I spent 6 days in this Motel, the room with very nice decoration and spacious but the area rugs all stained. The owner and manager with not a very good attitude told me I break the shower faucet when the last day I opened it and I could not close it , so they told me in bad manner I break it and they kept my room deposit $ 100.00 plu they charged me $ 67.00 to my card for the cost of the shower faucet($150.00) and a sheet and cover ($17.00) for being stained. And they very conveniently forgot the $ 100.00 of the pet deposit but I claimed it and they had to return it to me. They are cheats because I could not break a shower faucet due to my arthritis. That one was broken and I paid $ 150.00 for it. If I could I gave it 0 stars.

The decor is cool. The room was comfy when you finally get in. They didn’t tell me about $100 cash deposit when I called. They make you check out at 11 but you can’t get your deposit back until 12 pm. The area is shady and the one room shack off property that they call an office is hard to locate and only fits 1 at a time so be prepared to wait in the heat for a long while cuz their slow too

We were looking for an affordable place to sleep for a few hours after the U2 concert. It was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. It is old and not on the nicest side of town. In fact, when we drove up to the place we really second guessed our decision to book here. But the room, themed with old roadside signs, retro fridge, clock radio, and lockers for a closet, sort of grew on us. We got a good night's sleep and are ready for a long drive home.

I waited one week to write this review. Biggest issue- they'll ask $100 cash refundable (as they say) but I(and almost everyone read other reviews) didn't get back as they wouldn't return deposit before 9 am and they if you'll leave we'll post you I called after 2 days they said they've posted it's been a week now I haven’t got my money back. 2. The place is real shaddy and you'll feel your in some insecure suburbs. 3. The office is roughly 12-15mins of walk away from the actual place of stay. They provide address on the day of check-in. So be ready to carry your stuff or do another uber if you haven't rented car from airport. 4.the old man on counter gave me keys of single queen while we booked double queen so I had to go again to get the keys. 5. Please don't book this place if you get any other option And yes read the one star reviews they are most precise description of place and 5star ratings looks unrealistic to me.

This place was more like a temporary homes for some of the patrons staying there! I felt like I had neighbors lol and grumpy ones I also had a neighbor that was harassing me and wouldn't let me leave the property he said right next to my car I had to maneuver many ways just to leave. I didn't mention it as it seemed Normal for this place! There were alot of dead water bugs in the room as well ! But hey I took a gamble and it was also alot more expensive than the stratosphere ! The housekeeping staff are actually extremely helpful, polite, and professional. Very attentive and represent their hotel very well. The shocking part is the owner will arrive and chatise tenants, come with bullying tactics against anyone " on his property", he will be quick to threaten tenants with homelessness and/or law enforcement, constantly reminding everyone that he has personal or secret connections or hookups in the local law enforcement that will do to others what he wants done. His name is KEN. AND HIS CONVERSATION ARE FULL OF PROFANITY AND EVILNESS. This place is definitely not for children whatsoever not even for one night!!! I WILL NOT I REPEAT I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN A DAY IN MY LIFE. THANK YOU MR. KEN FOR LEAVING ME TRAUMATIZED. BUT THANK YOU HOUSEKEEPING STAFF FOR BEING SO KIND AND PROVIDING ME THE ONLY GOOD EXPERIENCE I EXPERIENCED THERE!!!!

Room was very nice. Not a whole lot of noise to keep you awake at night. Was disappointed to find the pool was closed. Also getting your deposit back is a mess otherwise. Nice place

It's a motel people, it's also ran by very caring and motivated people and that should matter to you. Stacey the manager went out of her way to try to make sure we had a room available for us, as the site like Expedia showed sold out. She knew that rooms were available and went the extra mile to make sure we are taken care of. Really awesome when people actually care now. Great place!

Under renovations the suites are very nice with full sized refrigerators(stainless) microwaves and shower head(over-head) no tub was the kicker. I would recommend 5* the pool is located front & center of the motel. As the "work in progress" continues to raise the bar here in in downtown Vegas our City is amazing..I have no complaints & the rates are right on with the current market. Very satisfied. Room was clean there was a fridge and gas station and taco truck really close by w the best $4 quesabirrias. Deposit can be made via card or cash. Only complaint is Parking is not that great.

I'm sure that Ken the owner, would like to sue me for my personal experience. But in reality, you can't sue me for stating the truth. I have photos and videos to back my mouth up. So..That being said. Yes the property has more drug dealers than a local jail. It is the hot spot for them. That beautiful pool your paying for, is just for looks. The units, do smell of mold. Because under all that paint is mold. The plumbing is cracked. Make sure fire alarms work, because not all of them do. Manager doesn't care about your safety. There are only 2 units that actually are full kitchens. It's cheaper and safer to get a hotel room on the strip. Atleast you'll get your deposit back. Read negative reviews. They are the truth. The 5 star reviews are from old employees.

These people are bunch of cheaters they'll ask for $100 cash while handeling keys as deposit but they dont open office early so basicaly they wont return it to you(they promise theyll post i didnt recieve even aftee 10 day)

Upside is a pool that's it especially since it has been sold to the tyrant that owns the roulette,town and country,sterling sumthing can't remember the name and I believe he owns the safari also

Very shady and very unsafe place. Pros: you make friends out of bedbugs,crickets,lice and other insects. They'll do everything to make sure you never repeat mistake of booking or recommending this place anywhere. Cons: you might end up spoiling your holiday.

The room was a complete mess when we came in. You have to check in at a different location, the pool wasn’t available, the housekeeping ladies carried their cleaning supplies in a shopping cart. The bathroom was very dirty, and the beds had no cover by the time we came in. We came out of state to enjoy Vegas for a weekend and we had to spend a good amount of our afternoon to get out here. Didn’t even feel safe leaving anything in there. The front desk lady was very nice and professional and did help us get our money back, but everything else was horrible.

The room decor was very unique. There was an antique looking red microwave & fullsize red refrigerator and had blue walls and traffic signs on the walls Stop, Yield, One-Way Route 66 etc...The white walls were ragged looking could use sanding then a good paint job. There were other ragged looking spots but the room was clean & comfy. The outside looks like a typical motel not an attention grabber but it was the cheapest price I found for a Fri. nite for booking less than a week.

Flat screens, good size fridge, microwave, and 🚬 smoking and non smoking rooms available. Wheelchair accessible with a sparkling pool on site! You could do much worse than this place considering the neighborhood, however it's pretty safe and close to major thoroughfares. $$ rooms available.

I would rate this place -10 if i could. The host was unresponsive and when we finally got a hold of him, he did nothing to help me get my money back. DO NOT STAY HERE ITS A SCAM!

it was really poor and bad stay .Dirty linen on the bed .The reception was really poor and bad .They are not giving clear information on website .They are not mentioning there is a deposit of 100 dollars for getting the room keys to be paid by cash .We had paid cash and expected a money return in a week or so but no money came back .This is really bad and unprofessional behavior .

Good food. I go for the beef and cheddar personally. Nice start, and clean in door eating.
