I have never had Indian cuisine before and decided to try it for the first time. Didn’t know what to order so decided to eat in the restaurant. Upon arriving I informed the waiter “we have never had Indian cuisine before and what does he recommend” he recommended Rogan Josh for myself and for my wife Butter Chicken. My wife informed him she wasn’t a big fan of the taste of curry. The gentlemen told her it doesn’t taste like curry it has more of a butter taste. Food arrives and my wife took one bite of her food and didn’t like it. I informed the waiter that she didn’t like it, and just asked if we could have another order of the Rogan Josh instead. He LAUGHED in our face and said “No”. Stated he wasn’t taking anything off the bill but if we wanted to order another dish we could. Now I am not upset that he said no. We ordered it I get that. It was how rude he was. My wife was very upset and felt like she was wrong for even asking. Both of us have to deal with customers for our job, and it’s never What you say, it is how you say it. I don’t want to let this experience ruin Indian cuisine for me so will try again one day just not here. I have NEVER in my life not left a tip before today… Pictures are butter chicken, rice, garlic naan, samosas, and the Rogan Josh

Avoid this place selling spoilt food. Ordered medium spicy Family pack veg biryani. It only had potatoes, peas and 4 pieces of carrot. No flavor absolutely dry. Salan was gone so bad it was slimy. Mango Lassi was going bad too. Very sour. What a waste of ingredients and money. We had guests for dinner and it was so embarrassing to serve this horribly made food. I hope health inspector revokes their license and shuts them down.

I've never had so many bones in my goat & chicken dishes. You have to literally pick through every bite. The flavors were good. The cheese naan had no identifiable cheese in it. The chili garlic naan was good, but there's no spice if you're expecting some. But the bones were excessive. If this is the norm, someone is going to choke to death. Do not feed their food to kids without thoroughly inspecting it. The furnace was broken and the temp in the dining room dropped from a chilly 68 to a freezing 61. They could of told us before we sat down and ordered. Or they could of got some space heaters. If the problem was short term, they could of returned them if the heat was going to be fixed in a couple days. So the environment was a bit rough to dine in.

Had an amazing dinner here! Popped in as I was in the area and hungry,. Saw the sign in the corner behind construction going on, and figured I’d try it. (Sad these construction companies can’t put better signage up for the restaurants they hide and cost business). That said, it had a wonderfully quant atmosphere with about 8 full size tables that could seat 4.. (I don’t like big restaurants so this was perfect!). What was also telling, at least 4 of the tables had Indian families dining. (A very good sign when you walk into a restaurant). There was good music, wonderful servers, prompt & very polite who were friendly and always helpful. But it was the food that really shined! So good! So delicious and well worth every penny. Plus there was a lot of it! I’m going to have leftovers for the whole weekend! I rarely leave reviews but this was well worth it and cant wait to go back and take the wife this time! You won’t be disappointed if you like Indian food!

Loved the vegetable biryani. Will probably go with the mild choice as opposed to the medium next time. I really loved the vegan and vegetarian options. Will be back!

Ordered through Doordash so I can't speak about the atmosphere or service. The Samosas were not the best, first time having them so I can't compare to anything just wasn't a fan. The butter chicken had very good flavor, but it was supposed to only be "mildly spicy" and this was very spicy. The cheese naan was ok, nothing special. Last the dessert was just ok too. Overall everything was just "ok" definitely not the worst, but not the best food either.

We stopped by at this place for lunch. I should really mention the place was really clean and the food was excellent. We ordered paradise special briyani and chicken noodles. Both were delicious and we loved it. This place was really crowded and I would really recommend to try other items too.

Food was really tasty. I had samosas and the Chicken Hyderabadi with a choice of spice level and large portions. My server, Deepu, was helpful. All the staff were friendly and I wasn’t waiting long. Will definitely come again.

We were there on New Year’s for late lunch. Ordered Goat biryani and pepper chicken. The Biriyani was so good. Though the pepper chicken didn’t have pepper taste, it tasted home made. Thank you team.

So good very good, mild was perfect. Jeera rice is excellent, garlic naan amazing, chicken tikka masala was the best, and Rogan josh was flavorful. Only sad that I’m too full, next time trying the butter chicken.

We stopped by this place today. Nice and tasty food. Ordered apollo fish, goat pepper fry, achari chicken. Everything was tasty & flavorful. Service was quick. Attached pic is achari chicken. We ordered spicy, which was too hot. (I would suggest to go with medium)

The food was delicious. One of the nice things about this place is you get to choose the spice level you want. We had Vegetable Biryani and Paneer Biryani, along with Gobi Manchurian. The quantity was really good, and the Gobi seemed to be fresh. The floor was a bit slippery for some reason, but they had no warning signs. The service was good as expected.

Planned not to visit again!! Today we ordered Hakka chicken noodles with hot levels high. The lady who took our order said very bluntly that it takes 30 minutes to make. Again repeated the same stating that it takes 30 minutes to prepare. Hoping to eat warm noodles we left the place to do some other business. Not even 3-4 minutes the same lady who took our order called us back and said that you order is ready and can pick it up and said the restaurant will be closed at 9.15p. We rushed back to get the order and didn’t realize how they prepared so fast when this lady said it takes 30 minutes. When we opened the container the noodles were cold, tasteless and not ever medium spice but mild. Do not cheat people if you want to run the restaurant. These cheap things and tricks works in India not in USA and if the same is taken to Court you have to pay lot of compensation..

Fantastic food at the Paradise. Lovely chicken Biryani and wonderful chicken grills. Many thanks to Rayma for the excellent service and for explaining to us some of the dishes we are not very familiar with.
