Kadesha Miller was a very effective physical therapist. She guided me in doing my exercises and listened carefully to my concerns, adjusting the exercises as needed. She was very encouraging and I would give her my highest commendation.

From helping with understanding the process of my insurance, to the subtle nuances of the therapy and rehabilitation of my knee these folks have been truly stellar!

Erica and the team are simply amazing. Most people can’t wait to finish physical therapy but I was sad when my time was up. Erica is extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. She will go the extra mile for you and leave you feeling better and confident in your recovery plan. She is a very hard worker and the facility is clean and well kept. My shoulder is 10X better than it was. I finished knowing what i have to do in order to keep up with my shoulder. I most certainly will be returning here should I ever need to do physical therapy again.

The receptionist at the front desk, Kim Donop, will greet you warmly when you enter. She is very helpful with setting up appointments and answering any questions you might have. The two physical therapists, Philip Bruno and Erica Martello are amazing! They are so knowledgeable, caring and attentive. They are aware of what you are doing at all times and make sure that you are using correct form and comfortable while performing your exercises. They make you feel that your well-being matters to them. It feels personal. Philip and Erika have an aid, Grace, who assists them. She is very pleasant, helpful and efficient. I feel confident that my time working here will be well spent and will help me grow stronger. So if you want a personalized physical therapy experience, and the opportunity to work with experienced, attentive and caring staff, then Professional Physical Therapy is the right choice for you!

I had a great experience at Baxter and Walsh Physical Therapy! The staff was always kind and I never had problems scheduling or moving appointments. Everyone is very professional and careful with respect to your needs. I was followed by Laura, who is a great physical therapist, she helped me a lot relieving my symptoms and teaching me techniques to use at home, always with a very caring and compassionate attitude. I am very grateful to everyone there who helped me feeling better and in a nice and not judgmental environment!

Nobody likes being hurt or in pain but the staff here are miracle workers and You actually like to be at physical therapy!!! Between a shoulder injury and a calf tear I was hopeless and thought I would need surgery. Erica and Tim at the Wantagh pro pt office went above and beyond, they taught me what needed to be done as well as worked on my injuries one on one. I’m currently Working with Erica and her assistant Karen now and they are saints!!!! Staying late and always being accommodating no matter what. The level of knowledge ,care and compassion is amazing, It’s like a big family!!! So thankful I found such a special place -Rob

A broken ankle brought me to Erica and the staff at Professional Physical Therapy in Wantagh. At all times, I was treated respectfully and with professional expertise. The staff is accommodating in scheduling, even for early mornings, which was helpful to me. My treatment is done now, I'm back to running a bit at a time. But I miss Erica's advice twice a week and wish I could have kept going to see her! Thanks Erica and Chris for your care and compassion. If I'm injured again (likely) I'll be sure to revisit for more "play dates!"

Professional Physical Therapy is the best! I just completed 3 weeks of physical therapy for shoulder issues at the Wantagh, NY location. As a result of surgery, I was experiencing limitations to my range of motion in my arm combined with pain. I chose Professional Physical Therapy in Wantagh because of its proximity to my home. During my first visit and each one after, I knew I had made the right choice. The staff was welcoming, friendly and very caring. The facility was immaculate and the equipment, chairs and therapy tables were sanitized after each patient. There aren't enough words of gratitude for Kadesha, whose professionalism, expertise and encouragement were key to eliminating my pain and restoring full use of my arm. How lucky I was to work with such a kind and skilled Physical Therapist!

Professional Physical Therapy in Wantagh is one of the best physical therapy locations in all of Long Island. The staff is accommodating and professional. Erica is the absolute best. I am an extremely active person and an injury caused me not to be active for over two years. Without her help over these months I would have never gone back to running and being active again. Kadesha was a pleasure to work with! She attended to my injury with much concern and care and guided me through the exercises skillfully. Kadesha adjusted the level of difficulty as I progressed without causing me pain and provided alternative exercises when needed.

This was my first experience with Baxter Walsh but not with PT or the therapist that treated me. From the first phone call looking for appointment I knew this office was professional and accommodating. I was lucky enough to experience both locations and never had any difficulty getting a appointment to suit my needs. From the front desk staff to the PT aides and of course my PT Laura ,my overall experience was a fabulous one. I have been using Laura as a PT for many many years on different occasions whether it was back, neck or knee issues she has always listened to what I had to say and was diligent to figure out the problem and work her magic…Thank you all at Baxter Walsh for a wonderful experience and I have recommended your practice to many already.

I have been Going there since February . They now start to send me co pay bills that I had asked is there any in the beginning and was told if there is any they will let me know immediately. Which they didn’t ! They do not care about the patients just their money . I tried speaking with Tim who supposedly is the Vice President with nothing but a big argument . It’s disgusting and rude . Tried calling the billing department with the same rude attitude . Again they did not want to help me at all . If he’s the Vice President he could even wipe out those co pays pays since this was a huge mistake upon themselves not being honest from the beginning . Go somewhere else people if you can .

I sustained a work related injury in 09/2021. I received Therapy at Professional PT of Wantagh after I was recommended by a coworker to make an appointment with a therapist by the name of Erica. My therapist was Knowledgeable with special touch and has an excellent staff and I highly recommend. I May need surgical procedure to repair injury of my left shoulder in the near future and I definitely return for further PT. I went to professional PT in Wantagh,ny for neck, shoulder and back pain. My physical therapist was Erica Martello who was fantastic. Thru heat, stim, different exercises, massage therapy and ice by the time I was done everything was feeling better. I was very happy I came here and I highly recommend them to anyone in pain in need of a physical therapist and relief for what's ailing you.In addition, the office was very clean and I felt very safe with the masks that were required and the covid protocols in place to keep everyone safe.

The service is excellent. Erica is amazing. I can't tell how great of a job she does. Proud that she is my pherapist. Only thing is I wish that Professional Physical Therapy can except cash. Also I wish they can lower the price from 125 to 80. Other than that I will always go here. Definitely enjoy gabby and Erica. Keep up the good work. 5 stars
