We came to Harley’s for our 1st anniversary after seeing rave reviews on all the review apps. We started off so well with a super attentive hostess who congratulated us and joked with us. We were met with a great intro from the waiter however that didn’t last long. He would disappear for lengthy times. We never received any bread for the table. Our appetizers came out fairly quickly but the calamari was falling apart and not super crispy. The sweet chili wings were not just caramelized but dry and over cooked. We continued because we ordered everything at once. It took another about half hour to get our porterhouse for two and our four sides. We ordered the porterhouse medium rare, but it came nearly blue on some pieces and the outside was charred a bit too much. It seemed as if they put the butter and thyme on the edge of the plate but it never touched the steak. The steak was very dry and crispy on the outside and too undercooked on the inside. There was a sprinkle of salt but that’s all for flavor. The steak was undercooked enough that the fat on the steak was not rendered completely and was inedible. The creamed spinach was very runny as if more like a soup. The baked potato we asked just for sour cream and butter but still received the whole loaded toppings selection which was nice. The Brussels sprouts were the highlight and the best item we ordered. Everything else was subpar for about $250 for two people. We likely wouldn’t come back and would not suggest it for anyone else. We arrived at 4 and the restaurant was empty, there should have been more to the meal. To add: our waiter disappeared for lengthy times, the longest being a little over 20 minutes and we had to ask another server to get our check for us. It also took two rounds of about 10 minutes each to box up the leftovers. We were not offered dessert but likely would not have stayed. We should have gone with our gut and gone elsewhere. It could have been an off day but it was a VERY off day. Bartender made an AMAZING cocktail though.

First time visit, staff absolutely pleasant and accommodating. Bitter cold outside, Cynthia(owner /hostess) had us seated immediately and Amanda(our server) promptly arrived at our table ,drinks in our hands mere minutes after our arrival. After ordering, our delicious appetizers arrived all at same time,all properly warm and delicious. We ordered the Porterhouse for two,very reasonably priced and comparable to many of Long Islands other fine steakhouses. Blue cheese crusted just right, not too heavy which is often the case. Drinks were 1/2 price thanks to happy hour. Apple crisp pie with home made vanilla ice cream was a delicious finish. Great coffee too. I can't speak highly enough of Amanda and the rest of service staff. Their attentiveness was fantastic. Convenient parking, strict adherence to Covid protocol was noted. We definitely will be going back often and I thank the staff and owners for doing an incredible job during such a difficult time. Support your local Long Island restaurants!

Really not happy. Unbelievably noisy. Way too expensive. Bang bang shrimp was good so was the bacon slab. Truly disappointed with the clams casino. The Reuben sandwich was thick, chewy and tasteless. The bread was not a good rye. The almond crusted cod was soooo bitter, maybe don't add lemon to broccoli rabe. Short rib pasta was good. Chicken with slaw was good. Sorry, just not at all pleased. Certainly not for the price.

Made plans over a week to come here on a Saturday and not long before we would leave to go there we were called and asked to move our reservation 15 mins later. Ok, fine we accommodate the request. When we arrive we were seated in the first booth from the door in the bar area, now to paint the picture, the bar is packed with a knicks playoff crowd that was loud and applauding every basket scored that made for a pleasant dining experience. In addition to the seating arrangements two of ordered the skirt steak ($44) ordered medium rare, one steak came out rare the other well done. Usually with skirt not a problem it’s a hard piece of meat to mess up, I had the well done steak, it was flavorless like an unseasoned piece of liver is all I can equate too. I had a few bites and that was enough me. The other steak was the same flavorless which was very surprising given the description on the menu. The short rib dinner was ordered by someone who absolutely loves short ribs and brought it home to feed her dog. My wife ordered the scallops which she enjoyed. The short rib appetizer was fantastic which ultimately led to a huge letdown after our entrees came out. We had the rainbow cookie gelato which was just ok. While we were dining there was a large party in the back room that must have known the staff because there were a few outburst of loud yelling and very loud whistling that the staff and clientele would do which was also very irritating. My wife has been here several times and has raved about it in the past. If loud obnoxious staff and bar patrons are your idea of good dining then this place is for you, as for me, I’ll pass, there’s plenty of choices in farmingdale to choose from.

Great space, beautiful bar and quick service, perfect stop for a night out in the town. The steak was well portioned and the sides very plenty.

Honestly this ruined my whole night, service with this one server was terrible. My friend and I went there to enjoy some food but I’ve never felt so judged and humiliated. The waiter was bipolar, snarky remarks about our drinks like as if we couldn’t afford it. We asked for lemonades and he said a lemonade with two straws? Like excuse me? Second me and my friend split the bill. I paid cash and she paid card, the waiter came back asking if “something was wrong” and we were both confused. He said to me that I didn’t leave tip? I’m sorry but I usually leave cash tips on the table. I never knew there was some rule that I had to hand the cash to the waiter. Never going here again, the food wasn’t even that good and the menu is extremely limited.

Came with my girlfriends to celebrate a birthday. Place was clean, and lively. Service was good. Recommend the shrimp appetizer and the burger and truffle fries for lunch. The Harley's punch and the apple pie dessert topped off a good meal and a great time. Would recommend and will be back.

Held my daughters bridal shower there on 3/25/23. Exceeded my expectations! Michael was super flexible and helpful, the waitstaff were kind and attentive and of course the food was amazing. I always highly recommend the short ribs and the salmon. I would definitely book a party there again. Owner responds ASAP by text.

Stopped by for brunch….excellent experience in every way! Chicken and waffles may be the best we’ve had yet. Eggs Benny equally as wonderful. Drinks (Bloody Mary n Bellini) were on the money :) Super nice and relaxing atmosphere (booths are cozy!) and friendly and fun waiter…we can’t wait to go back!

Came here for drinks with my best friend and they were so good. The bartenders were super attentive and the drinks were perfectly crafted.

My fiancé and I went here for brunch this morning, 11/12/23. We have been here twice before for dinner and the food is always beyond delicious! Today we had a server, Jesse G. He was outstanding - great attitude, very attentive, friendly, kind, and with a good sense of humor! I can’t say enough positive things about Harley’s. The atmosphere always gives us good vibes, the service is always on point and the prices are reasonable for such a great restaurant! We will continue to come back, as they always surpass our expectations and are even contemplating throwing parties here. Thank you to the bar tender who made the best pistachio martinis I’ve ever tried. Hats off to the whole crew at Harley’s, especially Jesse G!!!! And the gentleman with the man bun (don’t know his name) who greeted us very cheerfully on this Sunday morning! You’re all incredible and all deserve 5-stars!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went to celebrate a friend's birthday along with 15 others. Service, atmosphere, and waiter (Jesse) were very nice. Appetizers were delish, main entree was ok. Overall, we had a good time laughing, creating new memories, and celebrating another year around the sun with loved ones.

This place is very popular! The decor is very tasteful and there are plenty of delicious options on the menu. Do make sure you do not go in a hurry because there tends to be a crowded scene. However, it's understandable because the food and drinks are definitely of a higher caliber.

The perfect date night. Parking was not difficult to find for a Sunday night dinner date. We waited for about 10 seconds before we were greeted and seated. The appetizers were amazing, just the right amount before your main course. This is the best tasting restaurant I’ve ever ate at in my whole entire life. I’ve ate at many places around the world and this was the best tasting steak and shrimp I’ve ever had! The filet mignon tastes absolutely insane! In was perfectly cooked and had a beautiful sear all around. The blacked shrimp were absolutely exquisite! The potatoes felt genuinely natural and hand mashed. The blacked broccoli was absolutely amazing. As a guy that doesn’t like to eat his vegetables, this was an amazing and enjoyable experience. Now aside from the fight, this was an absolutely delicious experience with a great staff and amazing service!

Sat for 30 minutes before seeing our waitress. After going back up to the hostess she apologized for her error. She took our drink and food order when she finally came around. After another 20 minutes we got our drinks. Almost an hour into sitting we got our soup. The service is extremely slow! This place has great food, drinks and atmosphere however when I only see our waiter 3 times when sitting for almost 2.5 hours for dinner there is a huge problem. I hope this was just an off night but we probably will not be back due to the lack of service.

We went there for brunch to celebrate our friend's birthday and had an absolutely wonderful time! The dj on Sundays is a plus!
