I was a little skeptical about purchasing anything here since it is a new store, but i was amazed by the customer service that was provided. The lady who helped me was really knowledgeable and not your typical pushy sales person. She answered all of my questions and she explained everything in a way which I would understand without making me feel dumb. I ended up buying a pair of earrings and necklace for my mother and a ring for myself. If you care about customer service, this store is for you.

Best price for jewelry. Five stars no doubt! They put batteries in watches and repair jewelry for a fraction of the other jewelry store around them. Good people, good business.

The ladies were very helpful. I didn't feel rushed to make a decision on what I wanted to purchase. They both went as far as bringing out catalogs for me to look at, and were VERY patient. I had to special order the item I wanted and within a weeks time they called me to inform me my item was in. My whole experience was VERY positive. No doubt in my mind about their professionalism. Extremely great customer service. We went in to repair my boyfriends chain he's had for 20 yrs and we had quoted everyone in the mall . This place quoted us the most reasonable repair out of the whole mall . My boyfriend was so impressed by there professionalism and fairness he surprised me with buying me a beautiful diamond ring. They resized the ring and did his repair with in the hour both were finished . I went in with a boyfriend and came out with a fiance and a beautiful ring 💍 . THANK YOU SO MUCH ! 💓

Purchased a ring for my fiancé, customer service was good at first until we started having issues with the ring. The Diamond kept falling off. Took it back to get repaired, paid for the repair. 2 days later the Diamond fell off again. They claim they have warranty for the repair but when my fiancé tried taking it back to get it fixed again, the manager refused to take responsibility for a faulty prong system the ring had. Instead he tried to upsell my fiancé another ring. I was going to purchase my wedding rings there because I am getting married very soon. Now I’m left with a faulty ring and spent hard earned money for a repair that never really fixed the problem. I don’t recommend this place. Go spend the extra money on a real jewelry store that actually cares about their customers all the way through not just to make a sale.

Poor customer service. The sales person Kimberly P. is clueless. They will lie to your face if you attempt to return/exchange an item.

Very professional and the prices are great. I brought nine watches there to have the batteries exchanged. While waiting they also took the time to clean our wedding rings and provided a cleaning cloth free of charge. I would highly recommend The Jewelry District for my future jewelry needs.

My family spend almost $3,000 at this store for Mother's day. I referred my mother so she could have her Rolex necklace resized and they stole the extra piece that was removed approximately (2in of 10K Gold)! I'm angry that thieves work here and stole from my mother!

I was referred to this jewelry store for jewelry repair from a jeweler at another shop in the Las Vegas area. I stepped on one of my favorite earings and broke it. The Jewlery District Fixed my earing in about 1 hour for an extreemly reasonable price.

I found the earrings I wanted, reached out, came to an agreement and was able to purchase them. I did have a date that I needed them by and she did everything possible to get them to me by that date. The earrings are stunning!!! The clarity on these diamonds is AMAZING. It was exactly what the wife wanted. Will definitely return for more jewelry.

Do not let these foreigners touch your watch with a 40 ft pole. Received my Rolex Datejust back with a case back scratched to hell. Almost looks as if someone had no idea what they were doing. On top of that, about 2 of my links were stolen (they're gold and therefore sell for about $130 on ebay I'm sure that's why). Made a police report and was going to pursue this via small claims court but lawyers told me it wasn't worth it due to the theft/value being under $2,000. Simply stay away from this business. I'm sure the business will respond to this review by straight up lying or saying something cheesy. Disregard what they say as I spent weeks talking to the owner trying to fix the situation, but he barely even knows English so it was a waste.
