Bakery is very good, service the worse. This place is always a mess. Usually you can’t find a clean table , garbage can is always full . I clean my own table myself to be able to sit there. Also cashier keep the change, its not like I won’t give it to her, but the fact she kept it without asking was awkward

Decent bakery with French flare …, service is horrible SLOW. Two out of five were working while the other 3 waiters were talking stories and laughing…. SAD. The food sandwiches are good. The croissant are not impressive, NOT comparable to real French ones. . Love the fresh juices The place was dirty with lots of food crumbs on the floor.

The bakery is close to the place I live so it is convenient. Most of my friends and neighbors are avoiding this cafe as plague. And I will explain why. This place has no sense of decorum or any kind of customer service whatsoever. And that's with their huge and greedy expectancy of the tips. I came in today to have breakfast, ordered a croissant with eggs, and asked to make it without bacon. I made an order and was dismissed. I sat at one of the dirty tables, as there were none clean and the staff was chatting at the counter. My food came up but nobody informed me as 18% tip is only for doing me a favor and taking an order. I came up to the counter and got attention of one of the ladies. I explained that my order was without bacon, she looked at me and then at croissant went to the back, and I assumed she was going to ask to fix it. I went back to my table and suddenly the lady that took my orders came running to the counter and shouting that this croissant comes with bacon. The whole cafe was listening as she humiliates me. No apology, no smile, just a condesending furious look. Let me tell you I actually paid for the food and left a tip. Why have I been shouted and humiliated in front of every customer and employee?! Nasty place, nasty people... I wish they manage to find some kind of a manager. As of right now, it's disgusting. No croissant is worth this.

Very delicious breakfast and pastries! The smoked salmon toast was incredible, really hit the spot, and the coffee was great as well. The pastries are beautiful and fluffy, just the way you'd want them. They also have bread, smoothies, and sandwiches available. Really cute place, and with outdoor seating to boot!

This is a nice place to have some nice desserts with coffee in the afternoon or breakfast/lunch and have a nice conversation with friends. They have a variety of delicious pastries which I would like to go back and try more of them. I didn't try their food yet but there shall be a next time.

When I noticed that my avocado toast has no cappers and dill as it mentioned in menu and asked a cashier, she said “NO”… just “NO”. It means, that I am not that perfect to get what I paid for? I really love this place in Sunny Isles, but this attitude…

I’ve been here a few times. Their pastries are really good however the customer service is terrible. The employees do their job yes but i’m never welcomed in or greeted. I work in a bakery myself and customer service plays a very important part in such a business. The staff just looks dull and acts as if they don’t want to be there. They have been rude at times making me feel very unwelcome. They need to work on teaching staff how to be nice to customers, busy or not.

They were unbelievably delicious. The Croissants were fresh, filled with creamy goodness and simply amazing. The size of these croissants is unbelievable🥐

Ive never done this in my life..but I always get food there and my card was left on the reader by mistake. Then the cashier let the next person pay with my card ... clearly the person that payed with my card is not a nice human being. I understand mistakes happen. Nothing against the cashier i Get it. But when i asked for help with the 29$ charge, the manager made it seem like i was trying to scam them! And had a bad attitude right away even after the cashier told her i was correct and i had been there the day before. And told her yes she noticed she charged with my card! She askd for my info said she had to check the cameras. And told me to go back the next day ...so i went back and she wasnt there. Then when i called today she basically blamed everything on me telling me oh u left your card.. is your fault etc. yes i left My card in by mistake, but as a worker if u see someone pay with someone elses card you gotta use your common sense. How did she not see the guy she charged used the same card i used to pay?!!!! Ive been a cashier before and common sense comes into play in this situation . If she couldnt help me she couldve explained and atleast been nice about it, but she automatically made it seem like i was doing something shady and had a rude attitude .......At this point i can care less about the 29$ yall can keep the 29$ and maybe buy your very very rude manager a new attitude. Garbage customer service from her, and it sucks because the food is great! The whole staff is actually very lovely and nice. Including the cashier that took care of me that day. Wont be going back. U lost a good customer that always tips and went often, because of your extremely incompetent manager.

Absolutely delicious! We had fresh squeezed orange juice, some seriously incredible croissants, and a wonderful vanilla iced latte. Such a lovely cafe/bakery! Will be back!

Fantastic little bakery with best tasting croissants and pastries, great coffee and most amazing fresh squeezed orange juice. When in Miami we go out of our way to have breakfast here and take something home with us.

The food is great! But the service was incredibly slow. We noticed people that came after us were getting their food before we got ours. We waited for 30 minutes for croissants with runny eggs. And the place wasn’t even that busy. Oh and also…the place has no napkins! 😏

Walked in to get some drinks. They dont have large cups, or medium cups for hot drinks. Ok… they dont have small cups or medium cups for iced drinks! Ok. They dont have Chai,,, oooo Im sorry, ok. After I get my iced Latte, “ooooo Im sorry, we dont have any straws” how the hell am I supposed to drink a sealed with a plastic lid latte in the car ?? Why not say before you charge me and make a latte that I won’t be able to drink it?! What the hell happened to you guys?!? Been a customer for years. Im done!

This location used to be the best a few years ago. The staff working now behind the counter looks and speaks like they don’t want to be there. Food is average but overpriced compared to other bakeries. Coffee is okay; it tastes the best in the early morning after they clean the espresso machine. I also don’t understand why the bathrooms are always filthy with urine on the floor, even during non-rush hours.. I’ve been a regural client since 2017 and I have to say that this location has declined really bad in terms of quality and costumer service.

Nice place. Decent food but nothing special. No table service. We waited more than 30 minutes to collect our food. Only one person working in the kitchen (but at least four people working at the counter). They definitely need to employ more cooking staff. One waitress was very understanding when we queried the wait though. I think her name was Daniela (and I know lots of the reviews here give her a special mention).

Place is great cafe to meet up with friends, except there's usually something not working/available. It could be the menu items or the juice machine is broken. Service and bakery items are good but can't give 5 stars due to the reasons stated above.

Fantastic pastries and coffee, the bakery has a very nice decor, the coffee was wonderful and the venue was comfortable. I ordered a pastry Bretzel(with cream, chocolate and nuts), it was FABULOUS, delicate flavor, soft and delicious, also the Egg Benedict breakfast and coffee. (Medium Americano). The egg Benedict was served with Ham, two eggs a side of green salad, it tasted very delicious. The coffee was roasted and hot, it was a fantastic coffee.

Pastries to die for (both sweet and savory). Excellent coffee, especially their oatmilk cold brew. Can't recommend their pastries enough. All that sugar will definitely 💯 kill your workout, but the temptation is oh so irresistible 🥲😅

Ordered the bagel with Salmon. Then we were asked if we wanted toasted we said yes. They prepared the sandwich and then it was put in the press?!?! Also, staff doesn’t smile to the customers, but to each other

One of our favorite breakfast eateries in the area. Fresh sandwiches and delicious, freshly-baked pastrie are tops. Coffee...of any ilk...is hot and fresh. Counter service is friendly and efficient. A few tables outside...they could use a few more if possible. We come to Granier every time we are in town. Keep it up. 💯

Just bought an opera cake and the tall young guy with bad moods and attitude pack the cake and I saw how bad he did and put the cake in the paper bag the wrong side first and this is mousse cake, he destroyed my cake. And I put $32 plus tip in the garbage and my time. Thank you for ruining my day.

Good place to meet a friend for breakfast. The offerings are good but not memorable. Unfortunately my croissant was anemic and cold. I would liked to see a tiny bit more love in the food presentation and service. But then again the prices were very reasonable. Good spot for casual eats.
