We went here for a romantic Valentines Day surprise. It was absolutely wonderful! Staff goes out of their way to make your stay perfect! I would highly recommend the Inn at Chagrin Falls for any special occasion and plan on staying again in the near future!!

My husband and I recently took a trip to Chagrin Falls for a special wedding weekend. Carson at The Inn was so helpful booking us for a (3) night stay. We now live in Nashville but I grew up in Chagrin and always love going back home to the sweetest village full of the friendly people. The staff was very welcoming and the rooms were comfortable. We lucked out with a great room with a lovely fireplace. A big thank you for arranging the most picturesque snowfall while we were there. It was beautiful! The newly renovated spaces are fabulous. We cannot wait to return to see the renovated guest rooms. The location cannot be beat. It’s so nice being able to stroll in and out of the quaint shops and the choice of restaurants is fabulous. No need to get back into your car after you arrive. We had a great time and truly enjoyed the Inn of Chagrin Falls!

Found Inn of Chagrin Falls on Google Map for a decent place to stay for our cross country drive. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful homes and the nicely adorned Main Street of Chagrin Falls. People were out and about in the village that had lots of restaurants and stores. We were greeted warmly by Beau when we arrived at the Inn. He showed us our Queens room on the ground floor with a fireplace and gave us the parking flyer for our car. The room was tastefully redone. Like the linen window treatment. The bathroom was redone in marble tiles with black fixtures. The bed linens were of high quality with thick mattress though it’s a bit soft for us. The lounge was stocked with lemon and watermelon flavored ice water, coffee and tea. Breakfast was continental with muffins and bagels. We chose to have coffee and breakfast at an excellent coffee roaster on Main Street. So happy we found Inn of Chagrin Falls. We had a good night sleep in a beautiful town with good restaurants. So much better than the chain hotels off the highway.

These people opened our mail (addressed to us, with an upcoming stay). I mean like, opened the package. Then returned it USPS who then gave it back to us. Huge headache. Never dealt w it w another hotel. I have a complaint open with the BBB with them. They are pretty sure they’re the coolest thing in their town since prince though. Gotta love poshy hotel ego. Beware!

My fiancé and I stayed here for the evening and had the most lovely time. Molly and her staff are so friendly and accommodating. The inn is in the perfect location to explore chagrin falls and could not be more charming!

Linda was such a delight telling us the history of the Inn and getting us what we needed. Our room was not renovated and that was just fine,we loved the vibe to the shutters to the stereo and albums. This was a weekend get away we do every January, because of the holiday rush ....we enjoyed fine dining,glass blowing and the three musketeers play just all around the corner.

We stayed at at Inn of Chagrin for our wedding and it was absolutely perfect. Molly, Maggie, Dillon, and the rest of the team is super friendly, flexible, and helpful. They I made us feel right at home. It was also super convenient to host our after party at M Bevy then walk next door to end the night.

Great Inn with a dedicated staff . Arrived early and the accommodated our early check in request. We booked late in the week - only room left was a non-renovated room - it was still clean and very spacious - very quiet inn, comfortable bedding . We will be back - so close to great restaurants.

I loved The whole vibe. Was an excellent date night, with so much to do near by. Very cozy and clean. I very much loved that The bed sheets did NOT smell like bleach or any other chemical. I love that they had fresh water by The door, and games to play! Will definitely be staying again!

The Inn of Chagrin hosted me and 14 of my colleagues for a multi-day staff retreat. The management was very accommodating and responsive with my many questions and changes in the months leading up to the event. They allowed us to use some of the Inn's spaces, including those at nearby affiliated restaurants, for our meetings. People loved the rooms (especially the comfy beds) and the central location in downtown Chagrin Falls. We had an excellent, fun, productive retreat and recommend this space to anyone looking for a venue for a similar professional gathering.

As a Parisian, I had the pleasure of staying in this amazing hotel. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The staff members are so friendly and helpful, especially Linda who went out of her way to make my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel offers a very personal touch if you are looking for a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are luxurious, large, clean and cozy. The ambience and the many choices of restaurants close by maid the stay even easier. I will definitely be back!

We had a very pleasant stay during our visit in Chagrin Falls. The Inn is very centrally located, within walking distance to the attractive downtown, restaurants, and shopping. I came to Inn of Chagrin to treat myself to a mini vacation of shop browsing, wine and food sampling, and reading by the fire. My stay was perfect! The room was tasteful and cozy. Molly was engaging and helpful with all aspects of my visit. I loved my “me-cation” and will be back to share this special place with loved ones.

Easily one of the best boutique hotels in the area.. So cozy and comfortable and the location is right by all the great dining and shopping. They even made reservations for us at M and dinner was great! The Inn also hasb a great bar with fantastic decor and a friendly staff that treat you like your family. Definitely a must experience destination. We've been there many times in the past but this was the 1st time since the renovation and they sure did it right. Really can't say enough about it. Always exceeds expectations. See for yourself you'll be happy you did! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

25 years ago we spent our wedding night here. We loved it. Since then we have celebrated anniversaries by coming back. I encourage you to come & enjoy. This place has so much charm & class. We hope to continue celebrating anniversaries to come by coming to this wonderful place.

Excellent service. We were asked reason for our visit and we mentioned the visit was a gift from our son for our anniversary and my birthday. Later that day a small bottle of champagne appeared in our room. It is clean, quiet comfortable. Inn is in the center of quaint Chagrin Falls with great shops, restaurants and the Chagrin Valley Theater that has excellent entertainment. All within walking distance!

I had the opportunity to stay at The Inn of Chagrin this weekend with a group of moms. This was my first visit since the Inn has been redecorated. It was gorgeous! Molly and her staff were super accommodating and made our stay so pleasant. They went above and beyond. I would highly recommend!

The inn was really beautiful, furnishings great, comfortable bed! Staff extremely accommodating and the location is right in the center of town, where it’s all happening. Would stay there again in a heart beat!!

The Inn of Chagrin was our honeymoon destination. We were welcomed at the door by the lovely Molly and taken care of in the evening by Maggie. We stayed in Suite 1 which was stunning. We received a hot cocoa bar and a toast of champagne upon arrival. Molly made sure our dinner reservations were set at M Italian and we had the most amazing time.

Inn is clean and updated , staff very helpful and friendly. Couldn’t be in a better location to see the falls and wall to shops. It was our second stay and plan to come back

It’s always an absolute pleasure staying at The Inn of Chagrin. It has been beautifully renovated with luxurious fittings while also maintaining its quant and homey feel. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive and walking distance from great bars and restaurants.

My wife stayed here last night. We live in Chagrin Falls. Major issues checking in despite she had the reservation printed out. Room was below a Motel 6 and not updated in many many years. She didn’t sleep. Construction banged the entire time she was at the hotel. Banging drove her crazy. Don’t charge me $300 for a work one! If you want to sleep in a room with paper shades falling off the window this is the place for you!

Adorable. Sure, the decor is dated, but it's a 100+ year old mansion, what do you expect? Great service, clean beds, lovely fireplaces, great location. A++, would stay again.

Came here for our anniversary. This is our last return Not because of the Inn. We love the friendly atmosphere here and we were welcomed with a mask smile lol. The Inn is just lovely and I would highly recommend staying here if you can! We are in the River room and its so nice !

Attractive and historic inn (once owned by the family of Hart Crane), with a great location in the middle of a charming town. A bit pricey (though the standard rooms are quite adequate -- you need not go for the more expensive ones), and the breakfast surprisingly is similar to what you'd get in a much less expensive motel. But worth the extra money to get away from motel row and the standard decor.

Exquisite accomodations On the square near the famous Chagrin Falls waterfalls. Many restaurants near by. Extremely friendly staff Exceptional Customer Service. Highly Recommend!

Beautiful quaint rooms. Located in the middle of town such that everything is within 2 blocks. We're actually convinced this stay with a play (Young Frankenstein) at the Little Theatre. Excellent pairing

Newly remodeled rooms were very nice. The cocktail bar was excellent. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They even agreed to mail a shirt I left behind in the closet! Our only complaint was the "smart tv" was a little too smart for us to simply turn on the local news.

It was awesome! From the moment we arrived, Rita was attentive to our every need and an absolute joy to be around. Molly went out of her way to make my daughter feel special on her birthday weekend. We will definitely visit again.

We had such a lovely stay at Inn of Chagrin celebrating our anniversary. Staff was beyond friendly, and the room was stunning. Stopped at M Bevy which is attached and had some great cocktails. So excited to come back!

Have stayed twice and you can’t beat what the Inn has to offer. You can park your car and walk everywhere you need within the course of the night - food, drinks, sweets, coffee. Can’t wait to get back and see it completely renovated!!

The Inn has been refurbished and it looks great as mid-century modern. Enjoyed the stay and the town.

The upgrade is great. Looks great. However, their cable tv service is VERY BAD. Not good for kids at all.

If you're looking for something special for yourselves, try....The Inn of Chagrin. The renovated rooms are cozy, warm & inviting. My wife & I loved sitting by the gas fireplace. Set a real romantic mood!! She enjoyed soaking in the free standing tub. I preferred the shower room. Great place to relax after walking through town. You can't beat the beauty of Chagrin Falls. Great dining & shopping in a quaint atmosphere. We purchased night stays for our children for Christmas presents. We know they will enjoy the stay with their spouses!! We had a great stay at the inn! I called in to salvage a romantic weekend with my partner where another hotel dropped the ball. Beau made sure that flowers and champagne were in the room and that we had an amazing stay. Highly appreciated and highly recommend

The room was excellent, the staff were incredibly friendly and the location is stunning.

My husband and I stayed here for one night and it was lovely. The room was beautifully remodeled with a very comfortable bed and an amazing fireplace! We had a few drinks at the lounge attached and then dinner at the restaurant also attached. The food, drinks, and atmosphere were very cozy and festive. The service was great and everyone was very friendly. We will recommend staying here to anyone we know!

This cozy and stunning inn is unlike anywhere I have ever stayed! The rooms are gorgeous, spotlessly clean and well thought out. The bathrooms are incredible with beautiful tile work and great layouts for comfort and privacy. The bed was the most comfortable one I have ever slept in. We were walking distance from at least 8 local restaurants and bars but decided to stop by the attached bar and restaurant for dinner and the best drink I have had in a long time. We didn’t get a chance to play pool in the gorgeous billiards room but it was such a wonderful touch to this space. The staff were the most accommodating, helpful and genuinely caring people I have ever encountered. The Inn of Chagrin has redefined hospitality! If you find yourself in need of a room this should be at the top of your list.
