I have been there since day 1. Love this gym. It is always clean and people there are friendly. The owner is very nice, knowledgeable, helpful and has done an awesome job with renovating the gym. It now has so much more to offer. She has changed it from a great gym to the best gym in town.

Best gym I have ever seen. Wide open areas, nice clean equiptment. It even has 3 rooms of workout varieties. Awsome place. I would recommend this gym to everyone.

Been going here over a year. Solid quality gym with every kind of machine you could think of. A little on the pricey side - would love to see more deals for family or long term members. Highly recommended!! Come get some gainzzzz with me!

Beautiful newly renovated gym!! Took a yoga class there & absolutely loved the atmosphere. The owner is very personable and will make sure that all of your needs are taken care of.

Hambden Health & Fitness is the Gym in the area. Newly renovated with new equipment means you are in a great atmosphere to work out and wait time to use equipment is minimal. Members are friendly and trainers are available to help you reach your goals. Classes are also available such as Yoga and Boot camps.

I've been a member for over 4 years. The facility is very well equipped with the latest cardio equipment and has an excellent selection of weights. Ownership is very knowledgeable, supportive and welcoming.

This gym has free weights, cardio machines, resistance machines, speed bag, heavy bag, and many other items that other gyms don't have. There is an open area to stretch and exercises on mats. There are pull up bars and power racks. There is personal training, yoga classes, Zumba classes, and other classes available. My gym of 20 years closed and i tried many gyms and Hamden Health and Fitness has everything I wanted.
