The service here is fantastic. I got a quote over the phone for a watch crystal replacement, and the service was very prompt. Left it at the shop in the morning. It was ready by the afternoon. 5/5 all around. Superb work.

This shop was a great find. Friendly service, honest price and first class workmanship. Will definitely come back for all my repairs needs. The shop also has a great selection, I wish I wasn't in such a hurry, but next time I'll take a better look on the wares!

This was the number one guy for what ever your watch needs are. I went in with eleven watches . They all needed batteries, but some needed bands others needed to be fitted. When the man told me he would have them done in an hour and a half I couldn't believe it, and really didn't. I went back and sure as I breathe everything was done. There were no didn't have that part , there weren't any excuses. He was a gentleman and a man of his word. I was so happy with the service that I'm writing this review. I give him an A++++.

This has been the BEST experience I have had with this watch or any other of my watches. I took my Techno link double faced watch here to get the case closed after I had dropped it and 3 of the 5 pins that screw down the case and allow it to close and seal fell out. I took it to M and I on Spring mountain ( China Town ). This place has been in business 29-30 years here in Las Vegas. They said it could be fixed. Long story short, I left it in the middle of June 2023, October 2023 i went to go pick it up since they never called me once, not once. I finally just went to go get it. They gave it back to me all in several pieces and said they were sorry. Fremont watches fixed it in 1 day!!! He did a wonderful job of cleaning everything, replacing gaskets, and replacing the pins which took the other guys 3 months to do nothing. I left it on Thursday , it was done on Friday and I picked it up on Saturday. Looks brand new and I purchased this watch over 10 years ago. He even called twice to say it was ready to be picked up. Stupendous service , wonderful skill in the hands of Mr. Saad Khalil. Thank you so very much sir. People, if you are visiting Las Vegas, and need any king of repair , batteries, or just maybe a cleaning before you go out on the town, look Mr. Khalil up, well worth it.

Excellent watch repair and service. I trusted Saad the owner with one of my good Tag watches. It wasn’t ready on time due to parts delivery delay. He repaired it and shipped it to me free of charge. Excellent service and great price. I highly recommend him and he has a customer for life now.

My experience at Fremont Watches was exceptional. Saad Khalil professionalism and craftsmanship were excellent. He provided me with all my needs and more. Came in to have several batteries replaced and also I needed help with removing links from a watchband. Mr. Khalil not only replaced the batteries but also cleaned the inside of my watch making it look good as new.

The Owner was simply amazing in replacing our watch batteries. We had a high end Cartier watch and a lower end Guess watch battery replace. Both came out perfectly in less than 30minutes job done! I have been looking around for a couple of months to get a battery replacement for a pair of watches and after comparing reviews through Google I chose this place. I was thoroughly impressed by how fast our watch batteries were replaced and the man ( Saad ) even went the extra step of cleaning the inside components of our watches. Saad Khalil the owner of Fremont Watches was awesome. I called on the phone and the store was about to close and he said he would wait for me and he did. He put a battery in my watch very quickly and showed me how to set the date and the day of the week and the time on my new watch. I highly recommend using his service on Fremont Street in Las Vegas.

I did some damage to my vintage Breitling that doesn’t really have parts easily available for it. Fremont watches was able to fix it on the spot and hand make a part for it.

Wonderful experience with Saad. He knows his watches and was kind enough to bring some not in display from his storage the next day. I ended up purchasing a vintage chronograph and a vintage omega constellation. His prices were fair/below market value. I walked by his shop to show him me wearing the vintage omega and he was very happy to see me and gifted me and my friend some pieces from his inventory that he noticed we liked. Overall, he’s a wonderful guy with a lot of experience. Next time I look into buying a watch, he will be my very first point of contact. 12/10.

My father and I went to Fremont Watches and had my father's Rolex sized and the owner Saad is an expert and very knowledgeable. We were in an out in like 5-10 minutes. I recommend this place of business if you are looking for exceptional service at a reasonable price.

Great experience and relatively intensive. Saad was able to replace a chipped glass face (which caused some broken glass to fall into the movement) in half an hour. Highly recommend if you need any repairs!

My wife and I are in town for my birthday, and she got me a nice watch that was too big for my wrist. Luckily, Saad at Fremont Watches was ready and available to size my watch band for me quick and conveniently enough so we could still make our dinner reservations.

I spoke to a gentleman over the phone about a watch that was dear to me although was not at high end he was kind and told me a specific time to meet with him the following day upon my arrival he took my watch and without saying a word got right to work on figuring out what was wrong with it I really appreciated the lack of haggling and the directness of the transaction that followed he took great care with me and treated me like a person it's few and far between that you meet a business owner that can still relate with its customers while still maintaining a professional atmosphere 10 out of 10 without a doubt.

Last week I went in to get Only 1 new watch battery but the price and customer service was so awesome!!! I had my son's silver chain fixed and cleaned my chain cleaned and I'm going back to Vegas in two weeks with all my bling now$$ I live in Arizona but this is my new favorite place now for all my bling see you soon!!!!

After multiple failed attempts to replace a band on my girlfriends keepsake watch I found Saad through a web search. I was welcomed into his shop quickly and politely and showed him the 2 pieces I was trying to repair. He immediately showed me the options available and priced each piece to allow me to decide. Quick, professional and for a reasonable price Saad was able to repair both my pieces and back them up with a 2 year warranty. Also, as these are gifts to someone he offered free replacement of the bands if something else is preferred.
