This is by far the slowest BIGGBY in West Michigan. Waiting 40 minutes for a coffee every time is insane. I would take your money and go elsewhere.

Terrible! Just went there for BOGO Wednesday. Said could only have 1 drink as they ARE TRYING TO WEAN PEOPLE OFF BOGO!!!!. ALL other Biggby in Muskegon honor bogo, without limit...NONE are trying to "WEAN" BOGO and it officially ends next Wednesday...signs are posted at all locations. This place is terrible and they don't get the order right when they do take it.

Staff visited with a customer at the window keeping me waiting long enough that my hot coffee was cold. There was a long line behind me and I bet they were not pleased with the unnecessary wait.

Says opens at 6:00am. Came to this location at 6:25am and it's closed. Should update hours if not open until later. The open sign is on but definitely dark and closed inside.

3 cars in-line when I arrived. Under 3 minutes I had my drinks and on my way. Fast and accurate service for my visit.

Problems at my usual location so went here. I didn’t get the Wednesday BOGO although they had the sign which said Next Wednesday would be the last BOGO day. 😢😩

Speciality drinks were expensive and didn't taste like espresso was in there. Very sweet.

Went here twice, never going back. Had a 30+ minute wait both times with what I would refer to as an average drive through line length. I have no clue how coffee can be this slow. Must be growing coffee beans in house, made to order.

I have never had an issue with speed here, however I do not stop in the mornings. The staff are always friendly and my order has never come out messed up, they are also very considerate about dietary restrictions

Was not impressed with the one by Meijer in North Muskegon. The coffee we got was disgusting. Immediately thru that $6.00 coffee in the trash it was so gross. When you spend that much money on one coffee, it should be the best coffee you ever had and it definitely was not.

Long wait every time I go there whether there are 4 card or I'm the only 1 it's a long wait. Today my COFFEE tastes like warm milk yuck 🤮

The ladies here are the best example of customer service and positive attitudes. They make each customer feel appreciated. They all go above and beyond. To who ever is in charge of this location treat them with the utmost respect cause they are one hell of a team.

Told them my order two times at the drive thru, then another time at the window. They STILL made my order wrong! VERY DISAPPOINTED. For the price, it should have been made correctly.

I have always been a fan of Biggby coffee and I think I will try every new location as they open up!! Great coffee at a great price!
