Clean ... good people ... never opens on time. I have been to this particular location about 5 times in 6 weeks and 3 times I waited about an hr for them to open. Literally have watched 30 plus people attempt to open the door and leave in frustration. I'll be patient as I know lack-of-staffing is a current plague. Maybe post a sign when unable to open regular hrs

Jazmine is an absolute angel. I've been calling all of the Dollar Tree's looking for some garage sale price stickers, and this was the only store that genuinely cared enough to help me find them and even told me what isle they would be in. Excellent customer service! 💗💗

New, kept clean, shelves supplied. 8/11/23 Pandemic has changed supply and demand. Apparent in dollar store.

This is a great Dollar Tree. They had everything I had seen on a video that I went looking for. The store is very neat and clean. Staff here was very friendly and helpful.

Went in on November 29th during the day and the gentleman working at the register was one of the nicest cashiers we have ever met. He was patient with the customers, friendly, and quick. It's not often you find people like him, you're lucky to have him and we definitely appreciated his positivity!

Nice store. Always organized. They had the air activated heating lavender eye mask that I was hunting for. I also went to snag some bathroom accessories. I picked up some gluten free taco mix, refried pinto beans and rice for taco night. I wish they had frozen produce but they are out at the moment. (Update: The frozen goods sell out very quickly. They had the frozen dinners, fruit mix, and vegetables I liked one day. Two days later the frozen section was almost empty) That’s the only reason I would deduct a star. I have a problem purchasing seasonal decor… I snagged a couple decorative towels and their matching dish drying mats.

Nice clean store workers are very helpful and understanding! I've been here a few times before and never had a bad experience I usually will go to the Pleasent Valley location as it is closer to me but as of lately it's been closing before 5pm or whenever they want to as of now I will continue to shop at this North Royalton Dollar tree location until they work things out at the Pleasent Valley location
