The lady that worked there was very nice, professional, and personable. I went to get batteries for 3 watches, and they were done in about 10 minutes. I also have a lifetime warranty, and the cost was cheaper than other places. I would definitely recommend shopping there, as well as watch batteries replacement

I received a very nice greeting as I entered the door. I had questions of needing a jeweler and inquiring information of one of there other location. They were very nice as I was talking, talking talking and took the time to assist me with a piece of jewelry and I purchased the item.

Recently had my wife’s rings re-sized at RI (where I originally purchased). They did a great job with the rings. While I was in there I asked if they could take a link out of my watch that was also purchased at RI. When leaving I noticed I had been charged $25 for link removal, a service most stores offer for free and something that took the associate less than a minute to do. At no point was this fee mentioned to me. I’m frustrated that a store I’ve spent thousands upon thousands in could not remove a link as courtesy or at least mention the fee. It’s short sighted and with that kind of nickling and diming I’ll be sure to consider other stores for future purchases.

They Simi acted like they were bothered about me asking questions very short, I'll just keep going to the Mom and Pop jewelry store, least they make you feel Valued regardless of you asking questions or just spending few hundred too few thousands on a piece not pushy nor snobby
