Great service and great staff! The food came fairly fast and the burgers were truly appetizing! We had 2 burgers, 1 hot dog and a small fries! The small fries can feed 10 people 😅 ! This location was clean . I think we can't get the nuts anymore maybe because of COVID. But it doesn't affect the experience. There is enough parking outside and its easy to find.

The only place I eat burger is In and Out Burger. Unfortunately there is no one here in Maryland! I had to find a replacement. I stopped today at the first burger place close to me and i was amazed! Everything i like about in and out is found on Five guys . The place is clean and neat, customer service is great, hamburger is juicy and fresh and the shakes are to die for!!! This place will be my favorite burger place here. If you are In Out customer like me, you should go with the little hamburger. Regular size fries is also way too much for one person. I wish they had kids menu tho.

The worst service ever! I wish the manager would speak to me! They gave me cold burgers, put fries in all of the these bags for door dash, the driver's aren't even there. Then gave fries to two customers dinning in first. I placed my order online 35 minutes. Ago. They said the other customers were first. Idk how so?!. Then he said, "I can give you your order with no fries". I politely asked if I could get fries. I then asked if I could get a refund for the fries. He said no. So I waited another 5 minutes for fresh fries. When I left, all the door dash orders were still sitting there. I'll drive extra to go to a better establishment.

Food was fresh, hit and ready for pickup when I arrived. Staff was welcoming and acknowledged me walking in. They were busy, but they made sure I knew they saw me and would be with me shortly.

Theyll say free toppings but they dont actually let you get free toppings

The fries were good, warm and salty. The peanut butter milkshake was also good, though paper straws aren’t the best. My main complaint is that the system to order ahead is not very efficient. I always end up waiting anyway. If you’re in a rush, it won’t save you any time, so keep that in mind.

This is going to be a different review. I came in there this evening on 1/16/24 around 7 something in the evening to order a milkshake and use the restroom. It was a young (Im guessing Hispanic woman) and a guy working there and it was empty. When I went to order the milkshake she rudely busted out laughing in my face and unprovoked. I am not feeling well, my hair needs to be done and I didn't look my best and for her to do that was completely disrespectful, hurtful and RUDE. Truth is, she doesn't know what I am going through. None of us knows what any of us is going through and it pays to be kind. Not to get into my life story but I suffer at times with low self esteem and it did not make me feel good. I comforted her about it and she still has a slight smirk on her face and dryly apologized. Whoever the owner is needs to make sure their employees are not being disrespectful to paying customers.

Burgers are great. Fries are ridiculous. They fill the cup then put like a whole scoop in the bag too. They are also great. Fried in peanut oil tho, so be warned if you have allergies.

Great burgers but, is kind of expensive and dining in is loud.

The burgers here taste like nothing with a side o old grease. I mean no salt or pepper or anytime of seasonings at all. So dis. Don’t waste your money.
