Absolutely outstanding! This place has absolutely the best staff and management I’ve seen in an apartment building. The grounds are beautiful and well cared for. When there is an issue their staff is quick to communicate and almost always accessible- prompt too with maintenance issues. The pool is the Ultimate hangout spot in the summer with friendly residents! Super clean, beautiful flowers and a gas grill. :)

I just moved in a few days ago and I have loved every thing about this place! The staff/management is awesome, the amenities are nice, the building is super clean and everyone seems to be really kind to one another which is a huge bonus! The views from the apartments and top floor deck are also crazy!!! I also love the location, feels super safe and extremely walkable. I love having a grocery store and Starbucks just down the block from the complex… super convenient! I feel super lucky to be living here and I’m so happy I chose Shoreham!!!

Ever since I moved in here, I’ve felt right at home. The views are amazing, the building is always kept super clean, and it’s very quiet. The area is great and easily walkable to a grocery store, Starbucks, Edgewater Park, etc. I 100% recommend moving here. You won’t regret it.

My experience so far at the Shoreham has been amazing. Despite a busy schedule and moving from out of town it was an absolute breeze thanks to the wonderful help of Misty and Mary and all of those that make this place great. You'll come for the view, which never seems to get old waking up basically next to the lake, but you'll stay for the wonderful community and neighborhood amenities.

I have lived at the Shoreham for a little over 2 years, and I love it! The location is prime, on the Gold Coast, and one of more affordable options in the area. Best bang for your buck in terms of renting. I can see the lake and the Cleveland skyline from my window, which is a blessing to see the sunrise. James, Misty, and Mary are very understanding and helpful property managers and coordinators. Dan and the other service/ maintenance staff are friendly, helpful, and very quick at their job! The neighbors are very friendly, and I met one of my best friends at this apartment complex. I don't have pets, but I am happy the units are so dog/cat friendly. The building is older (built in the 70s? maybe) so sometimes I wish they would do more modern renovations. However, I am happy that the brand new elevators are installed as well as new carpeting on some floors. Also, out of all the back yards on edgewater, The Shoreham's is one of the best. It has one of the largest backyards and lakefront pools in the area. Also, having a heated garage is priceless during Cleveland winters, especially when working early/late shifts at a hospital. MetroHealth MC is about 15 to 20 minutes away, and Cleveland Clinic Main Campus is about 20 to 30 minutes away. Being a stones throw from Edgewater Park, Lucky, CVS, Starbucks, and Lakewood Park is truly wonderful and convenient. Love loving here.

I have lived at the Shoreham since 2005 and have loved every minute of it! The management of this building is top-notch from the front office to the maintenance crew. Among the many great managers we've had here throughout the last 15 years, I want to give a specific shout out to James Bayne who is the current site manager. In the years that he's been in this role, he has provided outstanding service! He is very down-to-earth, easy to talk with, always available, very knowledgeable of this industry, and obviously really cares about the residents' needs. As a result, he has created a wonderful community through his positive personal interactions, ensuring a safe environment, and creating a fun atmosphere by planning wonderful seasonal resident events. If you're looking for a new home, come to the Shoreham and talk with James...you won't regret it.

I’ve greatly enjoyed the last two years living at the Shoreham Apartments. I looked at a lot of apartments in Lakewood and felt the Shoreham offered the best value for my money --- a place on Lake Erie, well designed floor plans, and underground parking. Note also the management led by James has been top notch. They always make themselves available and quickly resolve any questions/issues I’ve had. I would highly recommend the Shoreham to anyone interested in an apartment in the Lakewood area. -Ben

I moved into the Shoreham during the pandemic in 2020, seamlessly. Just moving back from New York City and trying to find an apartment during such an uncertain time, it seemed impossible - James found me the most perfect studio apartment and I signed my lease within just a few days. I ended up losing my job in 2021, the empathy and kindness that I've been shown is something I'm forever grateful for. Danny and his maintenance crew are top notch. My closet rod fell recently, and they came and fixed it within the hour, and also offered to help me hang curtains without even being asked.The community is amazing and so friendly. It's been a hell of a couple of years and this place has been such a safe haven for me. I highly recommend the Shoreham apartments to anyone looking for a spot to call home. You can't beat this view!

I've lived at the shoreham apartments for three years and I had a great experience. I loved the views of lake erie. Management team is exceptional. They go out of their way to assist you, treat you with respect and kindness.

I moved in in May. I love everything about it The staff is very professional. The place is very clean and safe. I am so glad I made this move. Look forward to being here for a very long time.
