I'm not sure why Canes is hyped up as much as it is, despite it still being really good. Like, people go crazy for Canes when it has clearly superior chicken competitors. Chickfila and Popeyes offer more options at equal or better the value. However, Canes toast is exceptionally good, I will give it that. Their fries are not that crispy or original, but they have a great sauce. Overall good food, but theres room to improve.

Quick and friendly service. We even got asked how our food was to make sure we were all set. Nice and clean too.

Best chicken fingers Iโ€™ve ate in my 39 years of living! Donโ€™t forget to order extra toast cause their toast is the best! First time coming through the drive thru earlier today and the line was long but went by quicker than I expected! I got amazing customer service from the cashier Amarie she was super friendly and gave my newly adopted dog a free dog treat which stood out to me the most on my trip here! Overall the employees I came across today were so nice, and the customer service I got makes me want to go back! My new favorite go to spot with the best food!

This off Nellis and Charleston. Located next to apartments, across from Buffet Asia. They have a meal with 3 chicken tenders, French fries, bread and coleslaw with a drink for about $11. You can get a chicken sandwich with fries and a drink for $10. Service was exceptional here, and the food was fresh. They have music which was good for an enjoyable lunch experience.

Love visiting different Raising Cane's locations. Had the 3 piece meal. Loved the fries and toast, but most especially, the sauce and crushed ice is why I return.

I ordered 1 big tray of chicken 100 pieces and 2 small trays of Fries. The chicken was good but the fries were too soft not crispy enough. Maybe I'll ask them to cooked a little longer next time. It was like spaghetti so soft and not crispy.

I love me some Raising Cane's and have never had a bad experience... until now. They forgot our extra bread, extra fries, missed one of our drinks and a few sauces as well. Hopefully it was just a one time thing.

I went today, and all I have to say is that i am very pleased with the service the staffed provided. The food came out relatively quickly, within 5 minutes of placing my order. The cashier who took my order was super sweet and super welcoming! The music was also amazing, who ever was in charge of that has amazing taste in music. Thank you to all the staff in that place for being able to make this experience an amazing one!

The food was absolutely AMAZING! I always love the Texas toast! The employees were kind and took care of my order very quickly, especially for how many orders they take and how crowded it is! I love the aesthetic!

Definitely never coming to this canes again not only did they get my order wrong they also didnโ€™t give me a receipt and the manager didnโ€™t want to believe me about them getting my order wrong so asked me to bring in the food. And to top it all off there was hair in my food absolutely disgusting.

I've been hearing good things about this place so I thought it was time I paid a visit. There was no above and beyond service that makes this place stand out, nor did the combination of seasonings on my chicken cause a great desire in me to become a repeat customer. The extra small chicken strips and half cup of fries was definitely not enough for an adult. I don't eat McDonald's food, but I'd say if the line is too long over there, then you can run over here for the kid's meal.

Chicken is flavorful, moist, hot and delicious. Don't care for the fries so I just get extra coleslaw which reminds me of my own. The lemonade is delicious. Wish we had one in Southern Utah. It's the only fast food chicken place we will go to. The staff are very welcoming. Music is a bit loud for me....

The chicken and cane's sauce were delicious. The chicken was so hot and fresh! The chicken was actually steaming so just be careful if you try to take a bite like I did. I wasn't thrilled with the fries and coleslaw. The Texas toast was okay. I would go again just for the chicken.

The best Raising Canes in Las Vegas. The other locations are good, but not as good as this one. Recently the prices have sky-rocketed! A Box Combo is now $10.99 ($11.91 w/ tax) and the Caniac Combo is $15.89 ($17.22 w/ tax).

Dinning room was closed, not a big deal proceeded to the drive thru. Was told it was company policy to only take 2 separate orders per car. We had to download there curbside app while we waited in the drive thru, they were not accepting the app. We had to drive back around and wait back in line so we could complete our order. If cars sat 2 people per vechicle this system would make sense but most cars seat 4 or more. Food was great.

My review has been updated since coming back, the manager Gaby had reached out and made up for my experience at this caneโ€™s. Last time I think they were having an off day as it was very overly busy and crowded. The drive thru line today was swift and everything came out good as expected from a canes . Fresh food and everything in my order correct , Thanks!

Customer service is awesome and their chicken fingers are on par with restaurant quality. Very juicy, quality chicken not over powered by a lot of breading. I'm a huge chicken eater, rarely eat any other type of meat, so I'm very picky of the quality of chicken I eat. Highly recommend...just wished they made mashed potatoes and gravy like KFC

I just ordered from there and unfortunately I didnโ€™t receive any fries. Tragedy.

Food is ALWAYS amazing. Those kids that work there have discipline and training. My only concern is that the place is always full, no matter what city you drive to, I mean ALWAYS. Lines like Black Friday. How can the company address that concern? Fantastic food and fantastic employees though.

You can't find better hot , tender, and tasty chicken in Las Vegas. And the Service is also great. But unfortunately we will not be coming back anytime soon. We have dine in at raising Cane's on Craig, and the one on Nellis. And have found that the Music is so loud, and other people who are trying to out talk the Music made our dining experience not worth it...

Raising canes is one of my favorite places to eat. And this raising canes location is the main one near my house. Every time Iโ€™ve been customer service has been great. The food has been cooked to quality standard. The location is usually clean the last time I went it was kind of dirty, but they were busy, so I understand. I will definitely return to this location again.

This is the SECOND best chicken I have ever had. The best was at the Raising Cane's on Maryland Parkway, but it's still good enough that I prefer to go to this one instead because of the location. The traffic and parking are a lot more forgiving, so while it might not be the BEST chicken in Vegas, I still tend to enjoy it more since I'm never angrily tearing into it while pretending it's the face of some d-bag tourist or crazy motorist.

The chicken tenders are damn good! The Cane's sauce is banging! The crinkle fries are pretty good. The texas toast is cravable. The coleslaw gets the job done. The ice tea is solid, the lemonade is a tad sweet for my taste.

Fast. Fresh. Juicy.8. These pictures you will see an order made to go. Great presentation. Great service. Great tasting food. Not greasey what so ever. Fries are yummy. Soda pop is fresh. I love the ketchup packaging. Four peice chicken tender box. Clean restaurant. Professional service. It was late about nine in the evening was busy through the drive through. Everyone was calm cool and collective. Love it.

I come here probably once a week at least, most of the time the food is pretty good, sometimes better than others but generally, im happy with it. the reoccurring problem I keep having is that they don't give you any napkins anymore. you used to be given a certain amount per meal but I'm guessing it's not a policy anymore since it's happened over and over again?

Hands down the BEST chicken fingers around. KFC can't hold a candle to them. And there's not a bunch of gimmicky stuff to balloon the menu, just chicken fingers, fries, coleslaw, and Texas toast. And with food this good, they don't need to offer any more.

This was my first time trying Cane's. The chicken was good, as was the coleslaw, the toast seemed like an afterthought. The restaurant was clean, service was quick and friendly. No complaints!

I personally love Caneโ€™s, however after being unable to reach the restaurant by phone after 6 calls I had no choice but to leave a 1 star in hopes of getting their attention. Maybe I will not get a response but at least itโ€™s out there. I went through the drive through tonight and patiently waited as it was really busy as it is most nights. Driving past the location itโ€™s normal to see a line from the start of the drive through passing the entire span of the parking lot over to the eye store. The chicken really is that good. Finally I got to place my order. 3 box combos extra crispy (2 no coleslaw extra toast and the other regular) with 2 lemonades and 1 hi-c. On the side I ordered 3 additional sauces. I also asked if there was a gallon of lemonade available for purchase and sadly there was none. The drive thru worked confirmed my order and gave me the total $32.15 I pulled to the first window gave the attendant my card and we both laughed that there was a school lunch tray on the window sill. There was a problem printing the receipt and this was explained to me and I said it was ok. I pulled forward and waited for my order. The drinks were handed to me. Then a second associate came and confirmed I had the order with extra crispy everything. I said yes and the order was handed to me (3 closed boxes) I asked to confirm that there was also 3 extra sauces that I had ordered. And it was confirmed they were in there (in my experience the extra sauces are pack inside the boxes) I said thank you and pulled off. Getting home to my family we noticed no extra sauces, a missing cole slaw, no straws and no ketchup or hot sauce. Since I did mot have a receipt I was unable to confirm if I was actually charged for the extra sauces. I just wanted to call the restaurant and see if they were paid for before driving down to collect them since I had no receipt hoping that this information could be looked up. If not it would have been a simple thanks for checking and see you next time. Other than this always a great experience. Just hate that now a days direct communication between consumers and places of business lacks. Hope this feed back is helpful.

Went in for a quick bite after work and it did take a couple minutes waiting for 4-6 piece meals but they threw in extra sauce and toast for my time. This place is always busy and also clean inside the eating area. Great staff as well.

Love me some raising canes chicken. This place never disappoints. The service was exceptional as well the place was packed and we brought in a big group and they got us taken care of. One of our meals was slowed up a bit but they made sure to take care of that person that was in our group of 20.

This place is awesome. Love the atmosphere and the food. Pretty good chicken. The Texas toast here is also really good. The lemonade is a go to but the sauce just takes everything to another level. The drive through always has a pretty long line so normally we just eat in and there isn't too long of a line. If you want good chicken strip come here!
