It was my birthday and we got pizzas, salad and some spaghetti. Wonderful food and highly recommend if you haven't eaten here it's a must try. We had 1 large pepperoni and 1 medium vegetable. Both great tasting pizzas. One of the best vegetable pizzas I have ever had. Pepperoni was crazy good. We haven't eaten the rest yet. Very friendly staff. They were very busy when we stopped today but everyone was very kind and helpful and even though itsHOT, the people there kept working, smiling made sure to take care of customers. THANK YOU

A hidden gem. Nice cozy family owned pizzeria feel. Everything is reasonably priced. Had a great afternoon lunch with a bottle of wine. They also make fresh baked cookies!

My first time at Augie's was approximately 20 years ago. Had ribs and pizza and didn't enjoy my meal at all. Tonight, March 2023 was my first time back since then. When we walked in there was a sign saying wait to be seated, a woman behind the desk said someone will be right with us. After several uncomfortable minutes standing at the sign, we were told to pick either of the booths up front. Several minutes later a waitress came by and gave us menus but did not even take a drink order. Several minutes after that she told us that their "technology" wouldn't link our order to our table if we could move to a different booth..... (There's probably 10 tables with six tables already occupied and eating, how hard would it be to really know where the order goes?) But we move to another booth anyway. After being there for probably 12 to 15 minutes not getting any attention or a drink order taken, we decide to leave and try a competitor across the street. Maybe we'll try again in 2043.... UPDATE 3-29-23 The owner reached out and apologized for the fiasco earlier in the month. My wife and I decided to give it another shot, and we are very happy we did! The service and food excellent! We ordered a pizza and a half rack of ribs dinner. Everything was perfectly cooked and tasty. I'm kind of a cole slaw connoisseur, and the Cole slaw was excellent! We will definitely be back to try some of their other offerings. Check it out, it's worth it!

My husband and I recently had Augie's cater our wedding. The food and service were phenomenal, far exceeding our expectations! They were easy to work with, very friendly, and accommodating, and we could hardly believe what great service and food they were providing considering how reasonably priced they are. The chicken stuffed with brie and cranberries was absolutely delicious (highly recommend!), as was everything else they provided. We had a fresh fruit display for appetizers as well as a salad and stuffed shells for dinner, and the quality of the fruit and produce were both quite good as were the shells. Highly recommend!!

This was our first time getting Augie’s since we moved out of our apartment. It’s been a couple months, so I was curious if things had changed at all. I’d always get a gluten-free pizza and wings, and I wouldn’t be able to STOP eating - it was that good! The wings were literally the best I’d ever had, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! Today, the wings were so over cooked the bones were breaking in my mouth. The spicy garlic parm wing sauce was just oil with no flavor. The pizza dough was thick and chewy. I was so disappointed, I used to go out of my way to go here. Not to mention the total was close to $50, for a pizza and 20 wings. Just really upsetting.

Delicious pizza but the dining in experience isn’t ideal for a couple dining out. I would recommend this place for take out. There is constant ringing of the phone that you can hear since the place is so small. Also it can get super busy around 5 pm so be aware there may be a long wait time to be seated. Again the pizza is super delicious and I tried the regular and was very pleased.

We love Augie's and have been there many times. Last night was busy and we had a group of seven but our waitress, Karen, was great....friendly, attentive and quick to return and make sure everything was going well. Thank you for a nice evening!

My favorite pizza place around. I appreciate the warning on the recorded part of the call about new staff and possible delay as well as the discount for paying with cash, which I normally do. During pick up, the kitchen was well staffed, and they were working hard to complete orders as quickly as possible. Pizza did not disappoint either.

Auggies provided all the food for my granddaughters First Holy Communion. We had approximately 50 people. Everyone loved the food. Generous portions. Food was right on time. Several referrals because of the catering offerings/product and service!

Great Restaurant with an menu that is out of this world! The atmosphere was relaxing with a fireplace and big comfy chairs with photos of famous rock stars on the walls. Over all very clean with a fabulous smell coming from the kitchen 😋. Definitely coming back and will refer others!

First time at Augie's this evening. Husband and I had the same meal, 1/2 slab rib dinner. Fantastic! Our friends had pizza, which they said was great, per usual. The service was outstanding and the food was amazing! Definitely going to add this place to our list of spots to go! Great atmosphere as well! Keep up the great work!!

I had not been to Augie's in quite a while. I forgot how good their food is. I highly recommend it. Joe and crew have got it going on.

Usually, this is the best pizza around. I came from Cleveland to let my friend try what I thought was number #1 but it's actually hit and miss. Usually I get Pepperoni but I wanted to try the Large Deluxe with an order of wings. Over the phoneI was told the total was $40 but when I get in there was a surcharge so it was over $42. The sausage was not tasty and the $27 pizza needed more sauce to carry 5 toppings. The ten $13. 50 wings were good but could have been a little more crispy.

Our pizza order was taking longer than expected by about 15 minutes. Not the end of the world, but inconvenient. The staff was really professional about it though, they took 5 dollars off the order which we really appreciate. Gestures like this definitely help retain customer confidence. The pizzas seemed fresh and tasted good, we will be back! edit: back and they forgot the sauces we ordered with the pizza that cost a dollar extra. again not the end of the world, but it seems like something small goes wrong every time we come here.

I'm reading through these reviews and can not believe my eyes. This place is incredible and the food is delicious. Joe and his staff do a great job. Love this place and will continue coming back.

Have had their pizza plenty of times. Went to Augie's for a birthday party staff was amazing, polite and very attentive. Food was hot and delicious as always. Totally recommend the bacon wrapped water chestnuts. Bet you can't eat only one.

First time in over 30 years, did not disappoint. I moved away a long time ago and have mised Augie's very much... it was my go-to back in the day, Recently I was back in town and came upon this location and gave it a try, pizza was just as I remembered, awesome! As a bonus they have ribs, which were also excellent, and fresh fries on the sude. The workers were super nice too and the place was clean and welcoming. I can honestly say this was a highlight of my visit back to Cleveland..

Ate here last Friday. This is a neighborhood gem! Honestly, it's the best pizza around. Consistent quality, great crust and just the right amount of sauce. I had their spaghetti with mushroom sauce and meatball this time. Fantastic flavor that you can't find in chain places. Karen is a fantastic server! Hint: if you go on a Friday in football season, get there before 5pm or after 6:30. It's popular!
