Mr. Mordechai at The Jewelers saved me (literally)! I was wearing my grandmother's real gold ring on a trip to Vegas, but it turned out to be too tight, and my finger started swelling up / turning purple and prevented me from being able to remove the ring. I visited two different emergency rooms and an urgent care to have the ring removed, but none of them had the right tool to cut it off safely. Finally, after calling around various jewelers in Vegas, they all referred a "Mr. Mordechai" of The Jewelers store. I walked into his store in a panic, but he immediately set me at ease with his welcoming and easygoing spirit, and he had the special tool to cut the ring off safely and cleanly! He cut the ring off within the first few minutes of me walking in, and didn't even charge me anything for it! I was so relieved (and my finger immediately started deflating back to normal). I was sad to have cut my grandmother's heirloom ring, but Mr. Mordechai saved me again, and was able to repair the ring (and even resize it larger) within 20 minutes for a very reasonable charge! See pics of the clean cut, then the clean fix. My grandmother's ring looked as good as new, and they even polished it! My family couldn't believe their eyes, as the ring looks better than before. As I was waiting in the store, I started noticing a celebrity wall of photos. It turns out that Mr. Mordechai has been providing jewelry for some of the greatest celebrities for over 50 years - he has photos signed from Celine Dion, Shania Twain, Tom Cruise, Chuck Norris, Jackie Chan, and many more all thanking him personally! He even provided jewelry for Elvis back in the day! I felt like I had stumbled upon an incredible bit of Las Vegas insider history :) Thank you The Jewelers and Mr. Mordechai for your incredible expertise and service!

I’m a native born Las Vegan. I grew up seeing Mordecai’s TV commercials all the time. The day came when I needed to see a jeweler for a wristwatch repair. Because of those commercials, I instinctively sought out The Jeweler’s of Las Vegas. The second I stepped inside, three store associates greeted me with warm, genuine smiles. Their reception made me feel very comfortable. Truthfully, I felt slightly embarrassed by bringing in my wristwatch with a broken cotter pin. But their skilled jeweler behind-the-scenes took my item, and was able to fix it on the spot! He even replaced the other pins which were in bad shape. It cost a mere $10. WOW. I browsed through their beautiful creations under glass displays while I waited a short 10 minutes. The jewelry for sale was absolutely stunning. I was very impressed with the craftsmanship. One last thing to note, is that the original TV commercials were playing on a flat screen located at the far end of the store! How cool! Don’t waste your time by going anywhere else. Please make The Jeweler’s of Las Vegas your #1 go-to. I know I sure will.

I just visited to have my wife's ring fused together a few days ago and a young lady with blonde hair took care of me effortlessly, she was very professional but when I came into pick up my ring I was welcomed (for a lack of better words) by an older angry woman with brown hair. I didn't notice her rude gestures until she handled my ring with no care and spent the entire transaction talking to other customers. I'm hoping she is the only racist person who works here. Thankfully I've worked at a bank for several years and know how to handle myself when dealing with a negative person like her.

We have now gone to the Jewelers for our engagement and wedding rings. Every time we come in, Mordecai and the staff are friendly and helpful. They greet me and my fiancé right away, and we are in and out in no time. Easily the best experience at a jewelry store we’ve had.

I requested my ring to be sized, and although the outcome was okay, they absolutely have no clue how to measure the correct size for my finger. Also, the level of service was absurd. One of the ladies have also mentioned that it would be difficult to size my ring since there are “4 diamonds of the side of my ring”, and she mentioned with the worst attitude possible. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I’ve never gone to a jewelry store, where you get treated badly, especially for not being sure of your ring size. So, if you’re thinking of getting your rings sized, don’t go with them.✨ P.S. my ring was almost glued to my finger, so thanks for that as well.

The first time they secured my prongs and now they have done an appraisal for me. I feel comfortable and confident in their services. That is important when you have expensive jewelry. Top notch jeweler! My wife had her wedding ring fixed here. The black coral was starting to become damaged due to 20+ years of wear and tear. The repair is amazing (we didn't think a repair was possible). The re-sizing is perfect. Very pleased with the outcome. Special thanks to John and Lisa.

Good Afternoon and Merry Christmas Eve! As usual, walking into The Jewelers feels so intimate no matter how many customers are there. Ylad(?), whom I’ve never had the opportunity to meet until yesterday, was thoughtful and patient. I had an “idea” of what my wife told me she was interested in and with Ylad’s help we found a lovely piece. His gracious daughter wrapped it with expertise and care. I enjoy shopping at The Jewelers no matter what the reason is. What a wonderful store!

This place and its people are the best. Have been for as long as i can remember. I have had few custom pieces made here, cleanings and repairs. I am never disappointed! Bravo guys!! And gals!!

Not a partner at all I designed a ring gave them the material. They re-created it twice for me. When I was leaving town, I asked for the file of the ring I created and they tried to charge me $250 for the cad file. Fortunately, my son is a CAD engineer and re-created it in an hour. I will never do business with these people. They are not true partners. They’re in it for the rip off. Over creation, I made sad

Mordechai and his team at the Jewelers are incredible. My wife jammed her finger and needed to have her wedding and engagement rings cut off. Mordechai took care of it in less than a minute and made sure my wife was comfortable the whole time. They also were able to repair and resize the ring so it would fit once the swelling went down and the finger healed. We are so thankful!!!
