    Update: 06-19-23 I have lived here for the last year. If you're looking for the "luxury" advertised online, I have some photos attached from my walk today. I feel what is being advertised doesn't match the living experience. I will let you determine for yourself if this is this qualifies as "luxury". Initial Review: 05-22 I just moved in this week. The community is undergoing some changes it seems. Many residents are uneasy about this change. My family was approached by the residents who previously lived my unit and made to feel guilty for being able to "afford" to moving in... It was quite uncomfortable. I also do not feel safe walking alone at night. My family watched a drug deal take place during our move in day in broad daylight. My neighbor loiters and is quite nosey. Don't leave belongings unattended. There was a large hole in the wall when I moved in, along with faucets not working, broken refrigerator shelves, severely cracked microwave, many outlets not working, etc. In addition, the management seems disorganized. We had to send the same paperwork over and over again because they kept misplacing it. We requested to do our paperwork prior to moving in... They promised that we could come in on move-in day and be seen right away. We spent 45 minutes in the lobby waiting, when there were 3 other seemingly available employees. This delayed our moving plans for the day. I am hopeful that the community continues to improve over the course of the coming year.

    For those who want to move here, hurry while you can, the condominium is a real dump! I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I have had during the eight months that I have been a resident of this apartment. I would like to summarize the main issues we face: The air conditioning system had significant problems, causing an unacceptable increase in the electricity bill. Resolving these issues took almost two weeks, and even after repair, the system continued to fail, affecting our quality of life and health due to untreated allergies in the air ducts. The stove failed repeatedly despite maintenance attempts, causing significant difficulties in our daily lives. The bathtub has an ongoing problem with peeling, even after repainting attempts. The cockroach infestation persists despite detection services, making the environment unhealthy, even with our constant cleaning. The microwave frequently does not work and, in some situations, turns off all plugged-in devices, creating safety concerns. The maintenance of the building's common areas has been unsatisfactory, with dirty hallways, scattered trash and lack of care for the gym and swimming pool. We recently experienced unexplained power outages and electrical problems in the apartment, putting our safety at risk. Due to these issues, I would like to know if it is possible to consider an early termination of our lease. I am deeply dissatisfied with the quality of services and the environment in this condominium. I don't recommend anyone choosing this place as their home.

    Though I appreciate that new management is trying to make changes for the better. There are some things that need to stop. For one, the constant emails is too much. Living here has become a task. People have enough going on in their day-to-day. We just want to come home and unwind. Not have to deal with the constant stress of emails. It’s borderline harassment at this point. The trash policy is ridiculous and just an opportunity to make a cash grab. We pay a monthly fee for trash and charging penalties for having bins outside is unacceptable. Nobody wants to put the outside bins back into their kitchen. The fact they charge you all these ridiculous fees - is also a money grab. I think it’s deplorable to also make your residents pay a fee to pay the rent.

    The most only reason that this place is getting a review is because of one specific person. LYNN at the leasing office was always extremely helpful and understanding. Matter of the fact she’s the only one who was remaining from the time I moved in. The property manager is very unprofessional and rude. Made me feel uncomfortable in my own living space. Very much of an overpriced property, tons of hidden fees. Out dated, mold, roaches, nasty garbage build up around the complexes. I don’t even have kids and I wouldn’t even let my dog on the playground. Oh, and there tennis courts are just a slab of pavement, nothing else. Save your hard earned money and find a place that cares for you like you actually live there. Again, Lynn was such a help and someone that us residents could rely on.

    Gilberto Ron did an amazing job in my apartment as he fix several thing’s wrong with the apartment in a matter of hours. Very courteous and well mannered. In addition, the repair order response was immediate by administration. Continue doing a great job. Kudos to you all!

    Gilberto was amazing knowledgeable. He fixed my problem and every question. I asked he explained to detail and very Patient, he changed my filter and gave me tips on how to keep the AC clean. I am very happy with Gilberto.

    I went in today to see about getting approved for an apartment here, have friends that live in the complex and always heard it’s a great place to live. Lynn Taliaferro made the apartment hunt experience ten times better. She was very informative and showed us any and anything we wanted to see or know more about. Definitely looking forward to continue this process

    My experience with the Windsor coconut creek community has been nothing but amazing! Lynn was the first person to come out and us and has worked harder than any person should be allowed to do making sure we were happy. I inquired and went to many different communities, but Lynn personally made the world of difference in choosing a community to call home. After officially becoming residents in this community, everyone has been nothing but welcoming and accommodating to say the least. The community is lovely, peaceful and my dog loves it too. Thank you for the 5 star Lynn and Windsor staff.
