Good selection and helpful staff but whatch while being rung up they try to add extras on with out you knowing so check your bill before paying. They try to distract you while you are paying. They tried to add 8 things on my total of three things I was purchasing for more than 200 dollars more.

I love the prices I love the deals I love the jewelry an I love my Insurance I purchased with the jewelry. My only problem is this one associate that’s works there. Her attitude sucks she was talking about me in my face to another associate I got her straight though an she acted dumb the way she look As long as I have my insurance an my 3 dogs which she could never afford I will be coming to this location closest to my house. She really is not fit for this job she makes me uncomfortable an it’s not my fault she is just so happen at work everytime I come. Rule one work where you are happy at. Customer Service was awesome. I was assisted in no time from the time I was greeted till check out. The young lady that assisted me was nothing but helpful and pleasant. I shall return no doubt!

Went to get my 6 month old daughter's ears pierced. Very friendly. No judgement. My only thing was the lady was a little nervous piercing my daughter's ears because she moved a lot. The piercings turned out perfect though.

My daughter wanted her ears pierced. I was going to go to Claire’s but after reading some not so nice reviews about the staff I moved onto here. Gabriel was freaking awesome!!!! He was helpful, attentive and so sweet to my daughter while piercing her ears. It was quick and fairly painless for her. So happy with the service and staff.

I was cleaning my ears as I should (this is my second lobe piercing — I didn’t get my first here, but I know the procedure). My left ear swelled up a lot and this morning (got my ears pierced on Tuesday and today is Saturday) when I woke up the stud was in my ear and I had to go to urgent care to get it cut out. It was super painful before and super painful now that it’s out. The girl who pierced my nice and my friends have had good experiences but just be warned it’s probably best to go to a tattoo place where they do piercings.
