The property and amenities are worth living here. The people in the office are amazing they really care about the property and for you and your family. Great location for families close to almost everything in South Florida.

I love living in Vista Verde, we are happy and grateful and I want to highlight that the staff who work both in the offices and in maintenance are pleasantly polite and provide good service. Mrs. Nidia is very nice, polite and helps us with everything we need and Mr. Luis from maintenance is a very nice and helpful person.

It was an absolute pleasure to meet Nidia. She was very helpful and professional. She gave me a tour of the property and was very thorough with her explanation she answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I think Vista Verde at Sunrise apartments are beautiful.

This is such a beautiful property! It is a gem to find something like this. From the aesthetics to quality everything looks great. My family was helped by Nidia in the office and she does such a professional job. Showing us around, explaining every detail and we could not be happier with the service.

Vista verde at Sunrise is a beautiful luxury community, featuring a modern Spanish style with a touch of classic design. It reminds me of the luxury villas in Punta Cana and Casa de Campo in the Dominican Republic. Nidia Uribe provided us with excellent service, providing us with all the details and information necessary to complete the rental process. She was very kind and gave us a wonderful tour. I think the complex has an excellent price for what it offers, luxury pool, gym, and very sophisticated common areas.

As a realtor I have taken clients to Vista Verde and have always had the Better service from the Manager and office staff. Vista Verde is a new apartment condominium, everything is brand new. The pool and grill area is very nice to enjoy with the family. Super recommended. I was lucky to work with Nidia, very kind and very professional.

The apartment complex offers modern amenities like gym with yoga studio, office, kids play room, dog park, clubroom, beautiful infinity pool with cabanas and grills, and more. There are exercise walkways in the community as well. The apartments are very nice, and the management team keeps the entire complex very clean and manicured. Nidia, Vista Verde sales representative, was very helpful and patient during the document stages. She even waited late on my move-in date just to be sure I got into my apartment and everything was 100%. I am very grateful!

I love the architectural design, the common areas and clubhouse remain in top condition. The maintenance staff and management team are friendly and diligent. Ms. Nidia was always with the best disposition, professionalism and support in the process.

I do not recommend ANYONE to live in Vista Verde, scandals in the pool area are daily, many people from outside, there is no management control to control that.

We recently moved and we are very happy with the place. Nidia has been excellent and has helped us throughout our moving process. Super recommended!
