Should be 0 stars, made a custom order 6 weeks in advance. My wife purchased my wedding band and it would arrive before our big day. I called the day before to confirm that it would be arriving at the ETA and they stated yes that it would and I would receive a call back when it has arrived. 5 days later I called to ask where my call back was? They did not have an answer and told me to contact customer care to which they did not have one either. And was told to go into the store and let them handle this situation. Will never return, they neglected to keep me updated on my arrival. Or any updates that it would be delayed. I suggest you go somewhere else to find better service, Because you will not find that here.

We love coming to this location. My husband and I have gone to many locations around Vegas and we always fine ourself coming here for all of our purchases and cleanings. Everyone here is always so nice and they greet you right as you walk in. Our favorite person to work with is Krista. She always goes above and beyond, from helping us put in tickets to have our jewelry serviced, to even making great recommendations on jewelry purchases. She is always so knowledgeable and you can tell she loves doing what she does.

Maria was so helpful and patient with my Fiance and I... wasn't sure exactly what we wanted. Maria showed us many engagement rings and was extremely knowledgeable. Thank you Maria!!! This is the worst Kay Jewelers I've ever been to. The customer service is horrible. The people are rude and unwilling to do anything "beyond their pay grade" as I've been told. Dropped my wedding ring off for repair a month ago, I've been told the same information for weeks. They cannot locate my ring and I keep getting the run around. It's unsettling knowing this is the treatment you get as a customer. I've invested a lot of money in this company over the years and this store has made me decide to no longer due business with Kay jewelers. I want my wedding ring back, you can't just expect someone to not be upset over this. Krista made me more than aware that is not her problem and it's above her pay grade. I will be seeking an answer through Kay Corp since I cannot get a clear answer from the store. Do not recommend this location whatsoever! They will help you if you are willing to make a purchase though, paid commission of course!

EDIT/ 2nd Update: Krista and the Male manager (forgot his name) were very helpful and did everything they could to make things right. Thank you for making my ring new again, and replacing the band. They even ordered 2 more rings from California just incase I wanted to do a switch out but I chose to keep my stone. All in all, I’m happy with their service and will make this location my store again. Thank you Krista for being so kind and checking in to make sure I love my ring. Absolute worst experience having a ring from Kay Jewelers. If you want the start of your engagement process to be stressful…and ringless…come here. Had my ring 3 days before the main diamond started clicking around in the setting. I brought it to be repaired…days later they call me say it’s ready…pick it up and my solitaire 2 ct diamond is rocking around the setting still…what a joke, I wanted to cry and was devastated to leave again without my engagement ring that I had worn just a couple days post engagement. I agreed to get a new head peace since the prongs may have been faulty. They tell me it should be a couple days…it’s been over a week and they keep changing the dates. Today is Friday and I was told it would be ready today…I had to call 8 times in a 3 hour period to track down the status to see if it was ready or not. They tell me it should be ready tomorrow…another day…so sad that my fiancé proposed 3 weeks ago and I have no ring still. I am so saddened that this is my shop I have to come back to for the warranty. Terrible workmanship. How does a jeweler send a ring back to the customer claiming it’s been repaired when it clearly is bouncing around :(. Hopefully my ring will actually be ready by the next date they have given me. Save yourself the trouble, find any jeweler but this one. My biggest anxiety now, is that I will go to pick up again and it won’t be fixed correctly again. UPDATE: Received my ring today…only to find that the 14k Stamp is missing and the logo from the brand of manufacturer is half way missing…so half a star is on the inside of band…after all the wait to have my diamond secured…I am told I can leave it with them again to sent out again! At this point I am fed up, I will NOT take it back to this location, my fiancé took the time to pick out a ring on his own for a surprise engagement and the ring is not the same as originally now :(. Shame on you Kay Jewelers and the unprofessional workmanship.

Antonino was amazing !! He took time and care when inspecting and cleaning my jewelry. He gave me some great advice on how to keep my jewelry clean.

I went to get a new watch for my birthday and CC helped me pick one out that I really liked. CC provided great knowledge of the wide selection of watches and provided great customer service. I've shopped at this Kay location for years and the customer service is always top notch. Thank you CC.

I went in to get my ring resized. Maria helped me out when I dropped it off she was extremely helpful. My ring came back in sooner than expected by about a week. Krista helped me and again was super helpful. My ring was better than new. Love this Kay's location.

Krista was amazing. I went to have my jewelry cleaned. Ended up coming back an hour or so later buying a beautiful necklace. I was never gonna buy from this location again due past issues. Krista was amazing and made me have faith in this location again.

Antonio the salesman at your location at the meadows mall was our original salesman back in 10/22/22 and I believe he has assisted with other purchases of ours . we purchased small with big intent soon, he was awesome, 14 months later he was still at the same location, he was not able to be our rep he was working with another customer, he didn’t cut them short or try to speed things up because he knew we we’re there to make our big purchase. instead, we were greeted by Maria and CiCi was the ASM they were all amazing, they had exactly what we wanted 14 months ago Antonio saved our request on line in our wishlist so he Great service, awesome team support, amazing customer relations, and it was and continues to be the only Kay jeweler my wife and I will go to in the state of Nevada
