Where do I even begin. First of all, they changed their location of the place and did not promote that the name of the new location was a complete different name?? Then my hairstylist took me to wash my hair and do my treatment, yet while in the middle of my hair stylist working on my hair, the boss comes up to her and goes “can you clean up and organize the entire makeup case” like I’m sorry what, do you not see her working on my hair? THEN the boss starts saying out loud “there’s so much smoke everywhere your not gonna use the machine? I don’t care you’ll all die from the chemicals and smoke in the air”. Very unprofessional atmosphere. I noticed other unprofessional aspects around me while my service was being done as well. Needless to say, my treatment wasn’t completed the way it should be. I will not be coming back here for any service.

I had a brazilian blowout done by Christina. She did a great job and I would highly recommend her. She was very polite and explained the whole process to me as she was doing each step. My hair looked smooth and just the way I wanted it. It has been about 2 weeks now and my hair still looks and feels great. She definitely is experienced and knows what shes doing.

I had such a terrible experience at this salon! I went in for a Brazilian blowout and no one in the salon could stand the products they used in my hair. The product/chemical used was so strong that the stylist herself had tears in the eyes-it burned our eyes that we had to rinse it with water. The most terrible 2 hours of my life. The owner herself couldn’t sit inside the salon and had doors opened. I just don’t understand why you would use such strong product on someone hair when you yourself cannot stand the smell, impact of your products. . My hair has never been this dry. I regret getting it done from here. I am losing a lot of hair on a daily basis. I got a blowout done in the city and it was best $250 ever spent. This salon charged $300 for the blowout and it lasted 3 weeks with dry ends/ dry scalp & extreme hair fall. We moved from the city and I was truly looking for a good salon but ended up with such a horrible experience. Posting this after 2 months Do not go to salon for Brazilian blowout. They might be good at other things but do not get any treatments done

Crystal makes it very convenient to get my color done. I always love my results whenever I come in. Very happy with the salon as a whole. Clean and friendly

Christina is by far the best in town, personable, and professional!! I had my very first Brazilian blowout and she walked me through the entire process. Her blowout technique is nothing short of perfect and she always makes time for a last minute appointment. 5 Stars across the board!! 🤩

Love coming to this salon for my color and cut. Patti is absolutely incredible w getting your color to exactly what you want. Works magic on revitalizing hair. Highly recommend to everyone.

Crystal does phenomenal Color, highlights, and haircuts! Special occasions even! I love the energy of her salon. So uplifting and positive. Very welcoming each visit. When crystal isn’t available patty is my go to girl!

Sam is an amazing stylist! She is very talented when it comes to haircuts and her blowouts last me for days. She is very attentive, kind, and genuine. You will not be disappointed if you book with her.

Salon Nouveau Bellmore was amazing. I had the very best stylist, Alan, who made the three-hour Magic Sleek treatment fly by. He explained the process, answered every question I had, and was phenomenal overall! I will definitely come every year to have it done by him!! Thank you Alan and Salon Nouveau Bellmore!

A friend of mine who had the most amazing color done, made me decide to make a change from my regular salon that I used for many years. I am so happy i did. The salon is wonderful. The staff is incredible, they make you feel very comfortable. I use Crystal. She is an amazing stylist. Alil shy at first but then very warm and friendly. She listens to you and makes very good recommendations. I am so pleased w the products that she uses. My single process lasts alot longer then it use to and my hair is much healthier. Today we did baylayage along w a touch up cut and blowout. It came out amazing n the time the process took was much quicker then what I was use to I would definitely recommend this salon especially Crystal

Patty knows just what to do once I sit in her chair. I always feel so comfortable to just let her take over knowing I’m leaving with a great color. Aside from her amazing skills, her personality brightens my day.

Highly highly recommend. Everyone in the salon is absolutely amazing! They are dream workers and the salon is always so beautiful and clean! From the moment you walk in until the minute you leave, the environment is always very welcoming. And of course patty is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! I’ve been going to her for over 10 years and she has never disappointed! My bangs ranged in size 3 to 4 1/2" and we're all chopped up. My layers and angles were all uneven and the right side was longer than the left. I got a deep conditioning but yet my hair is dry as straw now. Then she started blow drying my hair and she was burning my hair I told her to stop and I will let it dry by itself what a waste of a place.

I saw a Groupon special for a Brazilian Blowout...they said they would honor the price but not on a weekend...so I drove out from Queens on a weekday...Sam did my hair..she did a good job...there was no time for rinsing or a blowout...I drove home with the chemicals in my hair...she told me to keep it in for days if I could but I googled and saw that my hair was supposed to be rinsed before I even left the salon...so I rinsed and moisturized. Sam did a decent job but I feel because it was a groupon the attention and instructions were not given or followed...I would NOT recommend...almost a month later my hair is starting to get slightly wavy

I had a Magic Sleek treatment done and Adriana did a great job. I love it. I would give the salon 5 stars for the Magic Sleek. I had a coupon for the Magic Sleek and she told me that the treatment would strip my color but that she could fix it with a glaze, however, she didn't tell me that I would have to pay an extra $27 for it. The salon is clean and everyone is very friendly so that was my only issue.

One of the WORSEEEEEE hair salons I’ve ever been to!!! Did my hair and was not consistent. I called the next day to fix it and they were charging me again to fix it!! So unprofessional and rude people working here!!!!!! Never going back here!!!!!

All of the staff were very friendly and upbeat. Joy was very accommodating and sweet when making my appointment. Olivia did an exceptional job on my keratin treatment. She gave me lots of advise to help my keratin treatment last longer. Taylor and Brianna were very sweet. Such a nice atmosphere in this salon!
