To be honest I am not familiar with Haitian food this is my first ever Haitian food experience , I was in the parking lot and noticed Caribbean cuisine on the window so for a change from the same ole same ole I went into to have dinner . First thing I noticed is how clean , and colorful the restaurant is I must say it was comfortable and inviting. As I mentioned first time ever in Haitian food restaurant lol after reading the menu you can imagine 😋 I was confused, and then Myriam came over and introduced her self and I decided to leave my order in her hands I explained that I dine out alot and my usual meats and she knew exactly 💯 what to give me as my first experience. Goat 🐐 and ox tail ? I was like 😳 what ! First came Appetizers plated so beautiful with amazing tasty dipping sauce it was so fresh after gobbling it all gone 😋 sofar so good . Then came the main course 🐐 , 🐂 again I must say plated with such care and served with so much fresh vegetables and color my eyes lol the gate way to my stomach was excited to see . Each meal was delicious yes! Delicious with a capital D the food was tender , and the sauce was very flavorful the atmosphere was calm and soothing as if I had just went into a private Haitian chefs home to be treated to a surprise meal. I could go on forever but since this post is so long I will wrap it up with this . Myriam came to make sure I enjoyed my experience ☺ and thats refreshing when was the last time the chef came to check on you? First time Haitian Cuisine and will definitely 👍 eat hear again !!! Thanks Myriam

Hidden gem soon to be known by more. Ambiance Atmosphere and Amazing dish. Tried the grilled Snapper Fish. Sold me on the first bite! Wonderful owner and chef that has great passion and compassion towards its customers; as the staff in front follows through the same. The welcoming air and hospitality appeased me and the food definitely sold my taste buds! What a discovery and what a choice made to spend my dinner at such a place.

This is my first time patronizing this establishment and it will not be my last. The atmosphere and service was great. I had the grilled conch with rice and beans and plantains. My mouth is watering just thinking about it again lol. It’s located in a strip mall so parking is easy - I actually parked steps away from the restaurant. It’s unfortunate, I don’t get to this part of town often but I’m known to travel for food lol. This might easily be one of my favorite Haitian Restaurants.

Our first experience eating this type of food and cannot say enough about the flavors the food had. Subtle spicy to spicy along with beautiful presentation makes their food stand out. The conch, rice and beans, soups, dumpling and Macaroni and cheese was amazing. Clean attentive service, food took a bit of time, but it was fresh and hot. Definitely recommend, and will be back.

Cool and relaxed atmosphere for young people who pride themselves of being Haitian. Can never go wrong with ‘Griot & diri kole’ with pikliz!🔥🔥

The picture doesn’t do the food Justice. As a Haitian, I take restaurants like these very seriously and judge critically based on how they taste. Choublak Is 5/5 in taste, atmosphere, and service. I’ll be back soon!

For a sit down Haitian restaurant, it's a great spot to bring family, friends and 1st timers. Nice decor. Good food and presentation. Service staff friendly. The missing star is for the dirty entrance door. Expecting a restaurant to have a clean, inviting store front. Service/counter staff to be more aware of appearance of space.

Great ambiance and a pleasant staff. I was fairly surprised by the welcoming demeanor of the staff and owner. The food was amazing; fish well marinated and the decor was exceptional. Best Haitian place I’ve eaten in south Florida.

Hands down the best Haitian restaurant I’ve been to in Broward County so far. The food was amazing, absolutely delicious, and even the presentation was beautiful! The service was excellent, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was great, nice and clean. I thoroughly enjoyed and will be visiting again. 10/10 stars

I wish I knew about this place sooner! The food was excellent. We had kibbie, boulet, lanbi nan sos (conch in sauce) and lanbi boukannen (grilled conch) and literally everything was delicious! The service was great and the owner was attentive and kind. Definitely a gem. Will be going back soon!

Delicious and authentic Caribbean (Haitian) cuisine. Tried the grilled Snapper fish and you'll be hard pressed to find a better cooked fish. My partner had the fried chicken which was tender and non breaded (for those watching the calories). The white rice and bean sauce paired perfectly. If you're looking for great Caribbean food in a quiet and clean environment with friendly service, this is the place. 10/10.

After a long day, out of town, I needed something to eat, I found Choublak Restaurant on Google. Although I ordered, it took much longer than anticipated at the dealership. They called me to make sure that I was still coming. The staff was patient and service was great. The food was good, but I appreciated the service more.

The wait was long but it was worth the wait. I’ve never had such good Haitian food at a restaurant. It’s pricey but food is expensive, so you have to price things according to the economy. I’m not mad at it. I had the fried snapper and a side of extra plantain. They got me with the plantain off rip!! The spicy sauce they have is literally to die for!! I want to come back and bring my family. This restaurant is top tier!! Ps, make sure you get the choublak drink 🤤

By far the best Haitian food I’ve ever had, including back home! The legumes and diri djon djon is out of this world! Everything tastes so fresh and when I’ve ordered on Uber, they always follow the instructions on the order. So glad I found them!

This food here is A1. Everything is delicious and good portions. The inside of the restaurant is nice and clean with an island vibe. Customer service here is great as well. My husband and I literally order food here like 3+ times a week. Trust me whatever you order, you will not be disappointed.

I placed an order for $120 dollars. The food was terrible, the legume was burnt and they decided to serve it to customers instead of throwing it away. We were missing our beans sauce. When we called and mentioned, we were told to come back to get the 2 missing beans sauce. We were 30 minutes away. So we would have to drive an hour for there mistake. They wouldn't refund us the money and offered to give us akra for there mistakes. We had 2 sides of akra with our original order. We were on the phone for 12 minutes going back and forth. They stood on their decision not to make it right and I'm going to stand on my decision to never order from this restaurant again. I had guests and I had to serves them burnt legume while explaining to them how good haitian food normally is😒. The bouillon was thin and watery. My guess is they were running low and just added water. Extremely disappointed.

I am so glad that the food for my mother's birthday party was catered by Choublak Restaurant. The food was the talk of the event! Several people asked for the contact information.I will definitely use their service in the future. Money well spent!

The food is pretty good but the pikliz and pepper sauce be wayyy too spicy.. so spicy that the heat takes away from the taste of the food. They need to cut down on the peppers. The Mac n cheese is terrible…mostly noodles and not creamy or cheesy at all. I picked out whatever cheese parts I can find and threw the rest away.
