My family and I have shopped at Ben bridge for many years but this is the first time that we shopped at the Las Vegas location. The service was overwhelmingly warm and inviting and everyone was super helpful and nice. Was able to get a lot of our repairs done as well as a brand new purchase which I love so definitely will be returning for more.

Wow - what customer service!! My wife lost a bracelet we had purchased 10 years ago from Ben Bridge in Phoenix and every time we see one in our travels, we walk through to see if we can find another one. Today we did exactly that here in Las Vegas and were lucky enough to meet Roz at Ben Bridge in Fashion Show Mall. After telling Roz the story of the lost bracelet, she not only cleaned my wife’s rings, but got on the store database and found the original invoice from 10 years ago. It was out of stock…however; she had a similar bracelet that my wife loved!!! In today’s world of “take it or leave it”, Roz is an example of “going the extra mile”!! She is a true Easter blessing for us!!

Stacy was awesome! She helped me order a watch over the phone for my boyfriend and made the process super easy! It’s his 30th birthday and he has a watch for each milestone and I can’t wait to add to his collection! Thanks again, Stacy!

SUPER impressed with this great store. Of course it's an amazing central location on the Las Vegas strip but also they have an incredible selection, and really great folks working there. Kyle was the one who mainly helped me today; he was easy to chat with, not pushy, knew his stuff, and made the buying experience a real joy. Oh, and I also found one of my dream watches. While on vacation my husband’s watch battery died. We stopped in to see if they could replace the battery. We stood waiting our turn for about five minutes while the older man continued a social conversation that had absolutely had nothing to do with selling jewelry. As there was a pause in their conversation, I said excuse me, can you answer a quick question? He turned to me and blasted in a booming voice that he was with a customer. We had been there long enough to know his conversation had nothing to do with selling anything! I wish I could have spent a million dollars on jewelry and replay the shopping scene from Pretty Woman!
