This was our 1st time in an Escape Room. We took our grandson. We had a great time and if we could rate it 6 stars we would. We went through the Pharaoh’s Curse Room and it was fun and exciting. The decor was very well designed. We did have to ask for clues when we got stuck. We finally solved it with 41 seconds to spare. After we were done, we were allowed to look in the Flat Line Room and the Pirates Room because they were not in use at that time. We look forward to returning in the future.

We had a great time at Escape Medina! The room was very well decorated, the puzzles and riddles were challenging, interactive, and much more than just a bunch of locks and codes. The staff was great (and very patient with my super excited 8 year old)! We’ve been to many escape rooms, in multiple cities and states, and Escape Medina is top notch!

These kiddos had a blast! They did the most challenging room - Flatliners, and literally had 1 second to spare!!! Hearing their screams and laughs while we waited in the foyer was the best. They had to use all their clues, but somehow, they figured it out just in time. Great birthday experience for our son.

First time here, but definitely not the last! So we've been looking into escape rooms for a while and unsure our 10 year old would be able to solve puzzles with us.. however, we did the Pharoahs curse and he did very well with it..the instructor that helped us with the clues,was absolutely amazing at his job..we got to see other rooms that weren't in use( no touching anything since they were sanitized already) I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a thrill/puzzle..can't wait to do this again

I had to cancel last minute because my grandson was extremely sick. There was no phone number to call only an email. I sent an email about 3 hours prior to our reservation explaining that I had to cancel and why. No response. I received a text message 5 minutes before my reservation that I needed to come into the building. I responded explaining there was no way to contact them and that I had sent an email. This is the response I received "you were our first booking for today, and I arrived an hour before time to get the heat on and the room ready! You cannot cancel booking under 48 hours. We only have so many times spots, and Saturdays are our busiest day!" I understand this individual's frustration but the tone of his/her message was unacceptable. I've been here before but won't be going back

The Vampire room was a BLAST! Will definitely be back. Escape Medina challenges your mind and tests your problem solving skills! It was extremely challenging, but we managed to solve the room with about 2 minutes left. The game master had also let us know that it was thwir hardest room. I will be back to try the other rooms at some point. I will also be pitching an escape room event to my work for a company outting. If you've been considering trying out Escale Medina do not wait! You will have so much fun!

Went with another couple and had fun. It was their first experience with an escape room. We tried the pirate adventure. Some of the clues were hard to decipher but they give you 3 free clues to help you along. With the help, we were able to complete the room with 12 seconds to spare. Staff was friendly and takes your photo at the end of the adventure. A good diversion on a cold winter day. At $25 per person, thought the cost was reasonable as well.

We did the Harry Potter and Pharaoh rooms- both were awesome!! They did an awesome job adding sound effects/feedback to the puzzles, so you have a better idea of if you’re on the right track or not.

I've done every room they have to offer and have never had any issues. The staff has always been great. The game masters that I've had were awesome and they seem like they enjoy what they do. The rooms are designed and decorated better than any I've experienced. My favorite thing is every room I've done, clues are personalized rather than general and directly from the game master. The only thing I'd like to improve is the communication line, more specifically a phone number to call. Highly recommend this family and friend experience.

Incredible escape rooms for a very affordable price. Staff is great and took us on a tour of the facility and I was impressed with the vast variety of the types of rooms they have. Very fun place will definitely go back!

This place was so much fun. I've been to a few escape rooms and this was definitely one of the best done. Great clues and storyline. Everything worked together so well. We did the new Vampire themed room and it was great. I'll definitely come back for another one. Wish I could afford to do them all!! Thanks for the cool experience.

We have done over 100 different escape rooms in Ohio and we went to Escape Medina And it was the best escape rooms we have ever done! Nothing even comes close! The location was so nice and clean and the rooms are jaw dropping and The detail is unbelievable!

Great experience. So many challenges. You really have to look everywhere. You will love it. Well done escape room. Worth the money. I will go again.

It was good. If you have done escape rooms before you should know what to expect. The staff is great and they really seem to enjoy their jobs and add to the experience. Some even play a character over the microphone. This is my second time I've been to this one. First time we did the "Houdini Room" the second time the "Vampire Room". Both are great but I suggest the "Houdini Room". It is $30 a person.

We had a group of 8 and tried the wizards room we got out with 5 minutes to spare. Some of our group has been there a few times already and we will be back again

My friends and I had a great time doing the Houdini room. The room was difficult but fun and the employees were friendly and helpful. We were taken around to take peeks at the other rooms which were open, which got us all excited to do Wizards and the Vampire room.
