommend giving them a try.

Fantastic food, there was a fly that wouldn't let our table alone, the table should've been cleaned better and they opened without having their specialty drinks made and chilled, hence the 4 star and not 5 star rating. The food was tasty and the prices are affordable. The server was nice and did her best with the shortage of help. It was our first visit and we will be back, hopefully they will earn the last star. Was hungry and forgot to take photos, will take some next time.

I was disappointed. My daughter is a picky eater, so who can go wrong with a Quesadilla. Well.... I told the lady I needed a plain Quesadilla. No sauce no nothing. And I asked what is a kid friendly meat. She says she don't know. So I picked and told her to put it on the side. Which she did. But guess what!! There was pepperjack cheese. Really!! It's for a kid!! I'm already asking for Kid Friendly meat. And then you give my child hot cheese. She should have said something about thw cheese. The food was salty. Didn't feel friendly. The food looked amazing... but was not what I was hoping.

What we ate was tasty. But the ambiance experience I wish was better. There were many items on the menu they did not have. The seating was also a bit uncomfortable. The building used to have an association with Liberace. Most ff the decor seems out of the 1970s/80s. But has more of an "old" feel than a retro. Didn't mind that as much as the lack of so many items on the menu. That could be a sign that the place is struggling. I hope they improve as I appreciate good Vegan food.

We were a table of 3 adults and one child . We came fifteen minutes before closing but they were thoughtful enough to take us. Service was amazing, food was amazing, I was really happy. Can't wait to come back here and try more things.

Tried Pancho for the first time this past weekend visiting Vegas. The food was hit and miss for my brother's and I. The service was great and atmosphere has a mellow and calm feel to it. We ordered their; *Wet Burrito(Asada), Calif. Burrito(Chik-end), Sm. Nachos(Chik-end), Sope(Chik-end) and Churro(Plain&bavarian cream filled). My favorite was the sope and plain churro. We didn't order everything on the menu so I can only speak on what we had ordered but I would eat here again. If you're in the area stop by and give them a try.

The Liberace bar is still there. The vegan food was spectacular. We did $25 per person tapas that was unlimited. We left very happy.

Gave Panchos Vegan Restaurant & Cantina" a try this past December while I was visiting Las Vegas, and it was all right, the burrito I had tasted like a frozen burrito. I've had better vegan Mexican food in California. I'd like to give this place another try sometime though. I think they had a vegan queso fresca(very cool) on the carne asada burrito I ordered. The order came out fast, the dining area was charming.

The food was amazing. The waitress was very knowledgeable of the specials and food items. We had many questions because we have never been there. I am not vegan but my friend is. So I had more questions about what each meal tastes like in comparison to the real stuff. I had the three taco combo. I ordered two of the carnitas and one of asada taco. The carnitas were made with jackfruit and the asada was made with mushrooms. The asada was very good and you couldn't even tell that you were eating mushrooms. The jackfruit carnitas were very tasty as well but if I could do it again I would just order all asada. Their are 3 different types of proteins. The food was so good that I would go back and take my non-vegan fiance there so he can enjoy a good authentic vegan Mexican meal. The atmosphere inside is very nice as well. They have very cute traditional Mexican decorations. They must have night life after a certain hour. They had a DJ booth and a pool table in the back. There's also a full bar. My favorite part was the little popsicle cooler with fresh vegan and gluten-free popsicles.

This place is a hidden gem! Authentic Mexican food 100% vegan and it does not compromise the flavor. On the contrary, this restaurant is much better than any other Mexican restaurant with meat options that we have tried. The service is fantastic, the price is good and the ambience is great (loved the music selection). Definitely recommend the street tacos, the pozole if you visit on a weekend, and the potatoe flautas. Good job Panchos! 👏 we will come back every time we are in Las Vegas.

Very impressive restaurant. I keep finding out more and more there are actually Vegan Mexican restaurants. The food was delicious. The tacos were also delicious. The sauce really gave me sort of a punch but was delicious as well and the service. Beautiful restaurant decorated so beautiful. By the way, they sell shirts.

I love this place, they have amazing vegan Mexican inspired foods. They would get a 5 star review but they have poor customer service. I have had takeout here multiple times as well as dine in, but with takeout they are very slow. I have had to wait over 10 minutes just to ask for extra salsa.

  • 5/5 Emily M. 3 years ago on Google
Ordered the nachos and wet burrito. Loved the nachos! The burrito was okay but I wish I added in some extra pico or something else light. Burrito was huge though! With that and the small order of nachos it was more than enough for 2 people.

This place is SO DELICIOUS. My husband and I were so pleased with everything we tried. We got one of each of the vegan meat options, and each one was so different from the next! The cactus was a huge surprise hit—YUM! We left very full and so impressed. Can’t wait to eat here again!
