On
Thursday
October
6th
I
went
into
the
Dr’s
office
and
confirmed
that
they
did
Covid
PCR
testing.
My
pre-surgical
requirements
necessitated
that
I
needed
a
test
between
the
7th
and
the
10th.
At
11:30
AM
Friday
I
returned
to
the
office
to
request
the
test.
The
office
was
empty,
and
I
was
told
the
Doctor
was
busy
and
to
return
at
2:00
in
the
afternoon.
At
1:45
I
returned
to
the
office
which
was
packed
with
no
social
distancing
or
masks
worn
by
the
staff.
I
was
told
that
there
were
now
6
people
in
front
of
me
and
that
it
would
be
another
hour.
On
leaving
the
office
I
heard
the
receptionist
in
a
flippant
manner
say
you
can’t
please
everyone.
They
were
supposed
to
call
which
they
did
not,
and
I
returned
an
hour
and
½
latter
to
be
told
that
there
was
at
least
another
hour.
I
asked
for
my
paperwork
back
which
they
said
they
no
longer
had,
and
I
requested
that
they
delete
me
from
their
system.
Each
time
I
had
entered
the
office
they
told
me
that
they
were
a
Primary
Care
office
and
each
time
I
repeated
that
all
I
needed
was
a
PCR
Test
for
my
pre-surgical
requirements.
I
felt
as
if
they
were
trying
to
sell
me
on
making
them
my
Primary
Care
resource.
The
staff
was
rude,
when
I
asked
for
the
email
of
the
owner
to
write
and
inform
them
of
my
experience,
they
told
me
that
the
doctor
was
there
and
did
not
care
to
speak
to
me
or
hear
my
issue
with
the
staff.
I
am
a
senior
citizen
who
is
visually
impaired
and
had
to
walk
20
plus
minutes
each
time
to
get
to
the
office.
They
did
not
try
and
assist
me
in
any
fashion
and
ate
up
over
4
hours
of
my
day.
As
I
am
scheduled
for
surgery
I
did
not
want
to
sit
in
the
close
quarters
of
their
office.
I
will
never
return
to
their
office
and
do
not
recommend
them
at
all.
I
then
looked
up
on
Google
and
found
City
MD
3
times
the
distance
for
me
which
I
then
walked
to.
City
MD
on
Merrick
Road
was
modern,
people
were
socially
distanced,
and
I
was
in
and
out
in
30
minutes.
If
you
need
urgent
services
and
want
to
be
treated
respectfully,
I
strongly
suggest
you
use
them
instead.
