BUYER BEWARE: I tried to return my ring the next day and told there was an error in the system. Now Imm stuck with $6000 of debt sitting on a credit card for a ring I no longer wanted and returned within 24 hours. The ring has been sitting in the store and they are still unable to return it currently because of the error in the system. I’ll actively notify people to not buy from Zales or Kay, as they will scam and not let you have your money back.

Sales representative was awesome. Made several suggestions and stayed within our price range. Very friendly. We bought 2 beautiful pieces of jewelry for $200. Don't be afraid to go in!@

I am not sure if the good reviews on this particular store are from their family and friends but it is not like that. Sales man are scamming customers as well as the Store manager Tony Dicosola. My wife purchased a time pice (ROLEX) knowing it was second hand but what they forgot to mention is that they had modified the watch and when we took it to Rolex for a service they didn’t want anything to do with it because major components were counterfeit or modified and the service wasn’t able to be done under those circumstances. We then went to the store to get a refund and many excuses were said as well as the poor customer service. Zales “a reputable” jewelry store SELLING FAKE ROLEX. Their reply was that they specify in the certificate that they are not 100% authentic. Which we could believe since we never got a certificate and the guy who sold us the watch never mention anything about not being 100% authentic. $15,000 dollar purchase and he (Tony Dicosola) say there is nothing I can do and that’s it. People please don’t let this scammers get you. They are not trust worthy

Walked in to their store to browse their huge selection of jewelry. I got asked if I wanted to see anything so from there on the frienly associate helped me get exactly what my wife wanted. I've been to Zales many times in the past and this time I came to buy a wedding ring with my parents. They both generously decided to buy the rings on a budget. I informed the salesperson, Jim I think, about the budget and he bluntly told me, "No, you won't find any good wedding rings under that amount." When I know, guaranteed, they have rings under the budget. I've been on the website and in store countless of times; not sure why he would suggest that, as if he's implying they simply don't have good rings in that price range. I simply wish he would at least have suggested some good rings or be somewhat respectable when finding the ring. He also suggested to try on wedding rings way, way over our budget. Yes, I asked about the ring and price. Though why even suggest to try it on if it's almost twice our budget? After trying on many rings and not wanting any rings over the budget, he finally stopped asking me to try any rings over that amount. Anyways, this won't stop me from coming back to Zales. The store is clean and the rings always look beautiful. All the salesmen were dressed professionally.

Jared the manager tried to lie to me after another locations store manager called then they thought to play a game with me on pricing and pulled a switch and bait. Beyond unprofessional and uneducated on his Jewlery pieces

DESERVES A NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!!!! MADE A PUCHASE WITH INSURANCE AND SENT THE RING IN FOR SIZING AND IT CAME BACK SAME EXACT SIZE AS WHEN IT WAS SENT IN. NEVER RECEIVED A BOX FOR THE RING AND EXTREMELY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!! I specifically asked for a call when it came in from service and NEVER received a call.

This place just tried charging me $25,000 for a used Rolex with no box or papers with no authenticity guarantee. I can buy the same watch with original box and papers for $15,000 with a guarantee all over the internet. Highway robbery is an understatement. BEWARE

I bought a watch with cash for $200 about 20 days ago and decided to return it. At 2pm the assistant manager told me that he can send me a check that would take 2 weeks or give me a call when someone make a cash purchase because the store didn’t have any cash. He stated he only have the cash the store opened up with but he couldn’t give me a refund with it. I have never heard of this before and I would understand that they may not have enough money to make a $2000 refund but it’s only $200. What fine jewelry store doesn’t have enough money for a $200 refund? ZALES THATS WHO!!!!! Have have been a customer for over 10 yrs ZALES and this is how you do your loyal customers. I packed up my 3 yr old daughter and drove 30 min to your store for no reason and 30 min back home. Now I have to do it all again and hopefully I can get MY money in cash like I have you not a check or a excuse. PLEASE
