I injured my foot and needed an X-ray. It was easy check in. The young woman behind counter was very friendly and made the process very easy. I waited about 20 minutes and was seen by the doctor. The x ray was taken and I also got a copy to take with me. The doctor, with, was very good and listened and got back to me with the results quickly. I would definitely recommend them as well. Very professional and thorough. Thank you.

Made an appointment online. Everyone was professional & friendly. Check in was quick but thorough, & asked if I wanted to use insurance-- as online I indicated would pay cash. Nurse was focused with multiple relevant questions to allow moving forward quickly. Doctor did quick inspection & surmised I needed further tests. Gave options & was clear from his explanation that best option was head to ER in order to gain confirmation of my problem. I was there on a short vacation, & needed to return home. Doctor took time to call the hospital ER, and share current diagnosis & to expect my arrival. And ER visit was exactly what I needed before driving home, with testing & meds before departing that day. The community is fortunate to have the clinic with such awesome people.

I went in for the first time havng Covid symptoms. Staff at front desk was kind and curtious. The nurse or tech was very sweet and Dr. Congdon was great. I was in and out in 45 min and on my way to Walgreens getting the prescribed meds. I thank them for being here as my doctor could not see me till the next day. When you feel bad you want relief now and they were able to give it!! Thanks team!!

After having a bad experience with another urgent care I was very impressed with every aspect of the my visit. It is a very clean and welcoming environment. All the staff and the doctor were courteous and knowledgeable. This will be my go to urgent care in the future.

These people over or double charge for simple test and when questioned about it the billing department took almost 8 months to send an itemized bill. Buyer beware or ask for a breakdown before you leave. They got me big time.

Hi, I showed up without an appointment and they were able to see me with minimal weight. The receptionist was very pleasant. The nurses were very helpful. The doctor was able to assist me. I would definitely go back here again for minor issues.

While visiting in the area, My cough got worse. After 2 negative Covid tests, I called this facility and they were very informative. I drove right over and was seen quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful and after a quick check, I was diagnosed and meds sent to a convenient pharmacy. It is nice to have a friendly place to go to when you are out of your community and not feeling well. Thank you to all involved.

I had a minor issue that I felt needed to be looked at. I showed up at 9am on a Sun and was guided to an evaluation room within 2 minutes. After evaluation I was bought into an exam room and seen by a Nurse Practitioner within 3 minutes. We discussed my concern, she examined me and gave me great recommendations which I followed.

I arrived at 7:30 last night and they were happy to see me even though they closed at 8. I was, also, there several weeks ago with a broken toe, and received excellent care then, too. Everyone is very kind, caring and helpful. They are truly an urgent care….. being open 7 days a week, from 8-8. So thankful they are nearby.

my daughter Louise took me to Medcare Pawleys Island where she works. . I am here visiting from ireland and have been feeling so unwell since I arrived. It's always nerve wracking visiting a medical facility in another country but everyone at this office made me feel so at ease from Jeri at the front to Deborah who was so sweet, polite and patient with me to nurse practitioner Beth was absolutely wonderful and so informative. what a wonderful group of people. If I could give 10 stars I would. Excellent service !!

The receptionist and nurse were very pleasant and helpful. My nurse was efficient, even taking my blood pressure twice to make sure it was a correct reading. Dr. Kempton was thorough with my examination and explaining my diagnosis.

Absolutely AMAZING experience tonight with this location. The staff went above and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable. They let me know every step of the way what they were doing/wanted to do. From the moment I walked in the door with her to the time I left - I was just about in tears with how kind everyone was. Thank you all for everything!!

Got in so quickly (on the evening before thanksgiving) and everyone was so warm, kind, and professional. Got tested quickly and the NP Beth J. was excellent, so competent and personable and answered all my questions. You can tell she has been doing this for a while! The med tech was exactly the same. 10/10 experience - thank you all so much!

Love that I was able to register and make appt online. This really limited the time I spent there. The staff was kind, the Dr was nice and quick. As a former healthcare provider I felt comfortable with his care and recommendations. Highly recommend.

This Urgent Care is clean, and everyone is friendly and helpful. The wait is usually minimal and Dr. Beth is personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. We live out of town but have a beach home so this location is very convenient.
