BEWARE AND DO NOT SEE THIS DERMATOLOGIST : lack of effective communication and unprofessionalism. They are focused solely the money NOT the patient . Called to schedule an appointment to come get to see about hair transplant and discuss ALL options for hair loss and thinning . First time I spoke to the scheduler on phone she said they do not take my insurance . So I Checked with insurance they said they were covered . Called back and the lady apologised and then scheduled me for an appointment after telling her what I was coming there for . Then not to long after scheduling they called me and said they cancelled my appointment and needed to re-schedule because Dr.Haber was going to be in surgery …why schedule me on first place then ..you are saying one patient was more important than me and the scheduled appointment I already had . I rescheduled . Day of my appointment I arrived on time . I was seen after about 35-40 minutes of waiting ! The nurse or MA did apologise -and said the doctor was running behind . Again , another time when I did not feel great as a patient . Then when the doctor finally does come in , he comes in with a student but does not even obtain / ask for my consent for his student to observe -he only said this is my student and both walked in . Then MA or nurse also stayed in the room . So I have three people just standing looking at me -that was uncomfortable ! The doctor started talking really fast , Barely even looked or examined my head and told me a diagnosis . However , I told him I was there to discuss all options for treatment especially hair transplant and details. He said that was not possible because that’s a different appointment and consultation . I expressed frustration and informed him that’s what I am here for ..he proceeded to tell me he didn’t have time for that and that would have to be another appointment -I already left work early for this appointment and was seen late ! The appointment lasted barely 10 minutes .I get very rushed and get that the doctor was in a rush -probably because he was already running behind-but that is not my problem ! I Didn’t get hardly any of my questions answered , no education , no detailed information -nothing! Then they took me to scheduler who apologised on behalf of whoever scheduled my appointment and said it was Miscommunication and she will link me with cosmetic surgery coordinator Doreen and she will reach out to me next day and consult is free . I informed her I would like not to be charged for todays visit since it was supposed to be a free consult and the miscommunication was on their end and appointment (ten minutes ) today is not what o was coming in for . She got the practice manager (lady) or it was the lady working reception that checked me in -she started apologizing and offering me hand creams and a complimentary umbrella . I don’t want free things -I want good care ! You offering me these things tells me you know you did something wrong ! So I waited next day , waited another day , waited more and nothing -no call ever from no one to make an appointment! Then I end up receiving a bill for my “visit “. What visit ? Your staff and doctor did nothing for me -and you even admitted I was scheduled wrong and you charge me . Overall -bad communication , disrespect of time , failure to obtain consent for student , uncomfortable environment , unprofessionalism and fraudulent charges . Also I recorded my “visit “ so I have proof !

Len, who works with Dr Haber‘s office is absolutely fantastic! His treatment for services he provides for dealing with thinning and/or hair loss are exceptional! He is kind, honest, and sincere. Dr Haber is extremely fortunate to have him on his team!

I had a few areas of concern on my skin that needed addressed. I called to make an appointment (very nice on the phone). The day of the appointment I was checked in by the staff with all the covid precautions. The staff was fantastic and very professional. Then I met Dr Haber. He put me at ease. Very knowledgeable. I actually ended up having to have some moles removed. He will be my dermatologist for life. Love him and the staff!

I have had several moles removed and Dr. Haber does a great job. Not only is it painless, but I have little to no scarring. In addition he quickly and correctly diagnosed a skin condition that I had two other doctors misdiagnose. He is always very professional, kind and the only Dermatologist I will see. The office and support staff are also very courteous. A truly great Dermatologist.

I went here for beard implants. Turned out better then I could have ever imagined. Dr habor is the real deal!

Dr Haber was excellent when confronted with a baffling issue. When he realized that he did not recognize whatever was happening on my face and feet, he and made a referral to the head of dermatology at UH. The other three dermatologists I had seen did not provide a diagnosis, or take any biopsies. They all prescribed lotions that didn't work and refused to do a physical exam or look at the pictures of my conditions

I have had 3 surgeries with Dr Haber. They are the friendliest, kindest group of professionals I have had the privilege to be a patient of. Their commitment to success is next to none. I'm talking from the time you walk in the door until you leave, you are treated like a VIP.Thank you Dr. Haber and staff for everything.

Dr. Haber and his staff made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. They are passionate about their work, professional, and friendly. I have gone to many places and unable to get good results with my acne. Dr. Haber was able to clear it up, and I am very pleased with the results!

After my 3 year old son started to complain about pain on the bottom of his foot, I decided to have him see Dr. Haber to have it evaluated. I worried my son may have stepped on a tiny piece of glass but wasn’t sure (he definitely had a cut). Dr. Haber first listened to my son and I. He evaluated the cut carefully. He was calming and very informative on what the next best steps would be. He took the TIME to connect with my son and to make sure both of us were comfortable. In the end, it was glass and I’m grateful for the thorough care he received. I’ve seen several dermatologist over the past 18 years and none of them can compare to Dr. Haber and his kind staff. I would highly recommend him for any dermatology needs and for any age.

Dr. Haber "turned back time" with excellent lip augmentation! I was initially afraid of getting lip fillers of any kind, but a friend used Dr. Haber with excellent results, so I thought I'd give it a try. He was reassuring, and told me with confidence that he could help soften my vertical lip lines and restore some of the lost volume in my lips while still keeping my look natural. Mission Accomplished! I am very pleased with the results, and will continue to go to him for anything else I need. His office staff was great and I'll be back for any other cosmetic or dermatology needs.

Dr. Haber was amazing when checking out a hemangioma on my infant's hand. He provided excellent guidance and advice without immediately prescribing any unnecessary medication or procedures. He listened to us! Also, the entire staff was very professional and made us feel incredibly comfortable.
