I have been looking at this community for a few months they hardly ever have vacancies and now I understand why! The leasing specialists are friendly and professional, the grounds are kept up nicely. My home is spacious and newly renovated . I moved in site unseen based it on my gut feeling of meeting with Amanda and Kelly. So happy I did love it here at IMT Belasera

I lived at IMT BelaSera for two years. The location is amazing. It's very quiet, and the neighborhood is great. Anytime I had an issue, maintenance was quick to come fix it. Anthony, the lead maintenance man, is GREAT at what he does and was always cheerful when he would come to fix something in my apartment. Amanda at the front desk was very helpful when I was searching for an apartment, as I am self employed. She made sure I had everything needed. I had a wonderful experience and if it weren't for moving out of state, I'd still be there. Great place to live!

The staffs are always friendly, and give prompt service even though it was a last minute request, less than an hour they came to do the order. You guys are the best ever. Kelly, and Amanda, plus the maintenance staffs that I don’t remember their names are friendly and respectful.

Recently rented a 2/2 apartment & the application & move-in process was very smooth. I relocated from NY & rented the apartment site unseen. As you can imagine, I was nervous about the actual apartment not being as nice as the photos & virtual tour online. I was wrong. The actual apartment was even better! I was so pleasantly surprised! Amanda & Kelly made the process completely stress free & I’m certain I’ll love living here! Looking forward to enjoying the South Florida lifestyle!

The Maintenance team is awesome. They always respond and are friendly people. Anthony also gives some background on issues just to keep you informed and that's something you don't get from maintenance at most apartment complexes. I like the crew they have here.

My family and I moved in back in July by luck. I have to say Amanda and Kelly have gone out of their way to ensure we are happy and comfortable here. We’ve have a few issues and they were addressed immediately, professionally and timely. Santos is also amazing, he is helpful friendly and just an amazing worker. Like I said we got lucky we walked in a unit had just opened and we took it, sight un seen. To Amanda, Kelly and Santos, thank you for everything you do, you’ve made my family so happy to call this place home!

From the very first day, the staff at Bella Sera has been incredible. If I need anything from maintenance issues to help with questions about deliveries, and anything in between, they never let me down. I feel very cared for as a tenant in every way. Lilia is very quick to answer emails or voice mail messages, and she makes sure everything is handled. I am very happy to call this my home.

I have lived in many apartment complexes, and I have to say the staff at BelaSera is the most amazing. No matter what the question or problem, anytime I call Lilia at the front office, she responds quickly and always helps. The maintenance crew is always very polite and never make you feel like you are bothering them. I have been here almost 2 years and I plan on staying, and a lot of that has to do with the entire staff at BelaSera.
