So very tired of going to grab something quick and the food is horrible. My fries were medium warm, my quarter pounder was so cold the cheese did not melt. The coke was great but sorry I spent $11 for junk! Bring. Back the dollar drinks and I will come back but not for food

I'm a Burger King guy, but there is NOT one in the Carolinas that can claim being clean and quality product and friendly service. But now I am a McDonald's guy. Very friendly staff, spotless dining area and and a great product. The King is dead to me, McDonald's is my new burger joint.

Food was terrible 26 dollars worth of food literally just threw it in the garbage....no more mcdonalds for me not at this location or any other. Tried to call store multiple times no answer. Put in a complaint to corporate but no refund provided...

Both kids have 6 piece chicken nugget meal- i bought 2 20 piece chicken nuggets.... and zero bbq sauce... i asked for it but nothing. Not even gonna eat it now....

This is the best McDonald's we have found along the beach area. The service is fast and the restaurant is not overly crowded. The staff are helpful and friendly. There is plenty of free parking right in front of the store. You can order from your phone on the app, and then they will bring you your order if you park in the designated pickup area.

Someone just wrote the service is fast...are you kidding? I've been to this location enough times to positively confirm the drive thru is the slowest I've even experienced. I'd rather drive farther just to avoid this one.

I've been to this location on several occasions and I can confirm this is by far the slowest McDonald's I have ever visited. 0 stars if possible. Waited in the drive thru for 40 mins when there were only 2 cars in front of me when I arrived.

I stop at this location occasionally and always with mobile orders. Delivery time of orders has always been less than expected, but today was the worst yet for any mobile pick-up at any location. Being the only vehicle in the pick up parking spots and very little traffic on the drive thru (it was 10:45), after 10 minutes waiting, I decided to go inside to retrieve my order. One would have thought that I had 5 heads, when I asked to pick up my order. No clue as to what a mobile order was. Finally, a manager interceded to get me the food portion of my order but waiting another 5 minutes for my drink. No thank you, no apologies, no good bye. I acknowledge that 15 minutes is not a lot in the big scheme of things, but they had the order for 15 minutes before I even arrived there, knowing that I works be there soon. Mobile ordering is designed to be helpful to both the business and the consumer. They are still learning I guess.

Need to get more organized. Fast food service should be fast not 45 minutes just to get a burger.

I came to your store this morning, I was order 53. I ordered 2 sausage biscuits, 1bacon egg & cheese and 2 burrito’s, 3 hash browns . Instead I got 2 English Muffins, sausage egg & cheese and 1bacon egg & cheese. and 2burritos 3hash brown. I hope this makes since I would have preferred the biscuits and not the English muffins.

Stopped in to get breakfast. The young girl working the counter had something in her hand she was sucking on. Looked like a bracelet. But had it in her mouth the whole time I was there, like a baby with their little binky. Doesn't seem very sanitary Forgot to give me a cup & acted like it was a big deal that I asked. You literally have one job.

Went through drive thru. Food was hot and fresh. Service was good. Very satisfied.

Mostly do curbside orders but not bad place. People are friendly there just normal fast food sometimes the food is right sometimes its wrong but most of the time it's right.

Usually when I purchase the chicken sandwich from this place. It's dry and doesn't taste very well but the last 2 times I've eaten here. The food was excellent so we'll see.

Placed an order on the app at 6:48 pm it is now 7:35 and we still haven't received our food. It was only 3kids meals. All 6 piece nuggets fries apples and drinks. All the same and we're still waiting. Update: it's now 7:40 and we're just getting our food. Only because we went inside to get it.
