It's
become
clear
by
my
observation
that
when
it
comes
to
filing
a
complaint
against
a
physician
who
has
a
history
of
complaints
filed
against
them,
Metro
does
absolutely
nothing.
Staff
have
stated
that
they
have
to
be
careful
not
to
speak
up
because
"I
could
lose
my
job."
"I
don't
want
to
lose
my
job
"
"I
don't
want
to
jeopardize
my
job,
so
you
just
have
to
deal
with
it."
That's
nothing
but
intimidation,
bullying
and
abusive.
IE
a
toxic
environment.
1.
You
don't
stop
it,
you
allow
it.
2.
You
pay
them
to
do
it.
3.
You
post
signs
that
state;
We
do
not
tolerate
verbal
abuse,
intimidation.
To
bad
that
does
not
apply
to
some
physicians
toward
patients
and
staff.
4.
There
is
no
accountability,
responsibility,
and
sure
as
heck
NO
decipline.
The
patients
and
staff
don't
matter.
Only
incoming
revenue.
Spare
me
the
canned
reply
and
take
responsability
for
demeaning,
condescending,
verbally
abusive
Physicians
who
have
a
history
of
REPEATED
complaints.
Actions
speak
louder
than
words.
Talking
to
them
is
useless
and
caries
no
weight.
Discipline
does
wonders.
Time
off
without
pay
will
get
ones
attention.
Take
complaints
serious
for
once.
DO
BETTER.
