Left my two dogs for 5 days from the 12to the 18th. Got them and my white dog was stained with pee because he was left a an entire day to sit in it. Their beds were gross and they didn't get a proper bath. Came back to us with fecal matter stained and stuck to their fur. Never again.

We will never take are dogs here to spend the night. Took them a couple years ago for a weekend and they were sitting in their own pee when I picked them up and looked like they weren't even cared for. And you could tell the pee was there for a really long time. Not sure they even walked them even tho we paid for that.

Love the folks here. Our cat boards here from time to time and he always gets amazing care. The other day when I came to get him, I saw my cat put his front paws around the staffer's neck to hug her before she put him in his carrier. Always excellent communication when he's there. It's just so nice to have that peace of mind - that I don't ever need to worry how's he's doing.

I can go away without worrying about my dog. They always take great care of him. I like that there are so many options for number if walks per day, treats, and types of accommodations. The facility is very clean and the people working there are awesome!

If I could give less stars I would. Would never take a loved pet here. I called the manager to report back how upset I was that my dog managed to come out looking worse and unable to fix this mistake- manager was immature and offended as if I slapped her personally. Was clearly charged for services they didn’t even provide. Not professional- not satisfactory work for a groomer of 20 years. Will never go back. My dog was even upset… he’s always happy. Very disappointed.

Took good care of my moms pup while we had a busy weekend. Would definitely recommend. My mom had her use the Sweet Dreams room and this allowed her to watch her dog in the room when ever she wanted to.

I received photos of my dog during the day, seeing how she was doing. Love this place! The hours are convenient. I can drop her off before work and pick her up after without missing any part of my 8-5 job. Thank you Orrville Pet&Spa!

We left our puppy there for three days. We can watch her on video and they took great care of her.
