One of the worst ever. From the lack of welcome to the no help throughout the stay is the reason NOT stay here! We had to sleep in the bed backwards because the feet was higher than the headboard. Every time we tried to access the room it took at least two minutes to get the room key to work, when asked/go to the front desk, all they would do is reprint the key and same thing. NO coffee in the lobby where there is this big sign hanging stating "Always complimentary coffee in the lobby"! NO Ice machine. Lamp not working so I took the bulb down to the front desk and they told me I had to see the maintenance person in the morning?

Absolutely no. They have roaches. They have issues with charging people the right amount of money the first time. I had clogged the toilet early one morning and no one put fourth any effort into fixing this simple problem after calling throughout the day 4 separate times. I was almost faced with 'deal with it' as it was too late into the day the final time I had called about the issue. I thank God there happened to be only one other room available for the night, but I really put up with more than I should have. Overpriced b.s. don't make yourself mad, and stay away from here.

Be scared...... very scared........ and people beware! Extremely nasty motel, trash all over the property. Walked in the room and the first thing that hits you is the smell. Turn on the lights and the roaches run. Room was very filthy, stains and dirt, kitchen ratty and reeks. Bathroom has cigarette burns, rusty racks and faucets, stains on the ceiling. Hair in the shower that had been painted. Stains all over the ceiling and rust spots. A total dumpster fire, staff was rude. But when you arrive at 3 am you don't have many choices. Really should get a refund.

The rooms were dirty, the toilet was disgusting and to top it off they had roaches. They switched my room 2 times within 30 mins of arriving at the hotel. They refused to give me a refund bc the general manager said he offered me yet another room(this would be the 3rd Room). He then offered a higher priced room (it came with an old coffee maker and hair dryer) yet it was in the same state of the other ones!!!! The General Manager said that I will now be charged a cancellation fee bc I refused to stay in their establishment!!!! IM NOT EVEN GOING TO MENTION THE WEIRD PEOPLE THAT WAS STAYING/WALKING AROUND!!!!!

3am party outside my door-ambulance to pick up on Over dosed lady sprawled out next to bedroom doors the next day. Pot odor coming out of the bathroom vent every day. Black guys banging on doors and screaming! Two black guys try to sell me pot and one wanted me to give him money so he could eat at a restaurant. My lady friend of 78 years old was cornered by another black guy asking for money. She gave it to him out of fear he’d hurt her! She is deathly scared now! We asked for our money back for our next 10 days stay, but they wouldn’t! We don’t have the means to move anywhere else.

THE REVIEW YOU'VE ALL BEEN WAITING FOR!!! [This is to my frugal black audience 😘] This hotel... is a MO'tel. We arrived and was greeted with a customer who was clearly annoyed and awaiting for staff to come to the reception desk (they left before that happened) or it seemed once the customer left a receptionist warmly greeted me and my friend. I was quickly checked in and commended for reading the reviews to understand why the price per night was so... affordable. So I'm adding my two cents for more clarity. The receptionist (all of the ones I came in contact with) are nice and cordial as much as you are to them. The room was a small studio with a kitchenette as mentioned but no oven keep that in mind. There's also a microwave and full fridge. This room DID have roaches but I've seen apartments with more disgusting and bold types that run rampant. These are more attracted to moisture so I recommend keeping the a/c on 60 degrees to keep the moisture down because the windows are locked and I believe that's because some locals live out of these rooms and it overall might be safer that way. These locals are mostly friendly or just mind their business no one really approached us or bothered us. There is no real room service here so clean towels are given on a designated day so be mindful of that. We purchased candles and store brand bathroom spray from the dollar tree across the street from the hotel. Outside of that don't expect too many restaurant choices around this area. Lastly, if you're getting a rental they provide a decal so you won't get towed and there is wifi and the slower speed is free to use there are 3 speed options. We stayed a total of 7 days and overall I'd start there again it wasn't the worst and it wasn't the best. (One last thing, they don't have hair blow dryers)

The location is not bad, but they really need to fix this place up a bit, From the moment I got on the property I was disappointed but I chose to give it a try. I wish I had gotten the name of the lady that worked on the morning shift because she's really awesome and helpful. We complained twice to the lady who worked the evening shift, and she did nothing to help us, The maintenence guys are either lazy, or the upper management really doesn't care about the property.

This place was the worst place we have ever booked. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived at midnight. The office was locked with a sign to call them after hours. We called and called and after an hour gave up. Since it was the weekend, everything else was fully booked, but luckily we found a room in Boca Raton. If you're thinking of staying here because it's the only hotel with availability, maybe you should reconsider your life choices and priorities.

I do not recommend this place. It was filthy, roaches infested, it was raining the parking lot was flooded and they barely had any parking. Customer service was not good, homegirl had an attitude.Thank goodness I stayed for one night. Never again. Although it was affordable, it was not worth the filth and the trash in the hallway. I could smell the smoke, both marijuana and cigarettes in my room. I couldn't wait to check out the next morning, and the office was not even at 0700 like they said the would. If I could give them a zero I would. I'll let the pictures speak for itself. Please owner person, refrain from responding to my review. You get all this negative review and yet you have not done anything about it.

If I could give it a Negative ZERO I would. Roach 🪳 infested. Phone didn’t work, they never bothered to exchange it even after I told them it was a safety issue. Disgusting floor, no cleaning, no bathroom tissue, no clean sheets, loud screaming people/ kids outside; sound like the projects, people outside smoking, loud music, walls were filthy, elevator was masked of some sort of cleaning agent, as if they tried to wipe it down. The customer service, horrid, I waited for my receipt and initially they refused bc I saw they tried to charge me for the entire stay- um nope- refund me my money/ and I did… not through them bc they were confrontational as I was about to be as well. I threatened w/ calling the police, just so I can have it all documented. The worst place ever…. Smh

Non smoking; except pot wafting from many rooms you can smell in lobby. Parking security overnight; who didn't notice or mention someone smashing our car window despite being parked just outside office. Power outages, no hot water, poor water pressure; we did not feel safe.

Stayed a few nights for a business trip here where I needed to save some money. Roaches in the rooms, but otherwise very clean all things considered. Wouldn’t recommend this place if you can’t deal with thin walls and windows, and a few bugs. If you are not a needy tourist, and just need a moderately clean and safe place to sleep, can’t beat this price in southern Florida.

Worst hotel experience in my life. Weed smoker's paradise. You will just be scared of the environment if you are not one of them. Seems like a local favorite hang-out place for the vagabonds. Started from check-in at 5pm where I had to wait for 10 minutes at the desk and no one showed up. I had to call them for service. I had a full-paid reservation for one 2-bed room (family of 4) but the desk lady said there was an error in their system and those rooms are not available! Instead, they gave us two one-bed rooms and we had to agree. When trying to open the rooms, both door locks are broken! We went back and forth twice to the desk to get a replacement key and ask for help to open the rooms. After entering one of the rooms (had to try 10+ times with the broken knob), we found the smoke detector's low-battery warning beep is on and it was so loud we couldn't stay there. The desk lady this time says they had no other room available and the maintenance guys' availability is uncertain. So, we had to ask to cancel the rooms and give us a refund. She behaved very badly and was uncooperative and I had to call CapitalOne VentureX customer center for help. Thanks to VentureX, they immediately refunded me even though the property was not responding they said. We went to different hotel at the end.

We had the worst possible experience! There were roaches in the room. There was a lot of noise from other guests during the night which made impossible to fall asleep. Moreover, the sheets, pillowcases and pillows are of terrible quality. It feels like sandpaper, so uncomfortable to sleep in. We had two nights payed for. Since we sleep 2 hours the first night, we checked out and went to another hotel for the second night. If you want a good night asleep, do not go to this hotel!

I visited this place one night last week. This hotel is filled with people who have become homeless and instead of getting another place to live opt to pay almost $4k per month to live in this drug infested hell hole. Stay away at all costs. It’s like there’s been a curse put on this place or it was built on top of an Indian burial ground…. Use only as last option before hitting rock bottom. The convenience of the location is the only positive.

After seeing the same complaints and the same replies and nothing is being done. I say to myself it has to be an auto reply just changing the character's and situation whoever the boss should be embarrassed to have the supervisor and front desk VIVA working for this company it's a discrass. We have been staying here since (HOMELESS) Jan they have been taking our money with no issue all of a sudden since I put in a complaint now he's telling us we have to leave due to the fact we get paid daily after 3-5oclock and paying late but the sign CLEARY says we are charged 20 dollars for a late fee doesn't specify the days. He says not his concern or business. This is not customer service. Can someone call me or email I have no car or anything we are currently homeless but being put out because we pay late but still pay the extra 20 dollars. Can someone call me I'm asking for help I am homeless no where to go.

I never stayed there before, but I did go to inquire about some prices for my brother to stay for a month and the lady at the front Desk Felica was very helpful. and you can’t beat the prices.

I was in one of the rooms at you guys location and it was very clean and nice for the price I paid and the person that checked me in which her name is Ms.felica she is very polite and helpful she has very good customer service and I will refer anyone to you guys it was a great stay..

Certainly the worst stay in my whole life. Disgusting, cockroaches, smelly room, other guests smoking marijuana, bed sheets were the worst possible quality, and noises going on all night long. I just couldn’t sleep there. Didn’t feel safe. Gave up my second night stay, which was paid for, and went somewhere else. I know their prices are great but it’s simply not worth it, even if they charged only a dollar a night… simply the worst. Don’t stay there!

I really don’t like to give bad reviews on any place to be honest, but this place has got to take the cake when it comes to complaints. … the rooms are beat up and dirty with roaches and yes I know almost every hotel has roaches but as if that wasn’t bad enough the Supervisor or whoever she thinks she is, is well past the line of RUDE AND NASTY. I wish that whomever the owner/CEO is could see and witness what I went through (at those prices) at this awful place, he might just close the place down. Horrible experience at an awful excuse for a “comforts of home” place to stay as long as you need. I hope they had a good time on my 100$ deposit they kept for no other reason than out of spite. Sad.

Or this HOTEL any of my hards earned money. for us as BLACK Americans to disintegrate ourselves for these Arabians,India or Pakistanians. Do yourself a favor and DON'T. The Evening Staff was friendly, the room a re good, good mattress, with fridge and stove. but the clienteles seems sketchy, smell like weed, and I got someone and his girlfriend that try to enter by force, and when I pen the door the threaten me... I had to threaten him back to call the police then his Gf sayd "Oops wrong room the Trany change room yesterday" it was in that room for 3 weeks and doing shady business . I tell the front desk about it and she tell me that the morning staff will move me to the front. The next morning I tell the girl at the front desk and her body language was like i don't care... so i ask to be move and told me NO. to much work she got too much people that are hire to pay there rent. After looking around i notice a pattern about the girls that was there to pay the rent. one girl try to enter when it was pretty full... the front desk reply Seamen Sally wait outside... at that point i jut sad hire the card and don't. and i left location not bad, the room not bad with everting you need for an extended stay... but the neighborhood, and the clientele are a big red flag... and some trying to enter by force in my room is a NO, NO. if you have kids that not a place for them... find an other hotel

Felicia is the best to ever work here I love her my room 215 the room was smelly and she was very understandable due to me being pregnant and moved me to another room I would definitely come back and stay customer service 100%

Dirty room, no cleaning, no changing towels, dirty elevator, no garbage collection in the room. Night feont desk service horrible!!!! Key lock for the romm with failure, shower with a tiny wayer flow, takes more than 10min open to warm up.

My experience wasn´t good. There were problems to check in, the staff didn´t find the booking. I had to talk with the supervisor to solve the problem. It took me 1 hour. Cleaning wasn´t done well on the floor and hallways. The room didn´t have trash cans, when I asked for 2 (bathroom and kitchen), the staff said I could only have one.The stove didn´t work well (Room 201), the power light doesn´t work, the knobs are loose and do not mark the correct position. I got maintanance service but they couldn´t fix the stove. I asked for room change,the manager said it wasn´t possible even having rooms available.

The staff are nice and polite The rooms are clean the property is kept clean and maintained I would definitely stay here again.

The day time front desk needs to be fired. Faneka if that is how you spell her name is rude unprofessional and needs to educated. Earnathen I think was the other lady name she needs work as well. The rooms are simple nothing special and over prices. My biggest issue was with the day time staff mention above.

I need a place to stay for a week after this online booked online due to it being one of the cheapest in the area. I’ll tell you what I’ve learned my lesson you get what you pay for!! Upon arrival I was given in handicap room but that’s not what I booked. But I was advised it’s all they have left, my reservation was NON REFUNDABLE! however I did arrive late at night around 11 PM for my stay, upon getting out of my car with all of my luggage it was very nerve wrecking lots of people was hanging out in the parking lot, posted up against the hotel walls, sitting in chairs outside by their room doors, loud music, strong smell which appears to be marijuana… Room doesn’t look anything like the photos and wasn’t cleaned properly, dirty shower, dirty toilet, slow draining sink, dirty floors… however I did make a complaint And the receptionist I believe her name is Shennica was very nice, understanding and tried her best to accommodate me, although it’s only so much she could do, I truly really appreciate her and very thankful. But I definitely would NEVER stay here again, strange people out all hours of the night, seen roaches about 3 days in. Asked house keeping for clean towels and rags she told me I need to go to the laundry room and wash them myself; which isn’t free!!! Wow couldn’t believe this. They don’t ever have to worry about me booking again. I noticed people who stay monthly or weekly are placed in the back, which is very bad in my opinion, if your nightly or a few days you’d most like be placed in the front which is calmer than the back. The marijuana smell bleed through the walls as if it’s happening in your room, I kept candles lit my entire stay. Also bought my own cleaning supplies, wasn’t cleaned. Hot place and refrigerator in the room with no pots plates cups etc. only reason I’m rating 2 stars is because is Shennica and the other receptionist whom are very nice and will help if they can

Absolutely worst hotel ever. The supposed manager was nasty and rude. She started yelling at me when I asked question. The rooms were dirty and all you could smell is pot. My room stunk along with my belongings. Screaming and yelling outside every night. No security in sight as we were told. Asked to speak to general manager but never around. Disgusting stay away.

Floor in our room was filthy, you could feel dirt on your feet and feel that floor was greasy. We also had towels with make up still on them. We had a bone smoking room but it still smelt like smoke and our water pressure sucked :(

Manager most disgusting and unprofessional person I’ve ever. Rooms are disgusting with poor upkeep of the property. Bug infested. Ac doesn’t work. Everything about this place is your worst nightmare. There should be an option for no stars.

Waited an hour to check in and there was a guy blasting music in the lobby, couldnt hear the staff when they were talking. He was loud & singing. Wasn't even getting a room just hanging in the lobby making guest uncomfortable. Checked in went out to eat came back & my room keys would not open the door, no i did not have them near my phone to deactivate. Thankfully a staff menber was still around at 1 am to let us in the room. Place isnt as nice as in pictures. Its a little run down but it was tidy, bed was made & ac worked so cant complain too much. I just did not like the guy hanging out in the lobby it makes the place look really bad. People were in the halls loud at 6:45 am

My room was ok. Clean, comfortable, had working AC. The lock needs repair: sometimes I had to try the key a few times to get it open, even if the key seemed to register. I had to get the key reset a few times because the lock stopped recognizing it at all. The wifi stopped working at one point and i had to call up and provide a MAC or IP address to get it working again. The knobs on the stove were loose and not labelled well.

Gave me an at home feeling , the kitchen was perfect it’s came along way from years ago really comfy beds and the price was awesome . I’ll be staying here for a while with family . Really cozy especially with the new gate around building .

I booked through red roof and with my free redi rewards and wasn't told I had to put down a deposit of 100 dollars naturally I wouldn't have cared and would have paid it but I was traveling due to family loss and the manager and receptionist were kind enough waive the fee. I'm so appreciative of this place . Thank you so much . I'd recommend you to other clients.

Very nice hotel love the location but the staff mainly guest service the young lady very very nasty attitude towards me when I told her about my cash deposit put down both times THAT NASTY GUESS WOMAN TRIED TO KEEP MY DEPOSIT and beat me getting a attitude when I caught it well her twice when I stay at the hotel I lost points both nights loud people on both sides of the wall my two babies could not get any sleep say something guest service she gets an attitude roaches in the refrigerator had to wait outside with my family for an hour n so waiting for a room I book that morning but the killer was the lady tried twice to get my deposit she DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ME MY DEPOSIT BACK BOTH TIMES NOT A GOOD DEAL no manager around to complain NEVER EVER AGAIN
