Absolutely
awful
experience.
Ordered
food
and
basically
this
other
customer
,
we’ll
call
him
guy,
was
given
my
food
and
the
lady
at
the
counter
realized
it
once
guy
left
and
she’s
like
“oh!
I
made
a
mistake!
They
took
your
food!”
As
she
pointed
out
the
door
and
said
it
in
a
tone
where
I
got
the
impression
she
wanted
me
to
go
after
guy(which
she
did
and
you’ll
soon
read
why)
,
that
just
accidentally
took
my
food.
He
was
given
the
wrong
food
because
the
lady
wasn’t
paying
attention
since
she
was
listening
to
music,
chatting,
multitasking
as
if
she
can
do
her
job
without
thinking….obviously
she
cannot.
But
anyways,
I
told
her
like
how
does
this
happen?
And
she
had
the
nerve
to
tell
me,
“this
here
is
the
order
of
that
guy
that
took
your
food,
he
works
in
that
store
a
couple
doors
down,
you
can
go
give
him
this
food
and
swap
it
there”……see
what
I
mean
from
earlier
on
that
impression
I
got
from
her?
First
off,
I
wasn’t
even
mad
that
guy
took
my
food
because
accidents
do
happen
and
we
all
make
mistakes.
I’m
willing
to
wait
for
the
food
to
be
made
again,
just
say
it
was
a
mistake,
and
ask
if
I’m
willing
to
wait.
Secondly,
Why
would
I
as
the
customer
put
energy
to
go
and
fix
THE
EMPLOYEE’S
MISTAKE
??
Third,
I’m
waiting
to
get
food,
I’m
not
looking
for
a
couple
of
minutes
of
employment
and
fixing
an
employee’s
mistake?
I
cannot
believe
she
had
the
nerve
to
recommend
to
go
to
guy’s
workplace
and
swap
the
food.
Do
not
go
here,
they
lack
common
sense,
basic
human
communication
skills,
do
not
take
responsibility.
This
was
a
while
ago,
but
I
just
remembered
as
I
drove
by,
so
thought
I’d
share
my
experience
.
By
the
way,
that
employee
never
even
apologized
for
her
mistake,
I
just
asked
for
a
refund
and
left.
