Went there Feb. '16 with intense muscle spasms and radiating pain. My pain was 8/9. I was told 45minute wait. 2 hours later, I was not happy. Then, the doctor refused to give me a steroid pack/muscle relaxer. Told me, I needed a shot and where I needed it, he wasn't trained for to see an Orthopedic doctor. SERIOUSLY REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANYTHING FOR RELIEF. I had surgery on a herniated disc that was compressing my nerve. I went to the Urgent Care ,June '16, next door for a back sprain, was given a shot and Flexiril. Took my daughter for a migraine. Delivery person brought in Jimmy John's. The doctor that came in to see my daughter was the one that met the delivery person. The doctor didn't even examine her and sent us to the ER. Obviously, we interrupted her lunch. The Cleveland Clinic is suppose to be one of the best, but I have had nothing but bad experiences with their doctors at this location.

Went in on Sunday around 1pm, we were the only patients in the waiting room so we only waited a few minutes before being seen. Everyone was nice and efficient from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor. Erin, the doctor (don't remember her last name), was soo nice and gentle with my 7yr old daughter who had an infected ear and a sprained ankle. She was very thorough, listened attentively and answered all of our questions without rushing us at all. My daughter is pretty sensitive and Erin was very gentle and accommodating to her. We were in and out in about 35 mins tops. Very pleasant experience!

My 2 year old was diagnosed with a right ear infection after a week of antibiotics she woke up crying complaining of her left ear, took her to the urgent care seen by Mark Stebbins, PA. He was NOT compassionate towards my daughter or even listened to anything I had to say, I told him she was diagnosed a week from fri with right ear infection with a low grade temperature and been giving her Motrin. He literally asked me after that when she was diagnosed, 2 days ago? And asked if she had a fever? After I literally got done telling him why we were there and stating everything. It’s like he was not even listening. He should not be working at the urgent care on weekends if he has no sympathy and compassion towards toddlers that are sick. He then stated she may need a longer course of antibiotics and asked if I had any questions as he’s walking out the door and did not respond to what I had to say, and never gave her the longer course of antibiotics. Absolutely horrible service. I will NOT be going there anymore. This also isn’t the first time with bad experience, we went around Christmas time bc my daughter was complaining of her ears hurting, saw the NP and said she was fine. We then went to her primary a week later and that’s when they confirmed she had a right ear infection. If you’re not taking the time to properly assess and diagnose your patients why are you even there? You’re wasting your time and ours! very upsetting and will NOT recommend

My daughter and I have been very sick and couldn't be seen by our regular Drs today. This facility is fast, friendly and clean. Denise Page our APRN.CPN and MA were not only amazing but completely thorough and made us feel comfortable and confident. Can't Thank everyone enough.

Went in and didn’t have to wait long at all and the nurse was super friendly. The only good part of the experience. The doctor came in, Pam, and was super condescending from the start telling me I should be taking DayQuil and Mucinex. Told her I have been on and off for the past month and it’s not going away. I was asking what else I can do to make this go away if that’s not working. She cut me off and started acting like I was being the worst patient and like I was being ridiculous. Her attitude shocked me and the way she was acting. She wasn’t friendly at all and seemed annoyed. I don’t know who ruined her day, it wasn’t me, but she took it out on me. I left laughing because of the situation. She didn’t even tell me I as good to leave. She walked away from me twice during my 15 minute exam. Do not recommend this place at all.

We arrived first thing in the morning on a Sunday fearing my husband had a broken ankle. We learned they do not offer x-rays at this location when the medical building is closed. We took our chances and still saw the emergency room "Dr" in hopes of getting any kind of information. The CNP ordered an x-ray that we would have had to drive to Avon or Fairview to have done and then wait for a phone call back from them with the results. What a waste of time and money. We truly learned more from Google. What emergency room doesn't have an x-ray machine or offer any information at all??

It went in there Sunday morning I was seen quickly the people were very nice I would recommend this place to my friends. They treated me good.

I have been here several times and the staff and service is exceptional!!! It’s my go to place now!
