I ordered a ton of money in pizza and wings they sent my order via doordash. What I received was one box of pizza. I tried calling for over an hour but nothing. I finally had to drive down to get my actual order and didn't receive an apology or a refund of any type. Instead I got "Yeah that guy does it all the time" yes they remade it but the fact that it was late and I had to go down to get it was completely wrong.

I don't know who runs this location but it's awful. My food was suppose to show up over 45 mins ago and it's still not here. I've tried calling only to be hung up on multiple times. I can't get through to anyone. DO NOT ORDER HERE.

Disappointed from pizza hut $21. On what looks like little Caesars $5. Pizza

Despite being crazy busy, this location allows gets my order correct and out hot and ready.

The staff at this location is always on point. I get my pizza hot every time and the order is always correct, despite them being understaffed. It's evident they care about the product they're serving.

What a sham. Horrible service Ordered for delivery. 2 hours later i called to ask where our food was. They took my number and called me back. Told me that it was on the way. Called back 30 minutes later and they told me the order was delivered already and to look on my deck. Door dash put the order on the 1st step of my back deck. Did not knock or ring bell, did not text or inform me at all. Neighborhood cats got into it. Needless to say we did not have pizza for dinner. 35 bucks flushed down the toilet. Still have not seen a refund. DO NOT USE PIZZA HUT

Pizza Hut in my memory was terrific. The pie I had was sweet tasting, for double pepperoni it didn't appear that way. Not happy with the pie. Little Caesars Pizza accross the street better pie, better flavors (smaller) for comparable money.

Not ordering delivery anymore. Not just Pizza Hut, they were just the final straw. Our order was very simple. 1 large pizza with some extra toppings, 6 chicken wings and a 2 liter of rootbeer. The pizza was somehow half and half with toppings (we double checked the order to make sure we didn't accidentally order it like that, we did not). No root beer. So out of a 3 item order they got 1 correct, the wings. If you try calling, they won't answer, the system puts you on auto hold then eventually hangs up. We were so passed we called for 30 minutes over and over! So basically we paid $50 for an incorrect pizza and 6 wings. Being a small business owner I hate dropping 1 stars, but this is just utter apathy.

Inconvenient for them to answer the phone. Too inconvenient to get your order right, to put more than two slices of pepperoni on a slice and forget about the extra tomatoes you ordered. Way too inconvenient for them to get it to you on time much less hot. You’re slipping Pizza Hut. #sadpizza

Do not use this location unless your picking your order up. There nice but you will get cold pizza and they do not care

The pizza was good, nothing spectacular. Definitely not worth $50 for one cheese and pepperoni pizza and a order of breadsticks.

Three times now what I have ordered has been messed up. Ingredients have been missing from my order making it just plain. Not good........

Might as well got one from across the parking lot and ate it raw! Completely undercooked! Don't know how hard it is to see if the pie needs to go through the machine again... probably too much work for the lazy!

We ordered on line and the pizza was hot and waiting for us when we arrived. The toppings and the crust were delicious, exactly as we ordered. It was delicious. The staff was very friendly and anxious to please us.

The last two times I have ordered from Pizza Hut I have been very disappointed. Both times I have ordered a supreme or super supreme and each pizza was lacking toppings that it should have had. On the first instance, the pizza was lacking onions and on the second instance, both onions and black olives were missing. I was not told anything when I picked up my pizza and did not find out until I had already arrived home. It would not have been a big deal if a store employee had mentioned something to me at pickup time. But to charge me full price for an item I did not fully receive and not say anything is not acceptable in my opinion.

0 stars if i could. Placed an order on their online website, waited for 2 hours, nothing. I can't even contact this location to get a refund and ive tried for an hour trying to reach SOMEONE to just cancel my order and get a refund but NO ONE helped. dont order here. Edit: I had to drive to the actual store to get my refund back. And they were all confused on why it didn’t work… something must be wrong with their online ordering AND phone calls.

Should have called to tell me they did not have my 2 liter soda, instead with the contactless deliver dropped off 4 small diet pepsi drinks. Nice gesture, but no one in my family drinks diet and we ordered regular pepsi. I think they need to communicate with the customer and find out what they want instead of guessing. Pizza was also cold and looked like it was shifted. Cheese had slipped off some of the slices. Warmer pizza intact and fix the communication issues and they will be doing better.

Don't waste your time. In the last few years they have gone downhill. They have forgotten a pizza. Or it wasn't cooked. Or not what we ordered. They don't call or communicate. Latest is online orders that they cancel when it is time for the pizza to be delivered. There are 3 other pizza businesses in this area we won't be back not even to use are useless credits for free pizza. Too many issues to detail anymore. Disappointed.

Put cheese on your pizza! Y large 3 topping had more bread showing than cheese. The medium pizza was fine. No garlic butter on crust. And my bread sticks were over cooked. I was not happy.

The delivery was sooo fast! The pizza was cooked perfect and the driver was very nice!

There wasn’t an option for zero stars so 1 star is a big stretch. We ordered 50$ worth of pizza and after 2 hours of waiting for the delivery we called Pizza Hut and they informed us they cancelled the order because the driver could not locate our house. When asked if they were going to notify us all they said was they refunded the money and I guess it did not cross them to let us know it was never coming. Terrible experience.

Yet another raw pizza from this PH AGAIN today. Literally uncooked bread and unmelted cheese where the two meet. We don't even feel safe eating it. Will NEVER go here again. If I wanted take and bake, I'd hit Papa Murphy's. As an added bonus, this location never answers their phone. Pizza is always undercooked, & often they don't even have the pan crust available. PH has really gone downhill. Follow-up: Emailed the address below as instructed. Never received a response.

Amazing service! I ordered dominos but they didn’t take 50$ bills but Pizza Hut does! Fresh food and awesome stuffed crust thank you Pizza Hut! And the guy with the beard white male awesome job thanks
