Dr. McKeague was terrific. She was very Knowledgeable and informative. I felt confident in receiving expert eye care. The Staff was great n professional as well. I walked away, very impressed with the overall experience. Therefore, I HIGHLY recommend OCLI.

Update: I had eye surgery a month ago and it was successful . I see bright beautiful colors now so happy for that. Two days ago I had surgery on my other eye It was successful. Dr.Diversa is a great surgeon. The whole staff so nice can’t thanks them enough for understanding and they made me feel good. Thanks everyone for making me see better.

I have been going to Micheal Swerdin for about 5 years. He is very professional and very detailed in explaining what is going on with my eyes. The staffs are polite and knowledgeable about what they are doing. What every time is your appointment be on time because they are very prompt with checking you in. The waiting room and the offices are very clean, comfortable, and well organized. I would recommend Dr. Michael Swerdin and OCLI to anyone who wants a good and professionally ophthalmologist.

This was my 2nd visit with Dr. J. D'Aversa, he was extremely thorough and kind with his treatment of my situation. He explained everything so that I felt comfortable and knew what to expect. He gave me all the follow up instructions I needed and advised me as to when I should see my primary eye doctor to discuss my cataract surgery. I highly recommend OCLI for all your eye care.

Courteous, helpful and very considerate. Dr. Stoller is quite a Doctor. He is polite and he take the time to explain the procedures and he answers all questions. The staff is Great!! Dr Stoller should be Doctor of the month, he is just that phenomenal.

I had to give a star to be able to post, but honestly it doesn’t deserve one. This is a horrible place, every time I take my child to his appointment we wait over 1 1/2 hours!! It’s unacceptable, I don’t understand why they give appointments, even if you are a little earlier or on-time you will have to wait past your appointment time. Find another office to go to. Poor scheduling management.

Since being referred to OCLI, my experience with this patient care provider has always been phenomenal. At both the Valley Stream and Ocean Bay facilities, the staffs especially the physicians are excellent, efficient, courteous and considerate. The procedures are in my opinion the best and the equipments are most modern. My rating 5 STARS!!!!!

Technician was very professional and efficient. Dr D'aversa takes the time to explain procedure and answer questions, he has a comforting bedside manner. April Chin is efficient and pleasant, and patient with answering questions. Haven't had surgery yet, but so far, so good. Very impressed with the entire staff and the facility.

Brought my mom there for cataract surgery and the surgery went well however be very careful they are always trying to sell you something that's not covered by Medicaid it is very frustrating to deal with. Now there was a problem with the anesthesia bill and they said I had to handle it myself

This is a very nice facility. I was able to get an appointment promptly. From the receptionist to the assistant to the Dr; all very professional and pleasant. I would certainly recommend going here. The facility was clean, parking on site 😊. I would not hesitate to go again if need be

From check in to check out the staff were amazing it’s like all the staff was high off of niceness. Not once staff members had attitude nor did I feel like my child services was being rushed I really can’t wait for my son next check up. Last but not least Dr. R is a really dope MD very nice and professional and honest.

Today was my son appointment after 11 month. Receptionist were nice. Then this Technician assitant who take me in said ,"you came 1 week ago Dec 7 you need to be here after 9 month" I answer I haven't being ghere since a year ago, yes u were here said no my son was not here a week ago, 3 o 4 times she insisted then I have to go outside to tell somebody else that this woman was wrong, it came the other one and said u came in January this year, I said I know , and tell me u miss heard her the Technician,she didn't said that, and the other said yes I didn't. Missing so much honesty in the workers and so much disrespect. And off course she didn't do the exam appropriately, she was rude with my 6 y3ar old son. After this it has being 1 hour waiting in the 2nd waiting room thats a tiny space. Last visit Definitely want like this.

This visit was my 6 month checkup after having cataract surgery. The check-in was fast (before my actual appointment time). Staff was very professional, checked my vision and updated chart. Dr D'Aversa did a quick exam, he said my eye is healing nicely and everything looks good. Good news and pleasant appointment.

This was my second visit to OCLI and I'm very pleased with the efficiency and professionalism of the entire staff. There was minimum wait time, and each of the associates was extremely helpful. Dr. Botwinick explained the next steps very well, and took as much time as I needed to get all of my questions answered. Emily, the Surgical Coordinator was organized and also gave me all the information to make the scheduling easy.

I would not have though it possible, but OCLI made Cataract Surgery a pleasant experience. And it started from my first visit; everyone was welcoming and friendly.
