My visit to Hawkins was to learn about my options for a bicros hearing aid. My physician had only one option and I was able to get specific information on several manufacturer that produce the device. Carol provided information and experience on several devices and that allowed me to make a better decision on my choice. She answered all my questions and provided me with insight based on experience.

I highly recomend Hawkins. I received very thorough and comprehensive care. My hearing aids were correctly reprogrammed and I can now hear 100% better. The Doctor took the time to really get it right. I have been to several other places that seemed more intent on selling me new equipment than putting in the time to properly reprogram my aids.
