and
did
everything
they
could
to
make
things
right.

my
ring
new
again,
and
replacing
the
band.
They
even
ordered
2
more
rings
from
California
just
incase
I
wanted
to
do
a
switch
out
but
I
chose
to
keep
my
stone.
All
in
all,
I’m
happy
with
their
service
and
will
make
this
location
my
store
again.

Absolute
worst
experience
having
a
ring
from
Kay
Jewelers.
If
you
want
the
start
of
your
engagement
process
to
be
stressful…and
ringless…come
here.
Had
my
ring
3
days
before
the
main
diamond
started
clicking
around
in
the
setting.
I
brought
it
to
be
repaired…days
later
they
call
me
say
it’s
ready…pick
it
up
and
my
solitaire
2
ct
diamond
is
rocking
around
the
setting
still…what
a
joke,
I
wanted
to
cry
and
was
devastated
to
leave
again
without
my
engagement
ring
that
I
had
worn
just
a
couple
days
post
engagement.
I
agreed
to
get
a
new
head
peace
since
the
prongs
may
have
been
faulty.
They
tell
me
it
should
be
a
couple
days…it’s
been
over
a
week
and
they
keep
changing
the
dates.
Today
is
Friday
and
I
was
told
it
would
be
ready
today…I
had
to
call
8
times
in
a
3
hour
period
to
track
down
the
status
to
see
if
it
was
ready
or
not.
They
tell
me
it
should
be
ready
tomorrow…another
day…so
sad
that
my
fiancé
proposed
3
weeks
ago
and
I
have
no
ring
still.
I
am
so
saddened
that
this
is
my
shop
I
have
to
come
back
to
for
the
warranty.
Terrible
workmanship.
How
does
a
jeweler
send
a
ring
back
to
the
customer
claiming
it’s
been
repaired
when
it
clearly
is
bouncing
around
:(.
Hopefully
my
ring
will
actually
be
ready
by
the
next
date
they
have
given
me.
Save
yourself
the
trouble,
find
any
jeweler
but
this
one.
My
biggest
anxiety
now,
is
that
I
will
go
to
pick
up
again
and
it
won’t
be
fixed
correctly
again.
UPDATE:
Received
my
ring
today…only
to
find
that
the
14k
Stamp
is
missing
and
the
logo
from
the
brand
of
manufacturer
is
half
way
missing…so
half
a
star
is
on
the
inside
of
band…after
all
the
wait
to
have
my
diamond
secured…I
am
told
I
can
leave
it
with
them
again
to
sent
out
again!
At
this
point
I
am
fed
up,
I
will
NOT
take
it
back
to
this
location,
my
fiancé
took
the
time
to
pick
out
a
ring
on
his
own
for
a
surprise
engagement
and
the
ring
is
not
the
same
as
originally
now
:(.

and
the
unprofessional
workmanship.
