Omg BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! My Husband and I went in on Saturday to pick out a watch for him for Father's day and were treated with the utmost kindness, professionalism, and respect. Every single sales associate we encountered really made us feel good and welcome. It seems the whole store engaged with us and we were delighted to have had the experience! We will definitely be back!

Over the years I’ve been to many jewelry store chains and several Jared stores in as many states. The staff at the Medina Rd. store in Akron are by far the best in the industry. We have made several purchases there this past year. Tina, a 33-year Jared veteran, takes great pride in what she does. Professional, knowledgeable, and always responsive, she is our go-to person. We are very excited to be working with Tina in the coming months to design a custom piece of our own.

Above and beyond service! Jared’s team was amazing all the way around. I brought in my ring (purchased there a ver 25 years ago) with severe damage to see if there was any hope for it. The manager was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job setting the expectations. The service was prompt, and the repair work was miraculous. On top of that, they honored the warranty and had all my info in their records. This kind of experience restores faith.

Lauren and Char We’re absolutely awesome. I came in for a simple problem to get my watch fitted and they help me and the service was fast and quick. It was the best customer service from the both of them that I’ve ever had experienced in a jewelry store they have definitely won my attention and definitely will get my business in the future. I had called ahead with an issue, and was promptly greeted and welcomed into the store. The issue with a ring was resolved on the spot, and they also took the time to fix a hinge on a bracelet, and replace a watch battery free of charge. Highly impressed with their customer service. Thank you!

Tina was absolutely wonderful! Went in having no hope looking for a specific style that I’ve had zero luck finding in other stores and she absolutely nailed it! After only 5 minutes, she had me hooked and could basically read my mind and vision. 10/10 would recommend seeing her! She has me sold on Jared for all of my future jewelry! Love love love!

Corey Dotson provided outstanding customer service. I found out that my broken ring was unable to be fixed and he helped me find the perfect replacement. While heartbroken when I was told my ring could not be fixed, he pulled out rings with a similar look and found the perfect ring. He also made sure it was ready for me to wear later the same day. The entire Jared staff is simply amazing! So caring and professional! I took a band ring with my mom’s fingerprints around it and an inscription inside for them to size it, as I ordered it too small. They were able to stretch the ring without changing her fingerprints or the inscription!!!!!! They made me so happy beyond words! Thank you everyone at Jared’s!!! You are truly remarkable! ❤️

The staff at this store is amazing. Abe and the store manager (forgot her name) were so helpful. It was a very busy day for them but they were professional and pleasant. My wife took her Levian ring to sized and I bought a Citizen watch. With all the commotion they removed links from my watch in just a few minutes. This is why we buy all our jewelry there.
