DO NOT RENT HEREE!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would. They act nice and friendly until you sign your lease then it’s all hell from there. These people are the most unprofessional set of individuals I ever met. Firstly, I moved into a newly renovated apartment that was rushed and slapped together because they’re money hungry. Everything started falling apart as soon as I moved in and the paint job was terrible! The bath tub started peeling and they didn’t even have the decency to paint it over. There was roaches and ants that invaded my apartment and nothing was done about it. Also, they’ll randomly shut off your water for hours without notice and say it’s a “broken pipe that’s being fixed”. This has happened on 5 different occasions! Don’t expect to have guest either because they give you 1 parking spot even if you’re in a 2-bedroom which means any extra cars will be towed. They’re so money hungry they’ll try to add extra fees to your rent but not fix any issues dealing with the apartment. There’s only one maintenance man for the entire complex and you have to put a request online which can takes weeks for a response. The manager does absolutely nothing all day as well as the front desk receptionist. Their both unprofessional, classless and most distasteful humans I ever met in my life. Lastly, they stole my entire security deposit of over $2000 which I was supposed to get back upon moving out. DO NOT RENT HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT !!!!!!!

Toni is absolutely the best. She goes over and beyond to help people and that’s exactly what she did for me. She made me feel like I have known her for years. Very friendly and professional at her job. Definitely would recommend anyone that is looking for a place to live to come and see my girl Toni. She is absolutely the sweetest.

After having lived in this community for eight fruitful years and then being away for five, returning felt like a true homecoming. The warmth and familiarity of the community have always been close to my heart, but it was Toni who made my return feel special. From the get-go, Toni showcased the utmost professionalism. Her approach was not just about completing the tasks at hand, but also about fostering a genuine relationship. Her friendliness and sincerity shone through in every interaction, ensuring that I felt more than just a tenant, but a valued member of the community. Toni, is absolutely amazing! She definitely a God send!! I was looking for place and she made it happen in less than a month. Please, come and ask for her if you need a place to stay, she will make it happen!

It is a very good place to live. Beautiful landscape. Friendly staff are always happy to help solve a problem. And it is very safe to live here with children. I have two, so that's good for us.

This property is perfect if you want convenient access to both I-95 and the turnpike. The management staff is friendly and professional, and works hard to keep the grounds clean, safe and enjoyable. Breezes At Palm Aire is home to all age groups and pets are welcomed.

I had Toni take care of the process of moving me into a my apartment. Smooth and easy move in. Very quiet neighborhood and affordable. If you are thinking of moving here ask for Toni. She makes it very easy and fast.

I have been living here for almost a year. We rent 2 bedroom apartment with a large balcony overlooking the lake. We really like this place, very safety, clean and beautiful. And recently a lot of new plants and trees have been planted around.
