Good food, and quick service. The banana pudding and potato salad are fantastic! Believe the pastrami and corned beef shouldn't be so shredded (texture lost). Owner super friendly and seems to go out of his way to make sure people are comfortable and taken care of. Look forward to their other items.

Food, no relationship to Pics on the web. Breads were hard, toppings haphazard, half cheese, sides were small and old, lazy potatoes (peels on) in potato salad (no taste) and overdone fries. Banana pudding was slightly soured and soggy green bananas. Meats were all over. English was not first language, so hard to communicate.

I find this place to be extremely rude and unprofessional in conduct. There is a female worker there who is flat out rude. I was told while phoning in my order that Promenade employees received a 10% discount. I came in to pick up my order and was told that "the discount is not available. That the manager said that they can't apply any discounts." I perceived that because I am African American that this female didn't want to apply any discounts. Other workers in the Promenade experience the same treatment from the same female worker at Gandolfo's. Ask can you have something as simple as pickles. You'll be told that there's a pickle shortage??? So weird. And stated to another customer, that my wife wears too much makeup. Very insulting and again rude. Very unprofessional. You go in thinking, well maybe I took it wrong. Maybe I'm being too sensitive. But when other people say the same thing, everyone isn't lying. There's a pattern and the owner will need to make adjustments to correct this.

Came here one afternoon to get some food with a friend. When we ordered the lady at the register was very rude to us. Barely spoke to us at all. When we received our food she slammed it on the table. We said thank you and she just walked off with no response. Food was very good, we loved the sandwiches we ordered . The customer service was just not good at all.

Excellent food. Italian sandwich was everything I look for in a classic Italian sub. Even added toppings and switched condiments as requested in online order special instructions. note: had to edit to 5 stars. honestly i thought abt it and the price, portion, location, and service all deserve 5 stars. I was being too picky. No, I didn’t get a coupon.

Great NY sandwich shop in the Chenal area. Options for indoor and outdoor patio dining. Sandwiches and sides were great. The service was fast and staff was very nice. Food presentation was really nice. Great lunch spot! They also serve breakfast food all day😄

Very friendly service, it’s a “fast casual” type deli restaurant. Numerous sandwiches to pick from, I definitely recommend the upcharge to fries!! I’ve tried several sandwiches and I would recommend the Rockefeller Reuben for sure!! Decently priced and good, I would visit again!

I enjoyed the pastrami on rye. The kids enjoyed French toast, pancakes, eggs and bacon. I gave it 4/5 only because they forgot the side that came with the sandwich. That’s a minor human error, so we’ll be back.

Went here yesterday and the food was terrible, biscuits and gravy’s was disgusting, and the park cakes and bacon seemed store bought, only thing I truly enjoyed what the velvet muffin. Also like to add that they were treating one of their new looking employees terrible, they screamed at him for leaving water on, treating him honest to god terrible . I would not eat here.

This place is a regular for me and my family. I have tried most everything on the menu and it is always delicious. Thanks to the owners of this establishment for treating me and my family so well. We always leave with a full stomach, having dined on excellent food with large portions and a wonderful overall experience.

Excellent little deli. The Rockerfeller Reuben was absolutely amazing. Quaint atmosphere and excellent service. My husband had The Godfather and enjoyed it also! We will be back!

This was my first time visiting this establishment. I was very impressed and will definitely go back to try other menu options. I had the pastrami on rye, fries and a chocolate chip cookie. The pastrami was tender, fries where really good...cookie not my favorite but I'm a little picky when it comes to what I look for in chocolate chip cookie.

Delicious! I had the half chicken salad sandwich and roasted red pepper and Gouda bisque. My husband had a half I Love New York sandwich and a Caesar salad. Everything was fresh and delicious! Service was awesome as well. We got our food quickly, and the manager stopped by to personally make sure everything was great.

Great sandwich/salad shop! I’ve tried a few sandwiches, but the Ruben with Russian dressing is my favorite. I get the 1/2 sandwich 1/2 Mediterranean salad combo. Fantastic!

It's really closer to 2.5. I've never had a cold chicken Philly before. I was expecting either grilled chicken breast sliced up, or that flat chicken Philly meat sautéed on a flat top with the onions and bell peppers. What I got was cold, pre-cooked, not even warmed up. The onions and peppers were cooked but not hot off the grill, cold like the chicken. The sandwich was dressed like it was a cold sandwich with lettuce and mayo on it. Not a good experience. Redeeming Factor: the fries were fresh and warm.

Simple and delicious spot. The staff was SO kind. The tuna melt is classic, simple and delicious. And the bell pepper and Gouda bisqué was pretty tasty. The Gouda chunks in the soup were a nice touch. Great spot!

We met our daughter here for breakfast and we’re very happy with our experience. They had breakfast sandwiches which were excellent and I had the Mediterranean scramble which was amazing! The restaurant was very clean. The young lady at the counter was very friendly and patient with us as it was our first time eating here. So, very good food and not expensive. We will definitely be back.

The food tasted great, but I ordered a side of fries and they didn’t give them to me. I asked if I could get them, and the worker snapped at me and was insanely rude for absolutely no reason. After she went off I said it wasn’t a big deal and I didn’t want the fries anymore, and then 5 minutes later she came back with my receipt just to try to embarrass me and rudely said I didn’t order the fries. There was clearly an up charge on my meal, but to avoid confrontation I just finished my food and left. Definitely won’t be going back there.

Very good breakfast. Not too expensive. Nice outdoor seating in the morning. Friendly and helpful staff. Hate the paper cups though. They fall apart immediately and leave a taste in your drink.
