I had the most wonderful salon experience at Art of Impact! I’ve been looking for “my” salon since I moved to the Cleveland area, nearly 3 years ago. I’d experienced several disappointments before I made an appointment with Laura. She was AMAZING. She completely understood my “ice princess” hair vision and she made it happen! She is an absolute genius when it comes to her craft. She was also the kindest, most compassionate stylist I’ve ever met. I have slipped discs in my neck and all sorts of pain issues. She made sure I always had a warm towel on my neck and checked in with me throughout my appointment. Everyone working at the salon was friendly and seemed genuinely happy. The salon itself is beautiful, with a calm, earthy vibe. I can’t recommend Laura and Art of Impact enough! It is definitely worth the drive from Cleveland Heights.

Love this salon! Katie is our stylist, but the entire team does a terrific job. The salon is professional, relevant and always accommodating. They carry great hair and skin products. I always feel renewed after my visit!

This company is absolutely wonderful. The salon itself is so clean and welcoming. All of the staff members are friendly and kind. Heather is an experienced and knowledgeable hair stylist who has done extensive training in different areas of cosmetology. She is well-versed in the different products the salon sells and can always point you in the right direction for hair and skincare! Thank you, AOI, for providing an excellent experience every time!

The atmosphere in this salon is amazing. The staff is so supportive of each other and there’s always positivity floating around. I absolutely love my stylist Brittany. She kills it every time!!!

I was a little nervous about getting hair extensions but Heather made me feel completely at ease and explained everything to me. I LOVE them!!! I get so many compliments on my hair now! The whole staff is so nice and friendly. The salon is clean and modern and you can tell they really love their jobs and their clients. I highly recommend you come here!

Had my roots died darker than my overall dye job and it’s gorgeous!! Also got a cut for my thick mane and it’s perfect. Laura is the best stylist and does an excellent art!!

This salon is amazing, by far my absolute favorite! The staff is incredibly sweet and helpful and they do a fantastic job. They are always so welcoming and make it such a great experience, I love when it's time to get my hair done! I have gone to both Brittany and Laura and they are both fantastic. They understand exactly what I'm looking for and it shows when they do my hair! I struggle with hair breakage and loss and they are so incredibly kind and helpful, doing what is healthiest and best for my hair to get long-lasting results and make me feel confident in myself. They always give me tips and tricks to help. Highly recommend!!

i was there for like 6 hours last week and they made what could have been an awful process actually kind of fun. Brittany took my hair from dark purple to brown in one day and i’m soooo happy with the results. this is the only place i get my hair done, i don’t trust anyone else with my hair lol

I had a last minute cancellation with my normal hair stylist at another salon and was in a pinch to get my hair highlighted. I called Art of Impact and was able to book an appointment with Brittany. I don't trust many with my hair and Brittany totally exceeded any expectations I had. She listened to what I was thinking, did a full consult, and we met in the middle. My hair turned out AMAZING and I booked another hair appointment with her. The second time around was no different. She did another fabulous job!! Everyone at the salon is so friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. They've really done an excellent job creating an upscale salon experience.

I have worked here for about a year & a half and this team has made it so easy transitioning from cos school to being a full time stylist behind the chair! There is endless support, and so many extremely educated stylist that will make you feel so supported no matter what! We truly have a bond like no other salon, if you are wanting to get pretty and feel welcomed by a second family we are the salon for you!

One of the best salons I’ve experienced. The whole team is beyond friendly and welcoming. The vibe and environment of the salon is calm and relaxing but very professional. My stylist Laura is one of the best around!! Thorough consultation to get my hair goals met and come up with a game plan I’m comfortable with, fantastic shampoo/massage, and overall service!! Recommends what products I need without being pushy. Their social media is also top notch.. It’s nice to see they’re genuinely a team and focus on their craft. Highly recommended :)

The salon has evolved so much in the past year with additional services and more wonderful staff! I always receive a warm welcome, accompanied with drink and snack options! I highly recommend an express keratin treatment, it changed my life! Katie has been amazing the past 10 years she's been doing my hair and feels like family! You won't be disappointed by the knowledge and continuous education all members endure!

As a stylist, Jess is very knowledgeable on current cut and color trends. I 100% trust her to do what she feels is best for me. I love having that blind trust in a stylist. Not only is she knowledgeable in her trade, but she is also a very kind and caring person. Now that she is the owner, her compassion towards others and knowledge in her industry is the perfect combination for a thriving salon.

Art of Impact Salon & Spa is top notch! This team of hardworking ladies work together to educate and deliver a great salon and spa experience. I love Juliana's patient demeanor and confidence in delivering the best cut and color. The relaxing complimentary scalp massage and warmed, steamed towel service with my choice of essential oils is always something I look forward to. Thank you ladies!! You all deserve 5 stars!!

Art of Impact is such a lovely salon & spa. The environment is very welcoming and staff are so kind. Carrie does such a wonderful job with her spa services! Highly recommend seeing her for threading and facials!! She is very intentional and caring with her craft. She really is just the best - can't say enough good things!

The environment of this salon is VERY friendly and welcoming! All of the girls work so well together. It is a modern look and all of the different services that are offered are in different areas. My personal experience with this salon was absolutely amazing. My stylist made sure what i wanted was given and given correctly. When i was asked where i got my hair done i told the person asking about art of impact and the welcoming environment that was given to me. Highly recommend!!
