What
a
disappointment.
We've
done
several
of
these
classes
and
have
always
loved
the
instructors
and
the
atmosphere.
We
came
on
Mother's
Day
and
our
instructor
was
great
but
her
helper
was
far
from
professional,
polite,
helpful
or
courteous.
She
was
rude,
she
made
comments
and
whispered
something
about
us
to
the
instructor,
which
she
got
caught
doing
and
we
didn't
see
her
smile
one
time.
So
much
so
that
the
family
next
to
us
said
they
were
going
to
call/email
their
complaint
about
her
and
their
experience.
What
a
terrible
business
decision;
to
have
someone
with
her
lack
of
customer
service,
represent
your
company
and
be
front
facing
your
customers.
This
was
supposed
to
be
a
special
day
of
fun
with
our
mother's.
I
know
I
can
only
speak
on
behalf
of
our
experience
and
the
families
next
to
me,
so
with
that
said,
she
ruined
a
special
time
that
was
supposed
to
be
made
of
fun
memories.
What
a
shame.
If
we
could
have
walked
out
knowing
we
would
have
been
refunded,
we
absolutely
would
have.
