Thank you for accommodating our family this past weekend. You made this a lot easier as Mom went very peacefully to be with God on Mother's Day. They saved my life!!! My nurse Jasmine has to be the most sweetest and compassionate nurse Ive ever known. Theyve been good to me. I just want to say thank you for the fine care and im so glad for all the compassionate and caring people here. Its always a pmeasure to open my eyes and see soneone smiling at me.

All the therapists are very kind and nurturing, that’s my favorite part! All the staff have been very attentive to my needs. I am going miss the people here.

There was a great team of doctors checking on me everyday and made sure I wasn't in pain. Dr Apte did a special procedure on me and I was scared at first. But she was so careful and did an amazing job. The nursing staff made sure I was comfortable, and they took care of all requests I had such as giving me an extra blanket or helping me clip my nails, etc. I wanted to give special shoutouts to the nursing staff but they all went above and beyond in my care. They kept me clean and took great care of me. The X-ray team was kind, efficient, and diligent. Nicole, my speech therapist, worked very hard with me and gave me swallowing exercises and then a swallow test. I was eventually cleared to eat which was tremendous. The food here is really good! I could barely move my legs at all at first because they were so weak. My physical therapist, Olivia and my occupational therapist, Hannah pushed me to where I made amazing progress. I was able to sit up and work on my balance and strength to where I was strong enough to tolerate two sessions a day. The first time I stood it was emotional for me, and was my first real hope that I was going to get better. They gave me exercises to do everyday and made me feel safe. I was able to walk 45 feet and ride the bike in the gym. My insurance denied me for going to acute rehab after my stay, so my case manager, Michelle, made sure I was going to the next best place.

I'm very pleased with the care my mother received at this facility. All the staff were great, but Kristin, the day nurse, was a superstar. So efficient, kind, and compassionate.

My mom was there for 2 weeks.They took very good care of her.The nurses were awesome and always answered our questions even when then were super busy.

The best nurses and they cared and loved on my baby so much and were there for us. Yall did amazing with my daughter and were so patient and believed in her. Yall are my angles watching over my baby, ANGLES! yall are the best in ohio and Im so happy I had you guys!

Thank you for everything you have down for our family! Marquise at the front Desk was so sweet! Monet and Allen the charge nurses went out of her way to answer all of our questions. Jennifer the COO was gracious enought to allow a family member to spend the night so our loved one would not be by themself! Sierra, Michelle and Julie were also super caring and helpful! Our grandmother's nurses Jasmine, Maya, Rosalina, Ollie and David were beyond wonderful! They treated our grandmother with such love and respect. Donnell, Michelle and Selinda came to assist us as soon as we needed them. Patti and Kelly (the RT's) were extremely compassionate and very knowledgeable. Last but not least- Keisha and Lakeisha were over the top fantastic! Knowing my grandma was going to be transitioning too Heaven soon- they provided me with a cot so we could have one final slumber party and sleep next to each other! I was able to hold her hand till the end. Keisha checked on me several times and made sure I didn't need anything- like I was a patient as well. After my grandma passed they both came in and I was overwhelmed with love from them. Ty to everyone at Fairhill!! My apologies for those I missed Much love! Jennifer Kirkbride and the Baxter family!

My experience at Select Fairhill, was a positive one, as well as healing. The whole staff took intricate care in all my daily needs, as well of the thoughtfulness to go with it. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a wholesome environmentally experience.

My experience was awesome! The staff here at select was great informative attentive and caring. Working with the therapy team that I have they were absolutely great definitely gave me awesome tools to work with in bed out of bed and once I go home to help build strength and confidence and being able to care for myself to the best degree possible and to continue growing. I really do appreciate the part select specialty hospital has played in The Journey I'm going through. Thank you

So far it’s been 4 days my dad has been here at select in fairhill. Initially I was vary happy but arriving on a Friday meant the handoff didn’t really even happen and on Monday pulmonary still hasn’t started the ventilator weaning process. I’m 4 days he had two physician visits less than 5 minutes each. Based on pulmonary protocols he should be doing off vent trials but they are adhering to a strict 2 week long protocol. While my dad yells through his trach “let me out” and yanks off the ventilator continuing to breathe just fine. I’m not sure but it seems in this case they’d rather keep him in this state for 2 weeks and milk his great insurance than actually help him get better. The weaning process could be safer in some instances but that’s on a patient basis not a standard procedure you do to every patient while tying their arms to the bed. Oh I guess the 5 minutes of Physical therapy was good. They said they’d come back one more time this week haha. Moving him as soon as possible.

This has been an excellent hospital experience and basically they saved my life! I’d like to write more but I have difficulty typing.

Nothing but a great experience for my dad I had no problem they kept me up to date with everything they work hard with my dad to get him to the next step Ciera The Case Manager is the best she text me every step of the way I could thank her any more this is a nice places for your family members and safe no visit after 9 it’s quiet the nurse don’t leave the calls light on they come right away thank Michael Wilson Family we appreciate you guys soo much

This facility is nice and clean. Most of the staff is very friendly ,respectful, and courteous. The rehab team is awesome. I would recommend to send your loved ones here if needed. Special shout out to Debbie the RN and Eleni the nightshift RT. They have been exceptionally caring and kind.

I appreciate so many of the folks here! Dr.Apte, Dr. King and Nurse Sophie-the whole wound care team saved my life! It's has been about a year but this place changed my life. Agatha who calls alerts over the speaker...She was the sweetest person. I had a bad experience with a travel nurse there but everyone helped fix the problem. Thank you!

After many years in long-term care, I have recently transitioned to LTAC. During my clinical rotation, I had the opportunity to experience Select Specialty. My first impression during that brief time was that Select was a very well managed community with a welcoming family like environment, which encouraged me to make the transition. It has been several months since the Fairhill location has welcomed me as part of the family. as it turns out, my first impression was correct, and I have found all of the staff, nursing and non-nursing, very welcoming and eager to help. Select is a fantastic organization that I would recommend to anybody for care and employment.

Nurse Kristen has been so helpful! She is very attentive to our moms needs and excellent at communicating updates and answers to our family! We are so pleased that she is looking after our mom and so patient answering our questions. THANK YOU, Kristen!!

Terrible care!! Wouldn't take my dog there!!!!!!!

Furniture in areas are really dirty. All the bathrooms were not cleaned correctly or everyday. Cleanliness is minimal throughout the floors. Low staff nurses are turning patients with tracheostomy workout any assistance causing patient trach pain to the point that the family need to help assisting. This is unacceptable..

I would like to nominate for their good care: Bonnie, the charge nurse; Lena, the nurse; and all the respiratory staff; and liaison Jordan.

The nurses were so sweet and the aides were amazing I made some really good friends with and FYI there food is absolutely amazing especially the mashed potatoes lol but seriously they are really great people and really a great place to send yr loved ones to

This facility has been the worst experience for my family . The nurses , specialists etc . It’s like everyone there works for the money not because they care . No one is ever in attendance . My family member will be pissy laying there for who knows how long respiratory never anywhere my family member had a trache was never suctions. no process on the stay been there for over 2 weeks . No therapy . they are lazy they all sit around on there phone or hiding off some . Staff is inconsistent and very unprofessional

Excellent service, very kind people that understand everything that my family is going through. If I could give six stars I would. I especially want to thank the case managers Stephanie and Ciera.

Staff is very kind and caring. Excellent round the clock care. All personnel very responsive. Doctors and nurses listened to concerns and addressed them in a timely manner. Our Case Manager was knowledgeable and extremely communicative with our family.

I am currently at Select Specialty Hospital~Fairhill. I have been here for two weeks. My stay has been interesting to say the least. I had a nurse, Miss Kristen, go so far and above for me that I want to shout it from the rooftops!!!! I was not even assigned to her, and the level of care she provided and the time she took to address ALL of my needs, is truly exemplary. I have been hospitalized for TWO MONTHS. She is in the top 1% of nurses that have cared for me during my ordeal!! I wish every nurse had just a little of Kristen's work ethic and dedication to patient care.

The stay was wonderful and I would recommend to any family member or friend!!

This place is horrible! From lack of supplies to incompetent/lazy staff and this is just the first day. We(the family) had to ask for a urinal, they were out of pillows, someone from the infection team/department attempted to suction him(epic fail), call light on for well over 45 minutes while the nurse sat out in the hall, never answered. When asked to suction our family member, the same nurse said that she would page respiratory while we wait and watch him in distress. Respiratory came and informed us that the nurse is capable of doing so, she just chose not to. The one star is because I couldn't post without it. Would not recommend this place.

From custodians to nursing to therapy to doctors to the amazing wound care team. Everything and everyone has been excellent. The overall experience has been amazing and the care has been beautiful. It just feels like a big building of family and friends. Give this place 5 stars through and through.

To me the care here is all-star. There are some staff members here that can just make your day better and really care to help you. As patient here my therapist and social worker and doctor is top tier. Most of my nurses and nurse assistant is great and the ones that didn’t fit with me the nurse manger listened to my concerns and fit me with the right ones so I thank these guys and they are healing me correctly

I had a great experience overall. The staff was very friendly and the physical and occupational therapist really pushed me which helped me to prepare for my next stay at acute rehab. I enjoyed my stay here!

I'm under a lot of stress and trauma I've been going through a lot but being here has not been that bad cuz I've had really good nurses who really care who made the days go by and made me feel very comfortable and welcome and I had a special nurse my nurse Kristen n my nurse Kristen she's really made it easy for me because she talks to me she's like really shows me that she cares and you know that's hard to find and this type of situation and you know so I really appreciate her it'll be helping me to get through this and any type of meds I need or anything that I need she already make sure I get what I need all the time I need to take care of when she's here she goes to be above and beyond and call of duty so with that I really appreciate that and that makes it it makes it a lot easier to deal with you know

My fiancé has been admitted to this facility and has been here for about a month. The staff has been so kind and supportive and patient with me and our boys. They have also put in all their efforts to cater to my fiancé and his growing needs for healing. The atmosphere is also very calm and comfortable.
