We stayed from July 27th til August1st. Spent over $2,00.00 for the stay and had nothing but troubles. Tree branch banging against roof right next to bed upstairs, alarm clock that kept going off but wasn't plugged in at 6am and cord was stuck behind a screwed in wall nightstand. Air conditioner went . Little annoying things were broken by previous renters. They want to give us a $100.00 gift card for another stay after complaints is all they can do for us. Who wants to go through that all again. Sure houses are beautiful, but NO THANK YOU! What was supposed to be peaceful and enjoyable turned into a nightmare. We traveled 6 hours for that! NEVER AGAIN! We were in Treehouse number 2. Only one the air conditioner failed in and they could not figure out why so they gave us 2 portables that were really noisy.

My husband and I had a little getaway weekend here. We loved the ambiance and enjoyed the experience. The cabin is cozy, cute, and just big enough. The lighting is amazing. The decor is cute. It is definitely an experience we recommend at least once. That being said, this will be our first and last. For the price, there’s some improvements that could be made. The outside edison string lights stayed on all night which left our entire cabin illuminated making it hard to sleep. There were no switches for these lights. The kitchenette was barely stocked with the essentials. The one knife was incredibly dull. There was one pan for the oven. One ice tray in the fridge. The mixing bowl was cracked. The faucet for the tub is too high and it causes water to splash out into the ground. If you have a large vehicle, it may just fit into the provided parking space. Two of the chairs of the deck had broken backs. Little things that added up in the end. Also, for the price, House Keeping should NOT have to put out a tip envelope. When I am paying for a cabin, everything is included. We are not tipping invisible people. A clean room is an expectation, not a nice idea.

The A frame house is a really neat and totally unique experience. Everything was very clean and well kept. There is plenty of space for a large group to spread out and not feel like you're on top of each other. The location is good and very quiet if you are just looking to relax but be aware there are other treehouses on the property. If you're looking for a place to stay in Holmes county I would recommend the A Frame house or some of the other units on the property.

Can't say enough about this place! We were in house 8. Everything you need is there, and it's incredibly clean, quiet and nicely laid out. Comfortable beds and mice shower/bathrooms as well. Turn the TV off, relax and unwind here! The house does "sway" once in a while, but it's not a bad thing, and you may not even notice it! #8 house is NOT entirely handicap accessible. The grounds/woods were beautiful as well. Go and enjoy!

I called on January 8th 2024 to book a tree top cabin. Ben was very rude when asked to speak to a manager he refused. I questioned the pricing he gave me because it didn't match the computer. He mentioned my race not understanding why it was a factor to book the cabin.. After going round and round with him I decided to take my money elsewhere.

Our experience was nothing less than stellar. The Treehouse cabin is equal parts rustic and luxury. Checking in was a breeze. They are on top of every little detail, and answer your questions before you can even think to ask them. The views are spectacular. We saw a bald eagles nest. They have a strict quiet rule, so you can truly enjoy serenity without fear of yahoos making noise. The location is a great place to stay as it's in the midst of many things to do. I can't recommend this place enough.

We had a great stay! My husband and I went with our two kids and stayed in Treehouse A. The place was clean and conveniently stocked with silverware, plate ware, dish soap, toiletries, and more. I also really appreciate the charging outlets next to bed! At night I charge my ring, watch, phone, and headphones and it had USB, USB-C and standard plug. The area was very peaceful and well kept. We will be back!

Treehouse #8 was nice enough, but we woke up both mornings without hot water. They remotely reset the water heater the first day, but the water wouldn't stay hot long enough to fill the tub. They had someone look at it with no resolution and let us know that the treehouse next to us had the same issue. The second day we didn't wait until 9 and called the urgent number and they "fixed" it again. Definitely not what we would expect for the price of the treehouse. They could keep up the area around treehouse better. From our deck we could see several discarded tires and other garbage. We thought the tip envelope for housekeeping was odd since they don't actually provide housekeeping during the say, and a cleaning fee is already part of the bill. It was a neat place to say once, but we don't feel the need to come back.

I just stayed in tree house #5 and what an amazing experience ! Beautiful place, fully furnished, kitchen has so many essentials if needed, back porch table and chairs! We brought some things with us just incase but barely needed to use anything. The check in process is done via text/ email was so easy to go in and find the tree house, it’s so peaceful and relaxing, and of course so cozy at nite with the fire place! We explored in the village and did some local dining what a great friendly area. We are looking forward to going back and staying in a bigger tree house next time!

Stayed in cabin 0 and it was a very unique experience!! Very well kept, easy to access and extremely comfortable. Cabin rocks a bit, which adds to the experience. We will be back!!

We called to book for February and 8 of us planned on doing a girls trip. After speaking to Ben we opt not to ever refer this place or book. Ben was very racist, ignorant, unprofessional, and refused to give us a manager name or any corporate information. I've booked many hotels and vacations and never in my life have I ever encountered such dissatisfaction. Ben should not work with the public if he's not willing to treat everyone equally. We will never stay here and I have informed all of my family and friends how we were treated by Ben who represents this company. I am appalled that this day & age that because of my skin color Ben felt entitled to try and treat us less than!!
