Don’t waste your time in this place on Sunday cause the gentleman in there is just rude and don’t wanna work cause he is busy in the computer probably in Facebook, i was the only customer in the store and he blew me off to wait 15 minutes in the counter, my daughter woke me up this morning after she checked many jewelry’s online she said to me, this is the place daddy it have many good reviews let’s go for my earnings there!!!! Wellll was a ruined of my Sunday!! Never again not recomendable!!!

I got my girlfriend's ring resized at Zaragoza Jewelers and had a great experience with the whole process!!! They quoted me a very reasonable price and had the ring back to me on the same day! This is one of the best jewelry repair spots in Las Vegas and if I ever need my gold chain solder back together or another ring resized, I would definitely come back :! Thank you again.

Zaragosa Jewlers is a introductory jeweler. Their diamonds in their rings fall out, their customer service is at best sub-par. Their staff is under educated and equipment is old and outdated. Their people use the simpliest form of fixes for your jewlery. They renovated for looks but not for functionality. Take your business elsewhere. They sell 4000 dollar pieces to minors. Their business practices are unethical. Go to a jewler that is more reputable and well known.

When I called to inquire about their services one of the jewelers was rude, he didn’t want to give me much details. I took my jewelry there to get a quote and charged me $240. Something told me to call around and get other quotes and I came across DNJ Jewelry Repair and they only charged me $50 and everything was fixed within 2 hours. Don’t go to this place they will try to rip you off

Took my mother's ring in for a repair Sonny did such a fabulous job he made the band wider and reset all the stones and the cleaning made it look as if I just purchased it right from the shop so pleased I brought my other 2 rings to be reset ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

BUYER BEWARE: Quick version: They don’t use real diamonds, if you have bought from here go have your piece appraised and you will see what I am talking about. They trick you by using Moissanites (lab created diamonds which are fake) and cheapest on the market along with lowest Quality metals and stamping them with 14k. You let two 15 year olds buy all these pieces of Jewlery without any question. You wouldn’t take back the Jewlery knowing that minors came in your store and you sold to them regardless. The managers exact words: “we saw a sale and took that opportunity, to my credit your son looks older so why would we question him.” Finding all this out I went and got my engagement ring and wedding ring appraised and what do I find out? Moissanites and a quality of less than 10k on 14k stamped rings, They are garbage!! It was bad enough that the “diamonds” I’m sorry no, the moissanites kept falling out and you would never fix it, or I thought that was what was bad. Now I know why no Jeweler wanted any part in fixing this and my insurance wouldn’t approve it as being insured. You can say what you want about it being real let people read this and have their Jewlery appraised and then we will see what actually is real.
